AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram South Savannah
I purchased a car and there were features that were not described properly. I called to ask about the features and they never returned my call. I again called to ask questions about the features with again no return call. I was told at 5,000 miles I should have an oil change which would be covered at a reduced price under my warranty plan. 3 days later I received a coupon in the mail for a free oil change. I had just spent $60.00! I called the dealership to discuss this with them and got no return call. I ended up calling 3 times in total and even asked for the supervisor but once again I heard nothing.

    Savannah Hyundai
It was a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. The salesman threw in a lot of extras. He threw in a cargo mat, just different things. He had a good product and a good price. I had shopped around, just about everywhere and I decided to go to Hyundai.

    Carmax

Sales consultant Mike McCormick and appraiser Jeremy Legg were both not only savvy and professional but also patient and courteous. I didn't end up buying a car there or selling them my car, however, being at CarMax was a positive experience.

    VOLVO OF SAVANNAH
My experience has gone very well. I have been using this company since 2001. The staff is very professional and highly knowledgeable in their field The pricing is reasonable and I have been pleased with the outcome of their services. I would recommend this company to others.

    SAVANNAH TOYOTA
It went well. The salesperson informed me they would only give me approximately $500 for my old Lincoln as a trade-in, but when I was looking over the agreement, the closer asked me if I wanted to trade in my current car. I informed him of what we told me, and he asked me what did I want for it as a trade-in, I said at least $2,000, at which he said he could do that. I said I did not consider it done if he is just going to add it back on to the back end of the deal, at which he replied that he would go over everything in the contract along with the financial person before finalizing the deal. I was satisfied.

    J C LEWIS FORD
They were very courteous, asked various questions, informed me of what they found that should be addressed and gave an approximate length of time before situation would get worse/or stop working and what may happen, then asked if I was ready to have them correct it, along with the price.  Waiting room is pleasant with clean restrooms, snack area, tv, and friendly banter with other waiting customers.

We found the car we wanted, Worked out a price with payments I could afford, bought the car and drove it home that day. All very professional.
We've called them a couple of times since with questions and they are very helpful with their answers.

    CRITZ
I've been happy with my 2007 Acadia that I bought brand new at Critz GMC back in 2007. So when it was time to trade it in, I went back to Critz where I've had my Acadia serviced the past 6 years. All I can say is I'm so glad I went to Critz. The leadership and personnel at Critz Mercedes Benz were so nice to work with on my trade-in and negotiation for a 2010 Mercedes Benz ML 350 vehicle. The general manager there, Mr. Don Kitchens, provides good leadership and has a good team working with him - Mr. Alex Southard, sales, and Ms. Victoria Nickolson, business manager. The team was willing to stay after hours to complete the negotiation well after closing time on a Friday night and we were able to make a win-win deal happen. :) I'm not one for gushing about car salesmen - but I have bought my last two vehicles at Critz since 2007 and both times have been treated very well by very professional and friendly people. If you're looking for a new or used car, start at Critz in Savannah, Georgia. Tell 'em Jane sent ya! :)

    VOLVO OF SAVANNAH
Volvo of Savannah has been servicing my Volvos for about 4 years and I am extremely pleased with their service. Initially, when I first brought my car there I competively shopped their pricing and discovered to my surprise that they always beat pricing from both small independant service providers to the larger chains. For example, I needed four new tires for my 2003 Volvo S80, I priced about 5 different stores and found that Volvo of Savannah not even beat their prices, but with a far superior brand of tire. They even had a coupon for a free alignment when you purchased four tires, the savings were substatial. The list of savings go on and on, from the purchase of a Volvo OEM battery, to timimg belt replacement,
Usually I leave my car in the morning for the day and John the driver, who is a very pleasant man, gives me a complimentary ride to work. Usually Holly will call me before the end of the day to ask what would be a good time for John to return to pick me up to get my car back. It is a great service and really simplifies my busy day. The car is always washed and vacuumed at no extra charge. Volvo of Savannah by far did not only meet my expectations but totally blew them off the chart.
The owner, Mr Ralph Tolman can usually be found in the servcie area, is always accessible and is very proud of his operation as he should be and the attentive customer service and professionalism that is demonstrated by all his employees.
By the way, I am retired from over 25 years in the retail automotive sales and service industry and are no push over. I know many of the tricks and have witnessed first hand many horror shows in this type of work and can be a tough customer. This review was totalled unsolicited by anyone at Volvo of Savannah and they have no knowledge of me submitting this review. In my opinion they are the best.

Stokes Brown Toyota of Hilton Head
Took my old Tundra to Stokes Brown Toyota in Bluffton to try out their service dept. and drove home a really nice preowned 2011 Tundra XSP. I'm really tickled with my new truck but I am very pleased with the way the deal went down and I am genuinely impressed with the staff at Stokes Brown and by the facility itself. My salesman, Wayne Conover, bent over backwards to accommodate me in our transaction and was informative and forthcoming in every detail of the sale, a real breath of fresh air. Other sales staff dropped by, David Wilder and Tim Redding, to chat about the truck etc which made the day go by quickly.Chris in service and Daniel in finance are also young guys who are really on their game. I sincerely recommend checking this dealership out, you won't be disappointed.
