  • Dust was left everywhere. Passenger mat was not cleaned. Door trim not wiped. Hatch not even opened so there was beach sand left. When I mentioned this, the worker said "well I guess I can take it back inside".. Really? I will NEVER use them again.

  • The experience was very poor.  We paid for the vehicle to be washed and vacuumed out, expecting them to actually vacuum the vehicle out.  They did not vacuum ANYTHING in the crevices of the vehicle, or get out any dirt or trash from difficult places.  It seemed like they were just trying to get us in and out as quick as possible, with as little effort as possible. 

    They sent the car through the automatic car wash, and wiped it down afterwards (so far so good), then they "vacuum" the vehicle.  We noticed that they simply wipe off the dust or big debris from areas that the driver sees easily.  If you look a little closer, they don't even vacuum in any crack or crevice, or use the air gun to get stuff out like the website says.  I was very disappointed and I felt like I wasted my money.  I wouldn't recommend any of my friends go there, and I'll likely never return. 

    It seems like they are trying to make a quick buck by vacuuming where the drivers feet and passenger's feet go, and send it through

     the car wash.  I could have done a better and more thorough job by stopping at the local gas station and spent $1.25 in quarters and got more dirt and debris out of the vehicle.

    (This was on a 2010 Honda Civic in very good shape - the car wasn't disgusting)

  • First, Mr. Kittredge did an excellent job of communicating with us.
    When I purchased the Deal on Angie's list, I immediately received an email requesting our preferred date of the service and our auto make, model and year. I returned the email with the information. We agreed on the date of service.
    The Sunday before the service date I received an email stating that the weather forecast was for rain on the date we agreed on and would I be willing to do  the work a day ahead, which would have been the next day, (Monday).  Unfortunately I failed to read my emails on Sunday. On Monday morning I checked my emails and saw the request.  I immediately emailed him to say yes. Literally the phone rang within 5 minutes and he said he would be at my house shortly; he was.
    Mr. Kittredge worked steadily for about 5 hours and performed a miracle on our car.  The car was heavily oxidized and had many spots on it. The headlight lenses were opaque.  He cleaned them and they looked like new. The car looked fantastic.  The interior was impressive too.
    He gave us many valuable tips on keeping our car finish in good condition and suggestions for other services that we may need from other companies.
    It was a very satisfying experience.

  • They left multiple scratches on the side windows, and there was pitting on the front and rear windscreens. There were some scratches on the paint but I'm not sure if they were there before or not, however the scratches and pitting on the windows were definitely not preexisting. These issues are VERY noticeable, as it looks like you are staring through a glitter kaleidoscope instead of a windshield when the sun is hitting them.  I called immediately after I left and talked to "Alex" who told me to come by the next day and talk to either him or "Pedro" who claimed he was the manager (and then later, claimed he was the owner). Pedro decided to tell me that I was lying, instead of even bothering to look at the damage. The pitting and scratches were NOT there before the event... he also started yelling, and I had to leave to call the police. Seriously? The police. I have no idea what was going through his head, but it was not good business practices. Aside from the craziness, the wash job was poor. There was a lot of dirt and grime left on the car, and bugs on the front end still (it's February, and quite a cold one at that, there are no bugs out and I know they are not new bugs). The interior was actually done very well, but that doesn't make up for the rest. I have had other vehicles washed there before without any problems, they had even done a good job on a very dirty truck in the past... but this was over the top. IF Pedro is truly the owner, I hope that he doesn't keep ruining other people's cars and slandering them in his parking lot.

  • Horrible experience. I just wanted a quick wash/wax and vacuum. When they completed service I noticed that the leather covering the armrest on a rear door had a fresh tear in it's curved edge. I pointed this out to the employee and he brought the manager/owner over. His opening line to me was "We didn't do it. It was already there." This was not the case. No apology, no offer to refund my money, just the insinuation that I was trying to scam them. I assume the damage was caused by the vacuum. I will never use them again. It's been a year now, and I still find myself getting irritated by the owner's smug face every time their commercial is shown on TV.

  • This is the worst car detail and wax job I have ever received on my car. Not only did I leave with scratches on my car that weren't there before, but the "so called" detailing was terrible as well. I have leather/micro suede seats in my car, and whatever chemical(s) they use to clean (I'm guessing some sort of armor all type chemical(s)), is smeared and streaked all over my seats. I will now have to wash/wipe the seats down myself, as i do not wish for them to come near my car after this so called "work" they performed. Also, the windows weren't opened to clean the top portions, and upon leaving, there were hand prints on several of the windows as well. When I open my car doors, the jambs/door panels weren't cleaned. I'm not sure if a car detail should include the cleaning/vacuuming of a trunk, but mine wasn't even opened. The bugs that were on the front of my car weren't all washed off before they waxed it. And when asked why, i was told that those weren't bugs on the car, but simply spots, from said bugs, that had eaten away at my clear coat. Unfortunately, they were bugs indeed, and i could remove them with my fingers. Although they did offer to re-wax and re-detail my car, I opted not to have them do it. If they screwed it up once, why would i even want to give them the chance to do it again? I was never given the option of having a refund. When paying $90.00 for a service, I expected a lot more. I will never take my car back and I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

  • They cleaned, wiped, vacuumed, and shampooed the interior. It was clean, dust free, all my carpets and mats were clean again, the fabric upholstery was very nice. There were some faint stains on my passenger seat they could not remove. Not for lack of trying, I saw them scrubbing it with diligence. The car was also hand waxed, the windows rainxed, and some dull spots in my paint power buffed. Overall I think they did a pretty good job. I get this done once or twice a year to maintain my vehicle. At other times I just get a wash and vacuum. This is a working car, so it gets used a lot.
    Over all I think they do a pretty good job. Always inspect your vehicle when you get something like this done. If you point out something that you feel is not up to par, they will address it and make it right.

  • This shop is near where my wife works part-time at an insurance office and she has him pick up, wash/vacuum/detail and drop off her car about once a month. Prices vary depending upon the work you want done and he does give discounts to the workers of the businesses nearby (such as my wife and her co-workers). I have also used him a couple of times to detail cars prior to my selling them. Does very good work quickly and at a reasonable price.

  • Well all I can say, it's the best wash and .cleaning your car can get. If you see a smudge or bug mark, they clean it right away to keep you satisfied. Jimmy the Mgr, is the best in making sure his product is 100% and your satisfaction is number 1!!!!!!!!!

  • They responded to my inquiry promptly, came at the appointed time and were very friendly and professoinal. They spent nearly six hours on my car (an eight year old, full-sized sedan with pearlescent paint and leather interior, that had not ever been been detailed before), and they came to me (mobile service) which saved travel and wait time.  Now my car looks as new as it can - considering its age.  Paint has a deep shine and a smooth finiish that will be easier for me to keep up.  Bottom line: Good value, reasonable price.
