  • They are awesome. I would use them in the future. I drive further out to go see them. I moved further away and I still go see them. It took an hour to complete the work. 

    They are honest, they don't try to make up stuff that needs to be done. They give you time lines of when stuff will be coming. Your tires are good for 6 months are whatever, they don't try to sell you. They are so nice, they are nice, they are friendly. I don't know. They are great.

  • They are great, they even bought one of my old cars that they worked on when I was ready to get a new one. They bought my old car and used it as a loaner when somebody wants to use it, so that just shows how much they are willing to stand behind their work. We bring all of our cars there. They are Justin and Jason. My car had like 140,000 miles on it and I had an accident in August, and they said that I had 30 days before which I had to do the repairs so I chose to trade the car. They are fantastic If the loaner wasn't there, and my car needed to stay for a couple of hours, they would drop me to my parents house which was close by, they have come and picked us up before. I am a long time customer and my family at one point had 5 cars and we trusted them at Northridge. They will tell you if something is under warranty and you will get a better deal by going back to the dealership, they will tell you. They are looking out for what is best for you and the car.

  • STAY AWAY< RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

     had used their Buckhead location 8 or 9 years ago with a high end car that was vandalized.  They did a great job.

    Two and a half weeks ago my Civic (not a high end car) was damaged by an apartment security gate, t-boned, dented and scraped the entire right side of the car.  Allstate estimate and approval to repair was completed and check issued within a couple of hours.  I promptly took the car to Classic Collision in Sandy Springs.  My assigned Service advisor went through Allstates estimate, assessed damage and provided me an estimate of 1.5 weeks total to repair. 

    When I went back to Classic Collision the next day to drop the car off, the Service Advisor was not there, had not shown up.  I was treated like I was their problem.  I wished I had left then.

    It is now at 3 weeks.  I have been given 3 delivery dates.  I show up at a day and time they have confirmed via email the same day. I then leave without the car as work is far from done.  On one occasion I was told my car was in detail, offered to wait for it, then told by the replacement supervisor that really, the car had not yet been sent out to a contractor to do wheel work. 

    So they lie and twist and turn things to their advantage....car dealers and car body repair are all alike I suppose.  They just do not care. 

    Classic Collision clearly has MAJOR operational management issues.  No accountability. anywhere and guesses on the part of a Service Manager as they have no clue on where things stand.  These folks are interested in only new business as they split time between individual repair tracking and dragging in my customers from prospects shopping around for car repair.



    STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!  You can do much better

  • We had auto service and the name of the company that did the service was Auto Shop. The cost was about the same as what an oil change would have been. I have no dislikes. They always are done when they say they are going to be done, so if they say "pick up your car at 5 it will be ready" then it is ready. The price was very competitive. I absolutely will use them again in the future.

  • They are very good. They've been around forever and I switched to them because somebody recommended them. I didn't feel the price was outrageous or anything. They only use Honda parts. They work on Honda's and Acura's. I've been using them for probably five years.

  • My family has used them many times and they are always professional, reasonably priced, and nice.  These are trustworthy people. Have used them for several years.  I highly recommend that others in the area use this business.

  • I shoulda known better. The only way these guys can make any money is to and quot; findand quot; other things they and quot; just noticed and wanted to bring to my attentionand quot; that require prompt repair, of course. But they forgot to reset the button that tells the car that the oil has been changed, so now I have that light on all the time. So no, I would much rather pay more for an oil change and not have to pay for any unnecessary repairs.

  • Although I live in Sandy Springs, this Car Spa is the only place I'll go to get my car washed. They always do a stellar job and are. Dry careful in their work. Moreover, the prices are unbeatable.

  • They have serviced my car the whole time. Generally I wouldn't stick with a dealership after the warranty expires, but these people are so good and they are so honest. They are just so excellent. If it cost a little more, I am willing to pay it, because they don't cheat you. They don't tell you that you need work that you don't need. They go out of their way to please you. One time I went to a restaurant and when I came out my battery was dead and it was after hours.

    And the service man, in his own car, met me at the restaurant. It was seven or eight o'clock at night and he switched out the battery for me. I've never had such a good experience with anything having to do with automobiles. I think their pricing is reasonable for a dealership. They even call you afterwards. They call you that evening or the next day. They were great. I would continue to use them until the wheels fall off! If I was buying a new car, I wouldn't buy it from anybody but them, because they've been so honest and treated me so well in the purchasing part and in the service part.

  • Very good, quick and on a Sunday Morning as well ( I was able to get to the 11:00 service at my church).  Service was excellent and Dwayne Marshall was honest, polite and professional and went out of his way to get me in and out quickly.  I will go back.
