    Cool Air Mechanical LLC
I had an emergency where my old AC quit working in July's sweltering heat. I called Cool Air who came out that day and to my relief they were able to schedule an installation of a new HVAC system the following morning for 9-10 a.m.. My installers, Daniel and Humberto, showed up a few minutes early and were able to get started immediately with the installation. They were both very professional. I asked Daniel and Humberto a bunch of questions and they were polite, knowledgeable and professional in their responses. The installation was fully completed in 4-5 hours and I could not be happier with the results. I am so glad I called Cool Air Mechanical and would recommend them to anyone. I will use them for all my HVAC needs in the future. Thank you Cool Air and Daniel and Humberto!!

    Atlanta Air Authority
I called 7 companies to give me an estimate on replacing my 22 year old custom HVAC system. Four of them took one look at the system and hightailed it out the door faster than a jackrabbit. 2 of the remaining companies were willing to do the work for an exorbitant price. Enter Atlanta Air Authority. They gave me an excellent price, had the custom indoor part in stock (I had been told twice it could take up to 4 months to get), and scheduled the work for a week later. Chris and Cody installed everything today. They were professional, clean and nice guys. I feel so grateful to have found this company and would recommend anyone to check with them first for any HVAC needs!!! #21705539

    R. S. Andrews
Used R.S. Andrews to replace my broken air conditioner outside and install a new whole house humidifier. Process was mostly smooth, but installers were not able to but the control module for the humidifier in same place as old one. I had to hold their hand a bit on proper placement as they wanted to place at waist level next to crawl space instead.

    Barron's Heating & Air
I was talking to one of my coworkers about how I would need to be off work the next day because I had find someone to come and look at our AC the next day and he turned me on to Barron's. Turns out a bunch of people in the office all trusted their systems to Barron's. Anyway, I gave them a call that afternoon and explained the situation. We have kids and they are home for the summer and the house was sweltering. They said they would arrange for someone to be there that evening. I couldn't believe it! I was even more stunned when the owner showed up to look at my units. Turns out we had critters and they had chewed through the thermostat wire. The owner crawled all through the attic, found the break, managed to run new wire without having to damage any walls and get the system up and running. While he was there, he check all the filters, showed me how to change them and got everything running really well. I totally understand why almost everyone in my office is a Barron's customer! In talking to some of my coworkers the next day, it turns out that this is par for the course.

Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical
A new capacitor was recommended for one of our A/C units. I was quoted a price of $300 to replace it. I questioned this because I knew the capacitor price is under $50 and the labor is less than 30 minutes to install it. The technician said he had nothing to do with the prices. I asked for the part number and was able to find it quickly on many internet sites for $15.30. I called the office and asked to speak to the service manager, to determine if there may have been some mistake in the computer pricing. I never received any call back. After filling out their survey someone did call me back and explained the capacitor should have been only $233. I asked how they justified charging over $200 for 30 minutes of labor, she said it did come with a 2 year warranty.

    BCM London Inc
Salar and his team did a fantastic job finishing our basement. They had the best price of the 3 quality contractors who bid for the job. Salar is a great communicator - very responsive & customer service oriented. Very good flexibility on any small changes that came up, they always had a no problem / can do attitude. His crews were very respectful of our household schedule and always cleaned up well each day. They had great recommendations on materials & vendors/design resources. The quality of workmanship was excellent and we are highly satisfied customers. Highly recommend.

Chuck did an excellent job. He didn't just replace the batteries; he replaced the entire unit. It was covered under warranty, so no cost to me, but I appreciated that he didn't just change the batteries to "see what would happen;" I had already tried this. He replaced the entire unit.

    Atlanta Air Care
Best price for best result I needed to replace a 32 year old HVAC system. I received estimates as high as $6400. One issue was the line set (the copper wire that delivers the freon from the compressor to the unit). It had originally been run through the drop ceiling and was told it would add $1200 to the cost by some estimates. The Atlanta Air Care rep thought this through with me and came up with an alternative which was half that. Atlanta Air Care's did the line set for $600 and the final cost was $4450. They arrived on scheduled and finished on time. They removed the old system and debris. I was more than completely satisfied.

He is very knowledgeable and is definitely an asset for TE. We are highly satisfied customers.
