  • Medical care provided was excellent. Dr. Black quickly grasped the details and complexities of my medical history. She did a great job of keeping current and managing my overall care. She made hospital visits and coordinated care and information with ER and hospital physicians. Compassionate and caring.

  • Justin at PT360 took his time to analyze my issues and ultimately identified my problem as T4 syndrome.  After 3-4 sessions combined with a home regiment designed specifically for me, my pain was significantly reduced.   His goal was to get me better and not drag out therapy longer than I needed.  I feel great now and will go back for future problems.

  • DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER -- THEY ARE AFTER NOTHING BUT YOUR MONEY!!!!  I had an appointment that I had to cancel.  When they tried to charge me a "missed appointment fee," I told them that I had canceled the appointment.  Their three-word response was that "the charge stands," and then the awful woman in the billing department actually hung up on me when I told her that I had canceled the appointment!  My advice is to never, ever go near this provider -- they are after nothing but every dollar they can get!

  • They are really really good! They work one on one with you the whole time and they do alot of hands on. They are very knowledgeable and its one of cleanest places I've ever been. I am really impressed with everything and I highly recommend them!

  • He has been my doctor for, probably, 20 years. Dr. Kauffman is very thorough, very personable and he has two offices: one in downtown Atlanta and one in the suburbs. They get their patients in and get them out. Unlike a lot of clinics they do not seem to do things that are totally unnecessary or unjustifiable. He is very available and the staff is very good. He is an excellent doctor and his father was a doctor for 50 years. He established the Kauffman Clinic and they both have a long standing relationship with Emory University School of Medicine and as well as with the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta. He is a very good clinician and is highly experienced; he knows what he is doing. I have never had any problems with the billing and administration.

  • If the type of specialist or physician you need is not available at that office, they have other locations all over the area where they can refer you to. I have been using their use services for almost fifteen years. We chose them as a supplement to our Medicare. They are very good and accommodating

  • We have had both of our children at the Goddard School. We have had a great experience with them for the past ~4 years. They learn new things every day and I'm amazed by some of the things that my older son tells me about. Most of the teachers there are extremely caring. The only thing I think they could improve upon is teacher turnover which tends to be an issue in the industry.

  • He is very punctual. You don't go in and have to wait all day. I happen to know about medicine 6:53 what I did in my former life. He doesn't waste your time and your money, and he doesn't do a lot of off the wall unnecessary kind of things. He has a very friendly office, very cordial, and very quiet. His father was a physician to a lot of politicians and famous people in Georgia, and knew a lot of former presidents personally. His son, Robert, attended medical school here at Atlanta too, and he's probably in his 40's now. He is just a very nice and very personable guy.

  • Never got results from his office. Called numerous times. But the worst part was the billing system.

Blue Cross/Blue Shield attempted to pay for the visit and the checks went missing. They were sent to his

address, but somehow disappeared. That got straightened out when I drove to his office and paid in person.

Worse was the lab situation. The lab he uses is in Ohio! Chestatee Pathology Associates..and they are out of system. Beware of this. I should have checked first. My insurance company told me they filed

an incorrect form with my insurance who will not pay them. I attempted to straighten it out, but never got anywhere.

It has been a nightmare. I will never use this doctor again.

  • All my family members see the Doctors here in this office. My husband and oldest son go to Dr. Lloyd for their health issues and my daughter and I and my other son see Dr. Andrews. If for some reason we cannot get in to see these particular physicians when we are ill, there are excellent Nurse Practioners in the practice as well, who do an equally wonderful job.
