AOutdoor Makeover & Living SpacesThis is our 2nd project with the outdoor team. Our first project was in October 2019 and we reached out to start our 2nd project in May 2020. Working in phases helped us to stay in budget and was a great decision for us. The Outdoor team had our phase 2 patio and covered pergola done by July 1. (Cost for phase 2 was $39,000) So about 6 weeks to complete our incredible project. My favorite thing about the Outdoor crew is that every one of their workers does high quality work. They truly treat your project as if they were working on their own yard. Although this is an outdoor space it feels like we gained more living square footage on our house. Functional, comfortable, and attractive, it was a great way to enhance our home’s value.- Heidi N.

He efficiently provided a thorough and detailed estimate and when we were ready to proceed, Sudlow's schedulers and installation teams were equally efficient as well. AOutdoor Makeover & Living SpacesThis is the second time we've worked with Navid and Outdoor Makeover, and once again we were thrilled with our choice! This latest project involved two retaining walls, a complete regrading of the backyard and added drainage, new walkways and trees. It was a total transformation that is both functional and beautiful, and we're so grateful to Navid and his team (especially Eddie and Sam) for taking such good care of it. They were responsive, respectful, and incredibly thorough. They also made sure our neighbor was completely happy because the retaining wall replacement involved removing and replacing some of her fence. While the quote might come in a bit higher than some other places, you absolutely get what you pay for in terms of the materials, quality of the work, and customer service. I hired them to take care of some water intrusion issues in my basement, and every individual I dealt with at the company was polite, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. The work itself only took three days when I was expecting at least a week based on the extent of what needed to be done. The team showed up on time every day, let me know when they arrived and left, and walked me through every step of the process to ensure I understood what needed to be done. They answered all of my questions and left the house and yard clean and neat after they finished up, despite the fact that there was a literally tropical storm coming through on the days they were working! They also quickly corrected a small issue caused with my water line. Most importantly, the job seems to have eliminated my water issues and came with a lifetime guarantee. AThey had already replaced my retaining wall in August and did a fabulous job. I bemoaned the fact no one would ever see this area and Paul suggested a firepit. I ran with it. He suggested building the patio off the wall, which I'd never seen before, instead of out in the yard. He said the area would have the feel of an outdoor room, which it does. They came out on a Thursday and removed the grass from the area. It had rained a lot so they waited until Monday to pour the patio to give things a chance to dry. After pouring, two guys went on to the next job and two stayed to smooth out the concrete, etc. I figured they would be there for an hour. They were there the rest of the day, smoothing, making the edges pretty, and using a broom to add texture to the concrete to keep it from being slippery when wet. I already had my gas firepit and furniture ready. It was hard to wait for it to completely cure. I love the area, find it so relaxing, and look forward to years of enjoying it. If the need arises for more work of this kind, there's only one place I would call - Driveways R Us.
