    After receiving trauma to my mouth from a fall, I started searching for a dentist that specialized in Dentures and Implants, thank goodness Dr John Anderson was on my list. After interviewing three other dental implant specialists (who all put a hard sales pitch on me, along with misleading pricing), I meet with Dr. John Anderson who was down-to-earth, caring and explained a plan without any hype. He was very thorough in explaining his recommendations and following through with a treatment plan that is working. I cannot express how supportive Dr Anderson and all of his staff have been in helping me to handle a very difficult experience. If I could only use one word to describe them���it would be ���Trustworthiness��� which earned them my highest recommendation. Even though my situation is unique, he and his staff are always respectful and accommodating on working with me with explanation letters to my attorney or any other need that I requested through this lengthy ordeal. They offer two locations, (Sandy Springs and Woodstock) so it was always easy to get an appointment, even for just a drop in for an adjustment. Additionally, Dr. Anderson referred me to the most awesome oral surgeon, Dr Jay Patel. I have to close with Georgia Dentures & Implants pricing came in under their proposal���imagine that ���a dentist that is honest���! If this review sounds like an endorsement, it is!     ROSWELL EYE CLINIC

    We have used them for decades. Their attitude changed, they became very unresponsive to our needs. It was obvious they became more about the money then our needs.  They do some great work and have good doctors but primarily the owner, his wife is ok but she is only there 1-2 days a week but he has become so focused on money.  Very nice office.  Everybody is pretty nice there. The bedside manner depends which one. 3 out of the 4 get an A. The owner would get a D.  They are excellent doctors in my opinion. He handles some of the real specialty stuff and that's what my wide needed. It was one of those situations where he was like try this and it didn't work, try this and I will bill you and it wont work, and try this and I will bill you and it wont work. It was $1300 and he was like just try glasses, not $1300 and we will put it towards your glasses but was like come to this side of the business and buy glasses. We had enough. There are a couple of things with the people that dispense the eye glasses that we have had troubles with. They have always given us a good discount since we do not have insurance but they are a bit pricier. They are a high end shop and carry premium eyewear.  75% of the business is great, but if you get stuck with the owner good luck.

    I wish that I read the online reviews before I went to this doctor in February. The office staff that I didn't need a Groupon to receive a
    discount for my visit because they would give me an in-house discount. The doctor was helpful and took time with my visit. 
    The staff helped me pick out fashionable frames.  At the cash register, I added $130 to my bill because I wanted transition lenses.  I
    also paid for an exam to fit me with bifocal type contact lenses.  I paid over $520 for my glasses and eye exam.  Foolish me, I didn't get a line item receipt before I left the office.  I called the office after 2 weeks and asked when I could pick up my glasses.  The staff told me that they would call the lab and call me when my glasses were ready, but it should only take another day or two.  Fast forward 10 days, I called and asked again about my frames.  They told me that the lab closed without notice and they would make arrangements with another lab to craft my lenses.  I was one of 10 patients that "fell between the cracks" when the lab closed, but they never bothered to contact me and tell me about the delay or make alternative arrangements. 
    After about 2 more weeks, I picked up my glasses, but noticed that the lenses weren't transition lenses on my drive home
    from the office.  However, the doctor did a good job prescribing my progressive glasses.  I called the doctor's office when I got home and I was told that I didn't order transition lenses.  I asked the office to send me a copy of my receipt. 
    After 5 days, I called the office and asked why I didn't receive a copy of the receipt.  I was told that they couldn?t spell my name.  We started reviewing the receipt and the staff member told me that she would call me back because she was having difficulty with the "math."
    After another 5 days without a response or a receipt, I called the office again.  The technician told me that she had not responded to me because she was at a "conference."  We reviewed the bill and she told me that she was still having difficulty adding the line items
    of the bill.  However, she did remember our conversation at the cash register when I added the extra money to my bill for the transition lenses.  She told me that she would call me back to review the bill in 2 hours, but I never received a call.
    I emailed the doctor and he offered to let me purchase the transition lenses for an additional $100. He also discussed some of the specific charges that I paid for, but his figures were different from the amounts that I previously discussed with his staff.  He gave me credit for the "Groupon", but I did not purchase and I was told by his staff that the Groupon cost more than my in-house discount.
    The doctor also emailed me and told me that the 1st lab (which I was told closed for good without notice) sent him my lenses and he
    offered to give me the 2nd set of lenses at no cost if I purchased additional frames from him.  I declined because I only wanted 1 set of glasses with transition lenses.  I tried 3 sets of contact lenses, but I cannot see properly with any of them and I?m tired of dealing with this doctor and his staff.
    No one offered to fit or adjust my glasses when I picked them up from the office.  I now own 1 set of glasses without transition lenses that constantly slide down my nose.  The customer service and follow-up are abysmal at this office.  If you buy glasses or contacts from this doctor, be sure to get a detailed, line item quote and receipt before you make any purchase.  Be prepared to repeatedly follow up with the office staff if you have any issues.

    The staff here are very nice but there are other things they need to greatly improve on. I had my lenses replaced in my sunglasses and eyeglasses. Both times they were very slow at telling me the lenses were ready to be fitted into the frames. I am talking well over a week past the date they told me they would arrive. I believe I even called once and they were able to confirm that a set of lenses had been there waiting for me. My wife had a similar experience, but had received a call telling her the lenses had arrived a week or more after the original estimate date even though she had already been to the office and had them placed. There seems to be a huge amount of disorganization at this office.
    Also, it has been my experience that they don't pick up the phone even though I call several times during office hours. It is hard to reach them!
    I will credit them with be patient with me in swapping out my Rx lenses so I do appreciate that. I just think their office manager needs to seriously reign in on the status of their open jobs and also work out making themselves more available to reach!

    He is a great provider. They are affiliated with an MD as well. He consults with the MD for anything that is required. I have been using them for at least 30 years, and if you have to walk in, they will always find time for you. If you loose your pair of contacts, they will give you a pair for free. The customer service is great, and their staff is very professional. They are very busy, and sometimes when you have to squeeze people in, you have to pay the price with punctuality.

    I've had a great experience with this provider. I decided 2 years ago to try contacts. They were very helpful in fitting them, and patient with teaching me care and use. Dr. Reimbold always takes time to answer questions and discuss my concerns. The only negative is that I've had to wait past my appt. time to see her several times. However, I will continue to use them in the future.

    I met with Dr Ashraf twice. At the first appointment the technician ran several tests on my eyes after which Dr Ashraf met with me to ask me questions and answer mine. He was concerned with a spot on my eye and put me on a prescription to see if it would clear up.
    When I returned for a recheck, he said that it would not be completely safe for me to have Lasik. I was not charged for either appointment and told Dr. Ashraf that if I need eye surgery in the future I would trust my eyes to him.

    I have been going to Roswell Eye Clinic for 20 years. Dr Sharon Berger is extremely professional and knowledgable. She does very thorough exam and takes the time to explain exactly what is going on. I have recommended her many times over the years. My children began seeing Dr. Berger when one was 14 months old and the other was 3.5 years old. She established an instant rapport and even though they are now adults they still insist on seeing her. I would highly recommend.

    First the good. The Dr. is very personable and enjoys relating to people. The tests they offer are state-of- the-art, and gave me peace of mind about my health as well as my vision. Overall, it's a quality place to get glasses and you can find something if you try.
    On the other side, this is a very very busy location. Prepare to not have your expectations about quick service met, regardless of the advertising you see on the wall. Do not go there, as I did, if you really *have* to have your glasses by the next day. Also, be aware that they have a well-developed sales funnel within the shop and they aren't particularly interested in selling you the low end of the spectrum. I'm not saying it's high-pressure, just that you can feel the desire of the commissioned salespeople at all times, and the steering is certainly there. However, I went in with a dollar amount in mind and came out with something that works for that amount. Mission accomplished, and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the frames. I won't hesitate to return.

    I did have to wait a few minutes to see Dr. O., as I'd called that morning to ask if the scheduling desk could work me in, due to the eye problem with which I was dealing. Dr. O.'s scheduler immediately gave me an appt, during my lunch hour, which allowed me to leave from work to go to this appt.,, rather than coming in late to work on a Monday! I was called back shortly after arriving, and was met by David, who's Dr. O.'s PA. he got the scoop on my eye, took a couple of pics, told me what was wrong with my eye, and that I'd need a couple of RX's to deal with this issue. He jotted down the issues and my concerns, and told me Dr. O. would be with me, momentarily. In just a few minutes, Dr. O. came in, checked me out, and concurred with David's assessment of my issues, and added another RX to the list. Within an hour, and for a nominal charge, I'd gotten diagnosed and treated! I was back at work, following the drop-off of the prescriptions for 2 eye drops-- 1 for allergies, which was an OTC product, and 1 for the inflammation, I was also given an antibiotic for a fairly severe eye infection. I was so glad I'd called and was able to make a 'same day' appt., as I wouldn't have gotten any better without the antibiotic for this infection! After starting the drops and pills, I was feeling significantly better within 3 days, and the infection was 'gone' following completion of the 10 days of the antibiotic treatment.. Thanks, Dr,. O!!!!!
