    I am writing to let you know what poor service and receptionists  you have. My appointment  was at 8:45am this morning.  Apparently, they could not find my insurance  member if. They waited until the last minute and expected me to home yesterday from work to wait on a call from them. First of all, they should have taken care of this a long time ago. The appointment has been on the books for at least a month.  Then the Fluffy receptionist with glasses to the  left had a horrible attitude  from when I walked in. She talks to you as if you are their child. I know i have to be at 25 years older than her. I ignored her and went to the receptionist  to the right.  That receptionist  had trouble  finding my VSP member ID.  They put no effory into calling the company .I called the company and spoke with the manager and got id. Again Fluffy, inserted  herself  into my conversation  . She was mad because  i didnt do what she told me to when she wanted me to do it. Such as coming to her desk. I said do you not see me pulling up my pants before I come over. Her attitude got worse. She saw i had the mask around me . I had to pull it down to speak with insurance company. In the midst of me trying to get myself together to come to here her, she told me to put my mask on in a Condescending  way. I had enough of her at the point. She attempted to stared me down as if she wanted  to fight me. I staired right back at her. If she wanted to fight I was ready. When i got the number for the other receptionist, she wanted to reschedule  me which was rude. I already had to wait over a month to see the doctor . I had an eye that was in pain.  Then because they never settled getting my insurance member id when i scheduled which again was over a month ago,  i had to take time and talk to the insurance people to get it. And then she thought  i was going to schedule again a month down the road with a painful eye issue.  If that's  your  policy , its rude.  I got another doctor to see mr this afternoon.  Hire better people who know  how to communicate. Customers are leaving and i see why. This will go under yoyr reviews as well. And I expect to hear  from someone about this. If not I will upgrade yhe issue to your corporate office.     TERRIBLE. USED TO LOVE this place. Dr. Lee is the absolute greatest! But one bad staffer, Emily, can ruin the entire experience WITH HER AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one needs her Karen level of snark and cynicism. I simply called to get my glasses prescription for a cheapo pair of online glasses to burn my FSA dollars. Snotty and unapologetic, she gave me incomplete info and would not transfer me to another employee to get better service. She told me that my interpretation of her condescending "good luck with that" comment was my decision. I WAS impressed with this place....will NOT BE GOING HERE ANYMORE due to ONE incompetent employee.

    After receiving trauma to my mouth from a fall, I started searching for a dentist that specialized in Dentures and Implants, thank goodness Dr John Anderson was on my list. After interviewing three other dental implant specialists (who all put a hard sales pitch on me, along with misleading pricing), I meet with Dr. John Anderson who was down-to-earth, caring and explained a plan without any hype. He was very thorough in explaining his recommendations and following through with a treatment plan that is working. I cannot express how supportive Dr Anderson and all of his staff have been in helping me to handle a very difficult experience. If I could only use one word to describe them…it would be “Trustworthiness” which earned them my highest recommendation. Even though my situation is unique, he and his staff are always respectful and accommodating on working with me with explanation letters to my attorney or any other need that I requested through this lengthy ordeal. They offer two locations, (Sandy Springs and Woodstock) so it was always easy to get an appointment, even for just a drop in for an adjustment. Additionally, Dr. Anderson referred me to the most awesome oral surgeon, Dr Jay Patel. I have to close with Georgia Dentures & Implants pricing came in under their proposal…imagine that “a dentist that is honest”! If this review sounds like an endorsement, it is!     The main doctor graduated from Duke and he’s fantastic!  I like everything about the office – the staff is all great looking.  They’re open 6 days a week.  They're about 1/3 the price of a few others I’ve used, and they probably do better.  Their prices for contacts are great, although I think it’s difficult to find name-brand glasses for cheap anywhere.

    Had my first cataract eye surgery yesterday and can see 20-20 out of the "good eye-surgery eye" and can barely read the top line out of the "bad" eye. The bad eye will get surgery next week. Dr Ho was very professional and called me the evening of the surgery to see how I was doing. I highly recommend him if you need cataract surgery. It is amazing how well you will see after getting the surgery. You will have to go to the Canton Rd office location for the surgery. Covered by Medicare.

    Marietta Eye Clinic Kennestone
    Dr Cherof and the entire Marietta Eye Clinic and Surgery teams were fantastic! The consultation appointment lasted approximately three hours, but there was very little time spent just sitting and waiting. Lisa Johnson, the surgery coordinator, provided so much information up front that it was almost overwhelming. However, Lisa quickly responded to a series of follow-on phone calls ensuring my Mom totally understood the process before the day of surgery. On the day of surgery, everything - check-in, pre-op, surgery and post-op - was seamless, ensuring the experience was as stress free as possible. The night of surgery, my Mom received a phone call to check on her status, which was great. The next day was her first follow-up. She was see on time, quickly evaluated and questions were answered by Dr Cherof and her team. My Mom has one more follow-up for her first eye and then starts the process over for her second eye. There will be a final visit after all follow-ups are complete to provide a prescription for glasses. Thanks to everyone involved in my Mom's surgery - she is seeing much better!
