I chose Tint World Roswell because of the 15% off ANY JOB coupon they offered. I had approx. $500 of work contracted with Tint World. After the work was completed they WOULD NOT HONOR the coupon. They would only give me 15% off material and not the "ANY JOB" the coupon promised. They also included a $20 fee for shop materials for razor blades and paper towels. Surely a couple of razor blades and $1 roll of paper towels would be included in a $500 tint job. Also was charged a " change of roll " tint fee because i did different shade tint in the front and back. This cost was never mentioned. Tint looks great but got nickel and dimed by this store. Buyer beware.

Great response, service and value. Clear advice about not needing new brakes. Even took me into the shop to show how the brake pads were measured. Extremely pleasant and professional. Will definitely go there again.

Dean and his mechanics have been taking care of our cars for ten years. We've taken cars in for what seemed like major repairs and several times Dean has said, "No, you don't need that. It just needs a simple fix..." saving us thousands over the years. Just through his honesty. The shop is immaculate and the mechanics are quick. We strongly recommend Dean and his professionals to our friends, with complete confidence. Doug Pratt and Jo Hart .

Dean Wilk and his professional mechanics at America's Service Station, Alpharetta, Georgia have been taking care of our cars since 2010. We have two great cars and our strategy as we approach retirement is to keep them till they can not possibly be maintained (then we buy our dream cars!). Dean's team provide routine maintenance and are quick diagnosticians. If there's an unanticipated issue, they call us with the details before doing any repair, and they answer our questions clearly. That is, in language we can understand. The premises are immaculate. Comfort and an array of amenities are available when we choose to wait on-site for a brief job to be completed. One of the best surprises we've had is on three occasions the team ruled out problems we were concerned about. "No it doesn't need that. All it needs is..." They've saved us thousands of dollars over the years. Their professional ethics are impeccable and of course trust means everything to us. Dean is personable, flexible, and after eight years feels like a friend. This comfort with Dean and his crew makes maintenance and repairs so much easier for us. We highly recommend America's Service without any reservations. Doug Pratt and Jo Hart, Roswell, Georgia

Harry Davis with Amerifreight was awesome to deal with. He was professional, quick to get things done, and worked for a great price. He stayed in touch with me from start to finish, and followed up afterwards too. I highly recommend Amerifreight. (I also called other companies - this can be a fishy industry- I highly do not recommend Midsommar if youre looking, they were dishonest and called and emailed me incessantly, drove me crazy!) Do yourself a favor and hire Amerifreight, my car arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Midsommar makes many claims that once you try to get down to business, you find out they're not true. They say they match pricing, not so. They say they'll get right back to you with answers, not so. After catching her in an all out lie, I told her that I would not use their company and would be going to their competition. She continued to call me asking if I'd like to use them and emailed me several times a day after I had told them I went with another company. (...stalkerish!) Stay away from Midsommar!

We've owned Toyota vehicles for over 30 years. We take exceptional care of them and they have all performed well for us. We have religiously utilized Toyota dealer service centers every 5000 miles to keep our vehicles operating as the manufacturer intended. We are aware that we pay a premium by using the dealer throughout the life of our vehicles, but have always felt that the extra expense was added value because we trusted our dealer to take care of our vehicles to Toyota standards, Until our most recent servicing, we have placed our faith in the Toyota dealer service centers working to meet the needs of the vehicles and their customers utilizing those vehicles. Our most recent visit to Nalley Toyota has broken that trust! We recently visited the Nalley Toyota Service Center with our 2005 4-Runner for servicing. The car is immaculately cared for. It's only short-coming is a cracked dash that Toyota recognized as a manufacturing defect and offered a warrantied replacement. We received at least 3 mailing from Toyota over the years telling us to work with a Toyota service center to get the dash replaced. Every 5000 miles we visited Nalley for servicing, often with the actual warranty paperwork in hand, requesting that the dash be replaced. Each time, the service representative acknowledged our request and told us that there was a long list of people waiting for the replacement and the parts were back ordered. Hearing that the acknowledgement of our request and that Nalley was working to resolve the issue was all that we needed to hear. However, this visit, we were told that the warranty period had expired and we had missed it. When asked how that could be, they said they had no record of any requests. It's now obvious to us that Nalley Toyota never had any intention of performing the warranty work. Considering the number of requests we've made over the years, to many different Nalley Service Representatives, and that not a single one of the requests were ever recorded, it's clear to us that they instructed their service representatives to ignore these requests. We can only assume that there was not enough profit on this warranty work, so they actively avoided it. Knowing now how they actively avoided performing this warranty work raises concern that they might be doing this with other warranty or recall work that Toyota recommends. Our trust in Nalley Toyota has been gravely broken.

I like them. They have a nice woman, who is the service manager. We had her as our representative, and she will help us. They send coupons which is good. With the punctuality, because you never know how long it's going to take. Sometimes they will say it's just going to be a little bit and to wait there, and it takes forever.

I have used them for three years. I use to use them once a year. I used to have an older car so that's why I used them quite a bit. I sold that car, that's why I haven't had the chance to visit them recently. But before that, I was there once or twice a year. They were very transparent. I didn't feel any issues spending that money with them. I took a couple of days. I didn't wait there, I just dropped it off and left.

They are highly rated on Angie's List, which is why I have gone there before. They are pretty good. I recommend them to everybody. I would absolutely use them again. I think the people who are running it are absolutely great. They are very transparent. They tell you exactly what's going on. I have just come to trust their feedback. Usually people try to con you into doing things, and I absolutely believe that they don't do that.
