I came here after I was told they had a used car I saw on line. I was there within an hour and told they no longer had the car. Lie #1.   I was then told they were giving $5500 off the highlander so they could do as good on a new one as a used. Also, I brought a friend and we were going to hope for a better price by buying matching Highlander's for our wives. Seems reasonable. We found our cars and then off to negotiations. First offer came and we received $2000 off MSRP not the $5500 promised. Lie #2. We immediately called them out. Then a long wait later he came back with the $5500 off. We immediately called him out on offering us the Standard rebate in the southeast right now and no additional incentive for buying two cars or anything else. The sales manager then came over and said he couldn't give us a better price because we were not in his target marketing area. Lie #3. Maybe my money's not green because I live in north Georgia.   Also, did I mention we were 1 cash buyer and 1 needing very little financing?  Nest the general manager comes over to ask where we want him to be on price. We told him. He told us the put a protective coating on the cars, they came with 2 years "free" maintenance (listed on the price sheet as costing like $499) and their cars were more well equipped with things like dual USB ports for rear seating.   He said a bunch of other stuff too. Lies #3 through I lost could. I told him cars are massed produced one assembly lines, a process I have seen and am somewhat familiar with. I asked him if his dealership had a special assembly line!!!  He went for final pricing and came back with another $250 off. Let me tell you we were not happy after wasting 4+ hours. We knew the USBs were standard and that the free maintenance he was charging us for was free on all new Toyotas. What a scam artist group. Lies from start to finish. Save yourself some time and avoid this dealership at all cost. I will say our salesman Christian was nice enough and seems to be at the mercy of all the liars surrounding him. We went to Cobb County Toyota and closed a deal that night which we were very happy with. Thanks Jason and Rob at CCT.

It will be a cold day in h*** before I ever recommend this dealership to anyone, We purchased our 7th and last car from Carl Black Automotive group. They have no integrity, no accountability, and not my job mentality that is rampant among departments. We took Steffon's advice to never return to HIS dealership and to take our business and service needs elsewhere. I added up the cost of the vehicles purchased with this group and it is over 250K. No more.
My Husband and I did take our business elsewhere. At another Chevy dealership we found the General Manager on the floor out in the open. Despite the threats from Steffon at Carl Black about what will be covered or not, we found a dealership to go too for service on our new car. While the brand new car was being serviced (again another Carl Black FAILURE -  #5), my husband found a vehicle to replace our beloved Saturn Vue with. So we traded it in.
I found out that it does not take 4 to5 hours to buy a vehicle, 92 minutes from start to finish at the other dealership. We were offered options that Carl Black did not offer that were eligible under the purchase program I use. As a GMS eligible customer, Carl Black overcharged us on the documentation fee by 424.00, and shopped us out to so many banks, my credit rating is affected by this for the next 60 days. This dealership is a poor ambassador for GM. I do not like being lied too and told who I am "entitled " to speak with to address a string of failures. Steffon has the title of Business Development Manager, he is the liason with the 1-800 number for whom customers complain too. I still with to address these issues with T Scott Jordan, and am taking this string of service/sales failures up the food chain with GM.

This was the first time I have purchased a car from Nalley. I chose to purchase the vehicle from here because of their friends and family discount. They had a lot of options for vehicles on the lot. The salesperson I dealt with was Mike and he was excellent and had a great personality! He was very gentle, not pushy, and listened to me. He spent most of the day test driving and looking over cars for me. By the end of the day, the Audi was listed at a price and in immaculate condition. I didn’t negotiate on the cost as it was so late in the evening by that time. Everything was fine up through the financing part. I did purchase an extended warranty on the vehicle. Other than with the purchase of the extended warranty, the price of the car was comparable to others.

They were good when I bought my car but after that, I needed something and they were really lacking in getting back to me. The guy who sold me the car was great. He was nice, polite, professional and courteous.

You don't need to make an appointment for oil change.
Toyota provides an 30 minutes or less service.
I've been to their shop for oil change service on and off.
This trip, the manager try to sale me an eight hundred dollars service I don't need. The manager even throws in a free rental car.
Most of those services I had either perform myself or have done it. The manager did not even bother to open the hook to check them.
Don't be fooled by the up sales some dealer / auto shop wanted.
When in doubt, always get a 2nd opinion.

They always do excellent work. The service provided maybe small or large but they have always informed me about the time that they need; they get the work done within a reasonable time. I have always been pleased with all the services that they have provided from the first person that I meet there till the person that I check out with.

This is somewhat a classic used car sale situation although my previous used car purchase from a different dealer was nothing like this.  I recently purchased a 2005 GMC Envoy from Carl Black in Roswell.  The vehicle originated at their Kennesaw store.  Roswell had an Envoy listed on their website but it was sold a mere hour prior to my arrival.  The sales person advised that there was a similar Envoy at their Kennesaw store and arranged to have it brought over.
Interestingly, just prior to my taking ownership of the keys, as the dealer was detailing the vehicle, the check engine light came on.  This caused some initial difficulties as the dealer's first position was that it was my problem since the car was sold "as-is".  When I refused to accept the keys, the service manager stepped up and agreed to resolve the issue (bravo for him!).  Unfortunately, it turned out to require service a total of 4 times in order to resolve since multiple problems kept popping up.  Approximately a week later, after the multiple returns to the service department, a reasonably running vehicle with an emission test was eventually delivered.
Additionally, the dealer was more than willing to take my money for an extended warranty and AFTER doing so, told me they would have to inspect the vehicle before issuing the warranty to note exclusions!  Umm, this was still their vehicle at this stage.  Why wasn't this done BEFORE offering it for sale?  Additionally, when the inspection report came back, the finance manager stated that the problems they just identified would be excluded from coverage even though the service manager who was standing right there had said nothing on this report was a failure but rather a diagnosis of a potential problem which "might" occur sometime in the future.  Well isn't that what a warranty if for?  Come on guys, get your story straight!
Even more interesting was the call I received when the vehicle was in for it's "last" trip to the service department.  Carl Black's "Inventory" department called to say they had noticed that MY vehicle was in for service and that they wanted to know if I would be interested in selling the vehicle and possibly moving up to a newer vehicle!  Wow, I just bought this automobile from you but apparently they had no way of knowing that.  I would have thought that the temp tag would have been a dead giveaway.  Talk about a fast upsell.  I wonder if they would have offered me as much as I had JUST PAID THEM!  I didn't think so.
I don't buy vehicles often.  I am surprised that a dealer would attempt to get away with selling a vehicle that wasn't road ready.  Even more so, I'm surprised that it hadn't been fully tested and certified before offering it for sale.  I expect this type of experience if I'm buying from a private seller but not from a dealer, particularly as large as Carl Black.  Will I buy from this dealer again? Nope.  I will go back to Carmax instead.  They are definitely a better buying experience.

We were searching for an end-of-year model sale and a good no-hassle, no b-s sales experience. We found it at Frank Jackson's Sandy Springs Ford dealership. The management team led by Steve Ferenczy knows what customers have come to expect. Advertised pricing, knowledgable staff and a positive buying experience. By keeping a smaller sales staff than other dealerships, they've created a sales force that is ready to help find the right vehicle at the right price. Cory Fogel met our expectations in the sales department and did a fine job of follow up when we needed a couple of service items completed the following week. Norma in customer service puts the icing on the cake by supporting the drive-out service, explaining the on board systems and sharing the behind the scenes stories of the dealership. They treat you like family because they are like family.
The overall experience exceeded our expectations and is miles above other area dealerships that we visited.

Went to every Mercedes dealer within 50 miles (this one first as closest) and then came back to buy as this was hands down the most professional, direct and quality experience. Did not waste our time for one moment, no pressure at all. Great experience
