    We decided to work with JD Kitchens when remodeling our master bath because of the design proposal. It was the best by far. Some contractors didn?t even offer design help. Sub contractors were skilled and were able to give us full explanations about the work whenever we had questions or concerns. The only sub who made a major mistake was the granite cutter and that situation worked out for the best anyway. The granite installer was excellent. Any issues that arose were addressed promptly and fully by JD Kitchens. The job took no longer than originally promised.* We would use them again especially on jobs where we need design help. We can?t say enough about how much that part of the service added to the overall value for the cost. *The job would have been quicker than promised but work had to stop briefly so that several long standing issues such as leaks in the walls, repairs to ceilings and a bad electrical panel (JD Kitchens made us aware of a recall) could be dealt with. This "surprises" were handled quickly and reasonable priced.

    I had been in the market for a gas range for some time and before pulling the trigger on another company in the Atlanta area I decided to check out other local appliance companies. When I called Guy T. Gunter they happened to keep the range that I was interested in stock and had a great price. They had an opening the next day to deliver and I was so thrilled. Probably one of the best decisions I've made during my entire kitchen remodel process. They emailed me the receipt right away and delivered as promised. The gentlemen who delivered were so friendly and helpful. They protected my floors, took their time and did an excellent job installing the range. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors. You just can't beat customer service like theirs!

    Had a long wait in appliance department (20 minutes at least) before I could get someone to help me. Once they arrived they offered me additional 10% off for my trouble. Delivered and installed the next day (Sunday). I was extreemly satisfied with the whole experience. Would defininitely shop at Lowe's for applicances

    They told us up front when we went into their Showroom that we would have to spend a little more than we thought to do it the right way, and they were right. I thought it was important that they didn't want to just sell us any old job, and that they cared how my house would look so as to advise me what I should do to do it right ! What if I left? They wouldn't get a sale, but I listened to them & trusted their judgement, (they said they have won design awards), and I liked what they did on our porch so we trusted them. Now I am happy -- delighted that we went with them, our kitchen is the talk of the neighborhood! The work quality is perfect, and they are so detailed and care about every feature, and it was a smooth easy project after all. They take a lot of worrying and guesswork out of it, and it shows they have been doing this a long time. They are very nice & professional, all of their guys are, we are thinking now of a new project, & they asked me if I could share our feelings with the public from our last experiences with them. so yes, we love them !

    Geek Squad - Best Buy
    The appliaces were delivered by a 3rd party company contracted through Best Buy. The delivery people brought the washer and up to my laundry room, stacked them using the stacking kit, and left. The washer was not connected nor was it pushed into the laundy room fully. The washer was also not leveled. Best Buy and their Geek Squad people have offered to contract another 3rd party company to come out and I can pay for installation AGAIN as opposed to making right right the first failed installation. Everytime I try to call Best Buy service center and the delivery center I spend alot of time on hold and get the same answer. At this point I will have to rent a truck to return the appliances to Best Buy because I can not get in touch with anyone about this customer service issue.

    Everything is installed and in working order, so I would say they did a fine job. I installed the stovetop myself though. They did a great job with the sales and the installation. They were very nice and very professional. The cost of the stove top was about $600, the dishwasher was $250, and the microwave was $200. I also paid $110 for the installation. I thought all of that was reasonable.

    Sewell gave me a good quote on appliances, they answered my questions and the sales people were really nice and educated. The best part of all was they did not charge anything for the consultation visit. Based on all of this, I am definitely thinking about having them do a job for me.

    They are good and I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are great and they are extremely knowledgeable. The workers were able to show me exactly what had to be done and they were done in a short amount of time. They are great.

    Was charged an extra $52.00 (regular price). Customer service, when called later, checked his computer and came up with the same non-sale price. Later I rec'd a 'survey'/Customer Service call back a few weeks later. Person was polite and, at first, did not understand that the error was on the saleman since this was not rung up at a cash register but at his terminal. Some other minor mistakes made with write-up reported. It was good of HHGregg to follow up so they understand their problem better and can correct.
