The cost was more than I was expecting. The price was high. They do a good job. The only problem is that you have to wait a long time for the service to be done. I think they schedule the cars too close together.

It was awful. First, the owner was really pushy. He told me he refused to even look at the car unless I had it fixed. When I asked for an exact quote of the price, he would not give it. He told me around $200 worst case $250. I told him that I was selling the car and that I did not want to do unnecessary work. Other shops had told me that I could just machine one of the rotors and that would save me $75-95 depending on the shop. I asked him to please do this if at all possible and save me money. I asked him for an exact quote and he would not give it. The owner stepped out to test drive a car. I asked the mechanics to call me with a final price on the car. I told them I would be across the street at Starbucks. When I did not receive a call by 4:00 p.m., when they closed, I called them. The owner was back, said my car was fixed and to come get it. When I got it back he gave me the actual price, $304, and he'd replaced the rotor I asked him not to replace!!! It was the most expensive amount I could have paid in nearly any shop in Savannah. He refused to give me the keys to my car until I paid him. This is a AWFUL, HORRIBLE place to get your car fixed and the owner is a CROOKED THIEF. The mechanics are decent guys, but back in February when they welded my exhaust on the same vehicle they told me the shop was closing. It's always bouncing from pay check to pay check and is it any wonder with such a dishonest man running it?

I took my van in to get it repaired.  The driver's door handle had broken and the window regulator was also broken. I was climbing in and out through the passenger side.  These were fixed in December of 2012.
As soon as I got the van out of the shop, the driver's side door handle kept popping out like it wasn't secure.  It was a cheap piece of plastic.  It didn't match the passenger side.  It would lock up on me and I'd still have to climb in through the passenger side to get in.  I called them about it but didn't take it back right away because it was just too time consuming and aggravating.  Should have been properly fixed the first time.
Then on Friday (August, 2013), 8 months later, as I was rolling the window down, It made a thump sound and stuck as it was in a down motion. I couldn't get it to roll back up. I went through the weekend with the window halfway down. Took it back on Monday.  The shop told me they had to order a new one and it was covered by a warranty but I still had to pay labor.
Since it was my only vehicle, I went and picked it up and then took it back this morning.  Once it was ready, I went down to pick it up and was hit with $105 labor.  I asked them since the window regulator was covered under warranty, why I was having to pay labor.  They told me that the labor was not under warranty.  Still don't understand that.  Even the guys I work with didn't understand why I had to pay labor.
    Frustrated and feel ripped off.

They are very up front and honest. When they were fixing my CV shaft, a part of it had fallen off and ruined my abs and they took full responsibility for it and replaced the parts. They gave me a good deal when my steering was broken. The oil changes are very reasonable. I bring in my own oil for the oil changes and they will charge me $10 for the oil change. Their new facility is much larger than their old one.

I have been taking my Car & Truck and my daughter's SUV to Victor for awhile.  He now has a most excelant crew working for him that is hardworking and knowledgable.  Victor is quick to correctly diagnose the problem and is reasonable with his charges.  He also fully explains his fees.  He will even do repairs with the parts you purchase, if you can find them cheaper.  Often his repair only take one day.
Best of all he treat's everyone with equal respect.  Never talking down to either myself or my daughter because we are women.  His crew will even take the time to show my daughter how to do a repair, so she can do it herself next time.

    Rincon Transmission
Took our car in, which we thought had trnasmission problems.  They ran diagnostic tests and said the problem was in the engine, not transmission and sent us to another reapir shop.  That repair shop ran their own diagnostic test and said the problem was with the transmission.   Rincon Transmission then admitted their mistake but by that time I had lost faith in them.  On the plus side, they charged us nothing for the diagnostic tests and they were friendly.

The service was okay.  They evaluated the car and came up with several items that needed to be fixed.  My complaint with this shop is that I was not told prior to them looking at my car that there would be a charge.  I dropped it off with a mechanic, who apparently didn't know any better.  We decided not to have the car repaired at this shop because their price was too high.  When it was time to pick up the car, I learned there would be a $70 charge.  I don't mind paying a charge that I've been told about ahead of time but in this case, I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

I went for service to Key Nissan because that’s where I bought my car.  My overall experience with them has been good.  Their price is good.  The quality of service is good.  They are very responsive.  They are very punctual.  They are pretty average with their professionalism.  As long as I have this SUV, I will use them in the future.  Otherwise, I don’t know if I would.

The paint and body work was fine; however, they broke the front, driver's side sun visor of the truck and never repaired it. They also left dirty fingerprints and smudges all over the inside of the truck where they worked on the roof. You would think they would have had enough common sense to at least vacuum out both vehicles, considering the amount of money they made off me and the fact of how that represents their business. However, they did not even do that and both vehicles were returned to me filthy on the inside, with no regard to smell or cleanliness!! I feel the same way about their front office, which is also filthy! When I was there attempting to have a conversation with the girl at the front desk, the office smelled horrible. There were both dogs and cats roaming the office and cats even jumping up on the desk and on customers. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in years and the smell was bad. I wish I was exaggerating about this, but I am not!! I am very disappointed in Neidlinger's and due to my overall experience with this paint and body shop, I regret to say they I shall never do business with them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone, no matter how good their body work is. The service just was not there, at least not for me!
