    PawParazzi Pet Boutique
EXCELLENT! This is a PET BOUTIQUE for our very loved four-legged babies. You WANT them to be well taken care of and this is the place. The below average grooming prices keep your dog all day - boo! Plus their pet treats are great and specialty dog food is worth the $$.

The classes were great and the instructors were great. I want that to be known. When we get good work, I want to get the word out for that person. They deserve that recognition. I have been telling people about it. If they want to train their dog, to take them there. There is a instructor there named Bob, and he is just great with animals. He is an animal behaviorist. He can read dogs. He should have his own tv shows. He is that good. He can read the dog behavior. He can say the dog it being aggressive. The dogs for the most part are strangers to him, and he can read their behaviors.

It went well. I wish the dogs had toys to play with. I like the web cam. Was not too happy with the cost add ones for dropping your pet off before noon. And a extra charge for late pick up. I feel like since its overnight bording you should be able to dop off and pick up for one set price. The staff is very friendly and are good with the animals. Will use them again.

At present I am very satisfied with the services received so far. I am very picky about where I take my pet and will not hesitate to research other providers if I think there is an issue. I have used Paw Parazzi twice and they are very professional. I like that they have such a warm and caring nature and appreciate the positive feedback I get when I pick up my pet and most importantly my pet seems happy and stress free. In addition, they have lots of different dog foods, toys, etc. that you can't find just anywhere. I buy the Canidae Natural Dog Food and Canidae Natural Bakery Snacks.

    Animal Kingdom Pet Resort
Worst experience with a boarding facility ever.  We used this boarder about 4 times and it was always an unfriendly place, but at least cheap.  The last time they wanted to add an additional $100 charge for exercise at the last minute even though we already paid and it was not in the contract.  We reluctantly paid and left the dogs.  30 minutes later the owner called and said she changed her mind and that it would be best if we come back, pick up our dogs, and get our money back.  This left us scrambling to find a place to board our pets on a Saturday so that we didn't have to cancel our vacation.  Unfriendly and unprofessional.  Go anywhere else.  Some things are cheap for a reason.  This place seems to have a reputation in Richmond Hill for being very difficult.

    Domestic Home Service
Ms. Lariscy met all of my expectations and requirements.  Everything from watering my patio and indoor plants to tending my pets and checking for safety issues in my home while I was away were all her responsibility. She usually could meet my schedule with short notice. I did not have any complaints.

    Cedar Animal Hospital
Everything went extremely well. On every occasion, the staff and doctors took extremely good care of our dog and were very detailed and thorough. If there was an issue that our dog did to agitate any procedures that she had performed on her, the hospital attended to it at a moments notice and at no additional cost. They can seem rude and careless on the phone, but don't be discouraged because they are very good and professional in person. Also they offer a very generous military discount.

    Cedar Animal Hospital
When our family moved to Richmond Hill someone recommend Dr. Christensen at the Cedar Animal Hospital. Our beloved dog, Sport, was seen at Cedar Animal Hospital from June 2004 until his death on October 30, 2008. Here are the details. Dr. Christensen is an awesome veterinarian, however, as the Richmond Hill community grew his patients grew too so he hired another veterinarian (Heather Gill). Once Dr. Gill was on board our beloved Sport was entrusted to her care. I was unaware of Dr. Gill becoming Sport's primary veterinarian. I did notice that whenever I made an appointment for him Dr. Gill was his doctor. Sport was a Black Labrador Retriever and as any Labrador Retriever owner knows they like to chew and eat things they get their teeth on. One evening Sport brought one of his outdoor play toy (tug-of-war knotted rope) into the house and chewed it and swallowed some of the rope strings. I awoke one morning to Sport vomiting and found dark brown bile on the foyer tile. I also saw some of the rope along with it. I contacted Cedar Animal Hospital and brought Sport in as soon as I could get him there. I spoke to Dr. Gill and she said that she would perform a barium test on Sport to see if he had blockage in his intestines. She told me she would call me as soon as she conducted the test. Approximately 4:00 p.m. that afternoon Dr. Gill called me to let me know she saw no blockage in Sport's intestines and that perhaps he had a stomach flu. She suggested I pick him up and bring him back in two days if he has not gotten better. Two days later I brought Sport back to the Cedar Animal Hospital and spoke to Dr. Gill. She told me that she was really busy on the first day I brought Sport in and that she didn't have time to conduct the barium test and that she would do it now and give me a call. I was dumbstruck, but I didn't know anything about intestinal blockages so I felt she knew what she was doing and left Sport (again) in her care. Dr. Gill called me around noon to let me know that Sport had a blockage in his intestines and that she would perform surgery in the morning because he was so dehydrated that she had to give him IV before she could perform the surgery. On the day after the surgery Dr. Gill telephoned me to tell me that Sport was out of surgery and that the next 24 hours were going to be crucial because his pancreas was necrotic. She advised me to come see my beloved Sport anytime after the phone call. I went to visit Sport with my children (my husband was deployed to Iraq) to see Sport and it was the last time we saw him alive. I went home and looked up the word necrotic and was shocked to see that the definition meant dead. My dog would not live because without a pancreas you cannot live. Later on that evening (10:00 p.m.) Dr. Gill called me to tell me our beloved dog Sport passed away. Not only did she kill my dog I had to pay for her services.

We have been using Cedar since moving to Richmond Hill 9 years ago. We feel both Kyle and Heather are the best. They have taken care of all our kittens since they were only weeks old and took care of my Silky Terrier until he reached old age. They were very caring and helpful when it was time to put our Silky to sleep never pushing us to do it. Kyle also took care of our cat, Missy when she developed intestinal cancer and we felt he treated her like he would treat his own. I have never felt that they ordered tests just to get the money. They only order tests when it is absolutely necessary and they are well below what our former vet charged when I lived in Aiken, SC
I can call at any time and get seen right away by any of the vets. I have only used Jennifer once but she seemed as capable at Kyle and Heather.
We wouldn't use anyone else and they always have a vet on call so you do not have to use the emergency clinic in savannah. Awesome facility and great staff.

Blood work was done on my cat as well as a physical exam. Her WBC count was VERY high, indicating an infection. The recommendation options were to bring her home and administer oral antibiotics or allow her to be hospitalized and medication administered by IV. I chose to hospitalize her since she is elderly and somewhat reclusive. That way the cat was assured to receive her meds with ease and on time, which made it better for both the cat and me. My cat is much, much better. We have both been treated with kindness and respect.
