  Great. Pleasant and professional, responsive when emailed or called; arrived on time; took the time to explain the process which ended up being very helpful when neighbor was concerned about where property lines fell; was willing to discuss with neighbor when they were concerned about where property lines were since they had a different idea from previous homeowner. Would definitely recommend him again.

He met with me after the service to show me where the property lines were located, and offered to return to walk all the lines secondary to a rain out during our meeting.

  Yawn Land Surveys LLC

  I had a need for an elevation certificate on my property.  A list provided by my insurance agent included Mr. Yawn's name, and our town mayor said she and an employee were familiar with him and he did good work for a reasonable price. I called Mr. Yawn and left a message which he promptly returned.  He was very specific in providing the details of what he would do and what he needed from me.  We made an appointment for him to come do the work and he showed up exactly on time.  He told me he would do the survey, prepare the elevation certificate, send me a PDF of it, and mail me 3 original copies of it.  All of this was done on a timely basis. I am very pleased with Mr. Yawn's professionalism, promptness and courtesy.  I would not hesitate to hire him again and/or recommend him to a friend or family member.

  Chatham Surveying Services

  I attempted to contact this company on several occasions.  I left three messages and even spoke with the owner directly.  He told me he was busy and assured me he would call me back at the end of the day "once he pulled up the information on my property."  Three days later, he has not even attempted to call me.  I know times are tough for people in the real estate business and related fields, but this guy was very unprofessional.  Meanwhile, I have delayed the process of having my property surveyed for over a week now in an effort to give this guy an opportunity to contact me.  Out of sheer frustration, I called another highly recommended surveyor.  This gentleman answered the phone directly and scheduled an appointment on the spot.  Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company!
