  • This is a great company. I called them when I had a leak in the house and I discovered it was from the pan under my AC unit. Jay came out immediately and unplugged the plugged drain. After I saw the drain pan, which was very rusty and bent, he said I might want to consider a new pan. I agreed that it looked like I needed one. Jay was a great technician. In addition to unplugging the drain, he emptied the rusty pan, checked all the pressures and gave me tips about how my vents should be turned. I asked him to let the office know that I was interested in having the pan replaced. I received a call the same afternoon with an estimate and an appointment for the next day. Today, Dan Cory and another tech, whose name I cannot recall, came out and installed the new pan. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, professional and efficient they were. They answered all the questions I had and were an absolute pleasure to do business with.

  • I wasn’t in town, I wasn’t here, my wife was here. What stands up to me is their technical competence is certainly high. One of the main things as a homeowner is that if I have any kind of an issue, I have never had to wait for them to come out. They are very prompt and when they come out they take care of whatever the problem happens to be in a timely manner. There is nothing worse than sitting in Georgia with no air conditioning. They don’t make you sit, they show up and they fix it, if there is a problem.

  • If you’ve got a problem and you need to get the thing fixed, you call them, they come, they fix it. They don’t make you wait, they fix it. Their prices are reasonable, they know what they are doing, they know what they are talking about. Their people are very professional, they’re well trained. I have no complaints about that company. I recommend them when I have friends that have issues that would like to get their issues resolved.

  • What stands out to me about them is everything. Fred Canady, I think really goes out of his way to put forth a professional image with his guys. They show up in clean trucks, wearing clean uniforms and having all the tools that they need to have, and all the spare parts that they need to have in order to get the job done the first time that they show up. Which is kind of a pleasant experience.

If you have ever dealt with an air conditioning company or any kind of a company that seems to be kind of a fly by night in the way that they do business. Canady?s is absolutely not that way. They obviously have been in business for a long time and they are in for the long haul. They take what they do seriously and their guys take what they do seriously, not just at the management level. All in all, I think it is a very well run, very competent company.

  • Chuck and his team were very professional, efficient, and effective. They had the new unit installed and working in just over 2 hours, including hauling off the old unit, cleaning up (very tidy), inspecting the work, and fixing a separate issue with a couple of old straps holding the ductwork in our attic (no extra charge). Chuck has done work for us multiple times, each time with excellent results. The team he brought with him was just as professional as he is. He is prompt, honest, and effective every time. He always does what he says he will do. I've also referred friends and clients (of my own firm) to Awesome Air. The response is always positive. That includes a woman in her 80s, living alone in an isolated area. She'd gone through a Savannah summer without air. Chuck could easily have sold her a whole new unit. But she didn't need it. He identified a leak, got that repaired, fixed some inexpensive ductwork and had her unit up and running. Chuck and Awesome Air are outstanding.

  • A/C stopped working on Christmas day. I call Arnold Heating and Air on the next day. They came right out and fixed my system. They were quick, had all the parts needed with them, charged a fair price, and did not make a mess.

  • Mr. Stevenson subcontracted the work instead of doing the work himself, like he was supposed to do. The people that actually did the work, installed the air handler, for the heat pump, incorrectly. For two years my air conditioner wasn't working like it should have. Mr. Stevenson refused to come out and fix the issue. My home warranty company then sent someone else out to reinstall it correctly.

  • One old unit broke (after a 10 year life)  and the other's performance had always been subpar.  I was willing to pay for the "best" residential system out there to improve overall performance.  Chad gave us a very detailed bid with a lot of detail and several unit options.  By far, it was the most detailed and comprehensive bid we got.  He got it installed surprisingly quickly and gave us a good overview of the system.  In the past, with servicing of the old units, he was always quick to respond and very professional.  The new units certainly have been challenged this summer and have worked superbly.  I'm so glad not to have to compromise on comfort in the house when the temperature is in the high 90s and above.  Our 1st electric bill was about 15% less than the comparable period last year, despite it being hotter this year.  Overall, we are very pleased with Chad's timeliness and professionalism.

  • Extremely satified with the work this company did! I highly recommend them! I will call them the next time we have any issue. They were quick to come out and very polite! I appreciate honest people! We are thankful we are cooling again! Thank you Chad and Alex!

  • When our smaller AC unit failed, we hired Galbreath and Sons to repair it. Because the repair would have been costly, Steven offered us several options so we could make an informed decision about whether to repair or replace. He spent three hours inspecting our system and explaining our options, thoroughly answering all of our questions. He never rushed us to make a decision. We decided to replace our two inadequate systems with a zoned system, a two-day job that required extensive duct work. Richard and his crew were prompt and efficient; they worked hard in miserable heat and cleaned up after themselves. We are extremely satisfied with the new system. Galbreath and Sons did great work, and we would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.
