  • Read Nichol's team did outstanding work for me. I had a water pipe leak at a rental property that caused extensive damage both upstairs and down. Read was able and willing to work with the insurance settlement provided to me by USAA and completed the work on time and within budget. He was very flexible and diligent in following through on the job while accommodating other repair personnel having to work concurrently. I'm definitely keeping him on my contact list for future work and would recommend him to all of my neighbors.

  • The crew arrived as promised and removed all branches, trees and stumps as agreed. They left the yard very clean. This company has a well organized crew and the heavy equipment necessary to do a fine job. It was a pleasure to watch them work and I will hire them again for the back yard.

  • The inspector was very thorough and included pictures of what he found. I loved that! I could see what he found too. The home is a ways away from his place of business but he was able to come out and inspect the home in a very short time. In would recommend him to others or would use again if I ever move.

  • AWFUL company/Dishonest. We had a small fenced in yard and worried a pool would not work. Andy came out and said they would remove the trees and the pool would fit fine. Bobby told us the hole would be dug, dump trucks would remove the dirt and the pool would be put in the same day. The guy that came to dig the hole told us he couldn’t remove the tree. We told Bobby we would not accept delivery of the pool. We talked to Tallman (manufacture) to cancel the pool. They vouched for him and he volunteered to store the pool in another location. When they dug the hole NO dump trucks arrived. We had piles of dirt in the yard, against our house and the tree was rotting in the yard for weeks. The pool was placed in the ground, the dirt was backfilled and the pool filled with water. We called the county about our water bill to let them know we filled a pool. They told us they didn’t have a permit on file. When the crew finally showed up after not working for 6 days they removed the dirt. Well they did not remove ALL of the dirt but spread the rest over areas of the grass they had not already killed. Now we have to pay for new sod. His response “landscaping is not in the contract”. Well neither was you spreading dirt across our backyard! Tallman told him to call us and make it right, he didn’t! They laid the concrete decking and Bobby sent Andy to pick up a check even though the spray decking was incomplete. I called Tallman back to request assistance to get our pool equipment installed. I called Andy to see when he would put it in he asked if it had been delivered. When I said no, his response, “I only install it, let me know when it’s there.” The water sat stagnant in our pool for 3 weeks. When it was done, I asked again about the permit. He IGNORED me. He NEVER applied for the permit until I refused payment. NIGHTMARE experience. What was supposed to be a few weeks took 10 weeks from start to permit completion. He was not honest and avoided communication with us repeatedly. Bobby should take as much interest in his work as he does with collecting the checks. He is an absentee owner who does not care about his customers. The company used to be in Savannah at a listed address of 5669 Ogeechee Rd. Our contract states 180 Post Lane in Inman, SC. There is a second phone number also on our contract that comes back to Blue Sky Pools in Greenville, SC.

  • On June 30th, I called JCB Roofing to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and have a look at a couple of roof leaks on my house. I was told that an appointment would be scheduled for July 9th at 4 PM. On the 9th, I called JCB at 4:13 PM to confirm that the appointment was still on. I was assured that we were still good for the scheduled appointment, but that the technician was a bit behind schedule for some reason. That day, no one came to my house, nor did anyone give me the courtesy of a phone call to advise what was happening. That’s a completely unacceptable level of service, especially when I took personal leave from work to make myself available for the appointment. I know having a couple leaks fixed isn’t the biggest or most lucrative job, but giving customers the run-around is no way to run a business. The evening of the missed appointment, I emailed Amber at JCB to convey my disappointment with their level of communication and service. As of today, July 14, 2018, I have yet to receive any response from anyone at JCB roofing. As a veteran, I selected JCB Roofing because it’s a veteran-owned business, and I’m sorry to say that I will not be recommending JCB to my neighbors and associates. Then again, I'm not sorry, because they earned my 'F' review.

  • Started our good, then he-contractor-quit coming. He took our money. We honored the contract, he did not. He gives excuses to not come by...he is in the hospital, the plumber had a death in the family, he had to go to court with his daughter. He admitted to us he spent the money we gave him for roofing, $8000, on something other than us. Contract signed March 5, 2018. Our $8000.00 roof is a tarp on our dormer. Work that was done is good. There are holes in floor for plumbing by no fixtures. He dropped off some flooring and a sink this week and said he would come back, but did not. My husband talks to him everyday and he promises to come, but he is a liar.

  • We recently moved to Richmond Hill, and due to neglect, the landscape required immediate attention. A wood line on the side of the house encroached severely on the roof; tree limbs were rubbing the roof, necessitating the replacement of a section of ridge vent and several shingles. The service A&R provided was above and beyond what I expected. They were very responsive on the phone, immediately worked me into their tight schedule, showed up on time, and went right to work. They arrived with ALL necessary equipment, and were in and out in 1.5 hrs. The crew were very personable and easy to work with, and asked me several times how I'd like things trimmed. Randy runs an excellent outfit, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. He's definitely my go-to tree guy in Richmond Hill.

  • The crew showed up on time and prepared to work. These guys busted their tails to get everything packed and loaded. They worked 8 hours straight in the heat and did not take a break. The owner called to make sure everything was going well and was very responsive. Great folks, trustworthy and hard working. Worth every penny. Moving is stressful but these folks made it a lot easier.

  • I have not been able to use this company yet but I can say that they are certainly the nicest and most professional people I have ever worked with. They gave me estimates for several home repairs and came out to work on my house when they discovered some termite damage. I am now working with the termite people, but if I can use Full Turn to repair/replace the soffits, I will. Will update this review or write a new one once all the work is done. I can only say at this point that my first impression of this company is that they are excellent.
