    They had a customer service rep there that I heard was no longer there, but he was outstanding. His name was Alex. He was an Latino guy, Alex. When we heard he left, we ere ugh. He is just excellent. I go there for services, but I feel that you pay more for a dealer, but I like the work you get from the dealership. Its their vehicles, and their factory trained technicians. To me its worth it.

    Mitchell's Automotive LLC was just tremendous. Definitely an A for quality. They're very forthright. They explained everything that they did or had to do. I'm very satisfied with them. I would absolutely use this company again, already have.

    I stopped in for an oil change and was told the wait time was one and a half to two hours. It was recommended that I make an appointment for later in the day. I returned at the scheduled time for an oil change. I waited with my three-month-old and seven-year-old. Even with an appointment, the oil change took one hour and 44 minutes. I do not plan to return.

    I compared them to Harrison's ($705) and Savannah Tire in Richmond Hill ($725). Both and quot;out the doorand quot; prices.
    I told Hand L that they were not in the ball park. Evidently, it is not the labor charge that is excessive - it is the price of the tires. Sav Tire and Harrison's both use Tire Rack.
    It pays to shop around folks!

    I was able to schedule an appointment and arrange transportation back home while they examined my car. I was unable to keep the appointment at that time, but plan on using them in the future. The customer service was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

    Road tested car with mein car&determinedtires were overinflated. Checked transmission fluid&found was extremely dirty.This is the third time I have used Sanderlin&found him to be very professional, honest, and reasonable.

    We were driving from North Carolina down to South Florida.  We pulled into Richmond Hill, GA to stay overnight on our trip.  While driving to the hotel our check engine light went on.  I spent most of the night searching the web for an auto repair shop in the area that had a good reputation.  I came up with a couple of places.  In the morning we headed out to the closest garage.  There were we told it would be a 2-3 hour wait until they could get to the job.  And that the cost would be $90.00  We could not wait around for that long, and my husband said it seemed like a very expensive fee for simply hooking the car up to the computer and reading the code.  So off we went to the next closet repair shop (Wheels Autoworks) and were very lucky to come across Pat Beswick (Owner/Lead technician) of Wheels Autoworks.  Pat immediately diagnosed the problem.  It seems that when we last filled up with gas the cap didn't seal tight and set off the check engine light.  He cleared the code, double-checked the gas cap and sent us on our way in less than 15 minutes!  AND he amazingly did not charge us at all!!  Pat said to just have a good, safe rest of our trip.  We could not believe his kindness.  He is obviously a man of greathonesty and integrity.  We highly recommend Pat and Wheels Autoworks.  He will take care of you fairly and most certainly deserves the reputation he has.  Thanks Pat, we will never forget your outstanding service and generosity.

    Superior Finish Auto Reconditioning
    It took two calls to get a response (first time I left a message with no reply), but the second time I was able to make an appointment. The owner came to my house promptly and gave me a price to detail inside and out of an 8 year old truck that had not been taken care of. The price included steam cleaning the carpets, buffing the exterior, completely detailing the truck - whole nine yards. The owner kept telling me he doubted it would look like new again, pointing out what he thought he couldn't do, yet he still quoted me a price as if he was going to do all that I wanted. He spent a great deal of time on the exterior, and the paint looked much better. However, the rear window was started, but never finished. I was told he could not steam clean the ceiling, but he suggested I take a rag with 409 and spot clean it myself. The carpets were just vacuumed - they were not steam cleaned. A lot of the interior was missed, the pockets in the doors were dusty, the floor mats were the same as when he arrived, and dried mud and dirt was still on floor area of the door jams. Some of the exterior was missed with his buffer and we hand rubbed it out. I have had vehicles in worse shape detailed in Savannah before that looked much better. It was not worth 240.

    Royal Oak Window Tint
    The tint was done on time; though there was some debris trapped underneath the film on one of the windows.  I pointed it out to the individual and they promptly fixed it.  I have and will continue to recommend them.

    Everything was great until we picked up the car. The bumper was painted a noticeably different color than the rest of the car and was not properly attached to the car. The headlight was not properly aligned. The bumper was hastily repainted but we could never get them to attach the bumper properly to the car, so it sticks out noticeably on both sides. The headlight was never properly aligned so it points out in a slightly odd direction. We made the mistake of paying the balance before ensuring these problems were corrected. Disappointing to say the least.
