    Advanced Appliance Services Inc
If you're interested in being gauged, then proceed with using this vendor. The repair was performed, but the price was astronomical compared to other vendors. Since using this vendor, I have tried other vendors with "A" ratings and have received higher quality work for a fraction of the price. Do not use this vendor. Search elsewhere.

    ACCURATE APPLIANCE
Nancy called for a description of the problem. When she arrived, she new what was needed to do the repair and brought the necessary part with her - no delays. She immediately fixed our refrigerator and gave us some hints to keep our other appliances working. The next day she called us to insure everything was working OK. Very nice lady, very professional, and a fair price. Will call her immediately when we need an appliance repair.

    Livingood's

During delivery, the refrigerator was clearly too large to fit in area. After requesting from the delivery personnel numerous times to load back on truck, they continued to try to force the refrigerator into the space or leave it sitting in middle of kitchen. They did not want to reload the refrigerator. Once they finally agreed to remove the refrigerator (it was too big, I was not going to accept delivery), it was scratched/damaged. I contacted the store numerous times and they informed me I would be charged a 25% damage/re-stocking fee(about $200) even though the delivery guys damaged it after being asked numerous times to load it back up and I never signed for the delivery of the refrigerator.

The salesman Jeff tried to resolve the issue but was overridden numerous times by his manager. Terrible customer service in the end.

My bank is in the process of completing a charge-back and I since bought a fridge from Sears, I would not recommend Livingoods Appliance Store. Ridiculous of them to make me responsible for the damage they did for $200 on a $1800 purchase.

    Veteran Appliance Repair
    He nailed it.
I had used him before for another repair when he came to my house.  He was quick, efficient and got the job done. When a second issue came up he came back and took care of that at no additional charge.

    Rudolph's Appliance Service Specialists

He came on time and did repair the defect with used parts and I was fine with  him using those parts, but felt the price of the used parts were excessive at $200.  He was a very easy going guy , I do feel he was knowledgeable and he did fix the machine with one trip..

I also thought the service charges was a bit too much considering I was charged $95. for the first 30 minutes and an additional charge of $72 for 45 minutes past the half hour. He walked away from his work to  started lengthy conversations off the topic of the repairs.

    Rudolph's Appliance Service Specialists
I found Rudolph's on Angie's list. I had had problems before with other appliance repairmen in the past, but I liked what people had to say about Rudolph's so I called them when my washer stopped working. Ryan came out the same day. I was very impressed with his work and demeanor. He worked quickly and efficiently. He showed me the broken parts and explained the problems. He told me the pros and cons of fixing rather than replacing the appliances and advised me to check online. He came to the house four times with parts he had to order. I was charged the service call only for the first visit and that included a discount for using Angie's List. After that, he only charged the hourly rate. Ryan answered all my questions and I actually learned a lot, especially regarding the amount of detergent and fabric softener to use. I will definitely use Rudolph's again and have recommended them to friends. While my total bill was $840, $485 of that was for parts. I feel I got my money's worth.

    Authorized Service Techs
On Tuesday, June 24th, I emailed Authorized Service Techs (AST) and requested service after the ice maker on my (relatively) new Samsung refrigerator stopped producing ice. There was also a weird display where the refrigerator and freezer temps are normally displayed. I called AST because they had serviced my Samsung when it was new and seemed proficient in dealing with that specific brand. Plus, according my old receipt, they were located near my residence in Richmond Hill, GA, and I figured that might translate to a quicker response time. The next day, just after the noon-day hour, I received a telephone call from AST stating that they had received my email and would have a tech out on Friday to make the repair. I was hoping for something sooner, but Friday was okay.
The nice lady who contacted me stated that someone would call on Friday morning to give me a 2-hour window of when they would arrive. On Friday, the nice lady from AST called back and informed me that the tech would arrive at my residence between the hours of 4 PM and 6 PM. CRAP! My wife and I had planned to drive to the farm that afternoon, but now only she could go since I had to wait around all day for the refrigerator guy to arrive. It also created some anxiety because I figured I was an add-on for the day's service calls and was probably the last stop of the day on the tech's itinerary. Generally, being the last call of the day (especially on a Friday) translates to less concern and focus from the tech about the service call at hand, and more about wanting to get home and relax. It's just human nature, and I understand that. On Friday at approximately 5:25 PM the tech called my residence and informed me that he was about 20 minutes away from me. He arrived at approximately 5:50 PM. The tech's name was Richard and I remembered him from the last time he was at my house about 18 months before. Richard was extremely polite and professional and proceeded to work as soon as he entered the door. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a fill-tube that had frozen solid with ice, not allowing the ice maker reservoir to fill with water. Richard obviously knew what he was doing and expeditiously removed the fill-tube, then carefully removed the packed, frozen ice. Within 30-40 minutes Richard had the ice maker repaired and was on his way out the door. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, and appreciative of the fact that he charged me for only a service call of $89.95, nothing more. My initial anxieties about getting less than professional service late on a Friday was all for naught. I received nothing less than expert, professional service from a highly capable technician. Yes, I will use Authorized Service Techs again and will recommend them, whole-heartedly to friends and anyone needing appliance repair.

    Mr. Appliance of Savannah
Mr. Appliance is so wonderful! From scheduling the appointment to having the technicians come out, the process was smooth, and they were able to come out in a couple of days (I didn't have an urgent issue). They go above and beyond for their customers. I was given a four hour window of when the technicians would come out. Each time they came out, I got a phone call 30 min. to an hour ahead of time, letting me know they were on the way. The technicians were friendly, helpful and clean. Rob even swept behind my  refrigerator for me during the service call. I know I can trust Mr. Appliance and will continue to call them!

    ALLAN GAMES MAJOR APPLIANCE
Provider was very helpful, and even tried to help me fix it over the phone. Unfortunately we could not, but we did get to narrow it down to the specific part at fault (money saver). He showed up on time, conducted repair quickly, and stayed to ensure leking condition was resolved.

    Sloan Appliance Service

On the second day, after several more calls and messages left. The owner called the tenant back and was told their was a mistake on the part price . Your total bill is now 215.00. Not $277 has previously paid. They asked to please correct Angie's List , so I have raised them from a F to a C. Still would never use them again after there customer service was so poor and price way to high.  Thanks Angie...!!!
