  • It was better than I expected. I left out of that office very satisfied. They told that I can get my cell phone screen fixed within an hour and I got a call within 45mins and that it was ready. Everything worked and I would go there again for future repairs!

  • Every contact and session with the provider went extremely well and I couldn't ask for a better life coach. I now feel confident to face life's obligations without experiencing anxiety. I have a peace of mind now and I obtained so many positive coping skills.

  • When friends began to struggle to climb the steps to our front door I
promised I'd get hand railings installed someday. Brick steps and
concrete. Not materials conducive for a weekend DIY project. Only iron
railings would work. When I started searching for someone to
build/install the hand railings I was quickly rewarded. I found Atlanta
Iron Design, a local company with good references. I called them and
they came out and surveyed the work site. They sent their proposal the next
day for the custom fabricated railings. I gave the go ahead; no hurry.
The work was ready within a few weeks and we set a mutually agreed upon
install date. On that day they showed up, did a trial fit, custom welded
the final adjustments, drilled the concrete to hold the retaining
bolts, and installed the railings. They then gave the railings a final
touch up of paint. The installation work was complete within a few hours
and the result was exactly what I had expected. The railings looks
great!  I wold definitely call this company again should I need
additional iron work in the future.

  • Great company and service tech.  They picked up the clock mechanism and then delivered and set up when repairs completed.  Thrilled with the results.  This was not an easy task and they made it happen.

  • Absolutely great!  When I called they gave me advice on how to check out an electrical repair that I thought I needed.  I did and was able to fix the problem (very minor) myself.  Without that advice, however, I would have paid for an electrical call that I didn't really neeed, and I appreciate their willingness not to take advantage of my ignorance!
The plumber was very communicative and problem solving.  He checked out all my list of plumbing concerns and then sat down with me and worked out the best prices from his book.  I liked the quality of work done and highly recommend this company.

  • Frank was very helpful on phone Monday. He said he could come out but it would be end of week; however, if we brought to him it would be 24 hours. He was honest about work and price and I would recommend and use him again.

  •  We first heard from Air Traffic Services the week of May 11 ? 17.   They called to let us know about the delivery of our cabinet order and to arrange a delivery date.  We settled on Friday, May 23.  That interaction was professional and courteous.
We next heard from  Air Traffic Services on Thursday, May 22, when they called to inform us of their delivery window for the next day, (9:00am ? 1:00pm)
The next morning, I received a phone call at about 9:15am from a lady with Air Traffic Services.  She apologized for calling early, but wanted to let me know that there had been a delay in their driver?s route that would put them about an hour behind schedule.  She also indicated that the driver would contact me about 30 minutes before he would show up at our house.  I told her that was fine and mentally noted that this meant the delivery window had now shifted to no later than about 2:00pm.
Once 2:00pm came and went with no word about our cabinets, I began to wonder why we had not heard anything.  When time reached 3:00pm with no word about the delivery, I called the number of the person who had called me that morning to ask about the delivery status.  I spoke to a man who first asked me if anyone had called me already.  I told him about the 9:15am call, and that this was the only contact I had received.  He told me he thought the dispatcher was talking to our driver at that moment.  He asked me to hold for a minute while he went to check on the status.  I agreed and was on hold for several minutes and then the call was disconnected.
I figured he would call me back with some answer.  But, time passed to 4:00 pm with no contact from Air Traffic Services.  So, I decided to call again to see where my cabinets were.  The same man answered the phone and told me the driver was in Kennesaw, Georgia (roughly 12 miles away) and would be coming to our house next.  He also apologized for the significant delay and constantly talked about how he did not know what this driver was doing to cause such a delay.   He informed me that he was confident the delivery would be at our home by 5:00pm.
Two hours passed with no delivery and no contact from Air Traffic Services.  So, at 6:00pm I again called the delivery company.  The same man answered the phone by stating my name.  He obviously was expecting me to call him and could see my phone number on his phone system.  On this phone call I expressed my complete irritation at the total lack of customer service.  The man who answered the phone told me he was writing an email that was speaking to the company?s need to take some administrative action regarding this driver.  He also offered to give me the phone number of the driver so I could call the driver directly.  I refused to do that, as I did not want to call a driver on a phone while he might be driving.  I also did not think that was the appropriate action.  The company should be in constant contact with the driver AND be able to maintain constant contact with the customer when the service is hours overdue.
I told the man who answered the phone that I had plans that evening to take my daughter to dinner.  I informed him that I was going to take a shower, get dressed and leave for dinner.  If the driver got to my home before my daughter and I left, then that would be good.  If not, then the delivery would have to be another time.
My daughter and I got ready and left the house by 6:30 without the cabinets having arrived.  At 6:35pm, I got a call from the driver who indicated that he was on his way to our house.  I told him I was not home and that he should contact his dispatch office to get my message.  The driver asked me if I had a garage where he could deliver my cabinets.  I told him that I did have a garage, but that I was not in the habit of leaving it unlocked for people to open while I am away.
While I was at dinner, I received a phone call at 7:30pm from a man who identified himself as the regional manager for Air Traffic Services.  He wanted to discuss my delivery situation.  I told him that I was at dinner with my daughter and that I would be okay with him calling me back later in the evening, or on Saturday morning.  He apologized and indicated that he would call me later to discuss how to resolve the lack of delivery of my cabinets.  I did not receive another call that Friday evening.
When I turned on my phone around 9:45 Saturday morning, I found a voicemail from the regional manager of Air Traffic Services indicating that the delivery would be somewhere around 12:30 ? 1:00pm.  There was no attempt to work with us first to find out if we were even going to be home at that time.  The delivery was just set up for the next day and communicated to me via voicemail.  Nobody even bothered to make a follow up call to be certain that I had received that message and that the time was acceptable to us.
An assumption was made by the company that this next day time for delivery would work for us.  Quite frankly, they were fortunate we were home at that time.  We had numerous other chores and errands to be completed on Saturday, and many of them required going away from home.  Fortunately, we were home at that time and the new driver made the delivery to us during the time frame that was promised in the voicemail.
We informed the retailer, the cabinetry company  and the delivery company of our displeasure with the whole experience.  The retailer and the cabinetry company decided to refund the $250 delivery charge to us.  We heard nothing more from the delivery service company.
Our order from the cabinet company had a few items that needed to be replaced.  (This did not appear to be the fault of the delivery service.)  When the cabinet company resent those items, they utilized Air Traffic Services again for the delivery.  I assume this is because they likely have a contract with Air Traffic Services for home delivery of their products,
Once again we got the phone call to set up the delivery window for the upcoming Friday.  That call was professional and courteous.  However, the delivery window promised was once again not met.  In fact, the delivery was once again 3 hours past the end of the promised delivery window.  We did receive one call to inform us that the delivery was running about an hour late, but no specifics or any follow up after the extended delivery window time frame had passed.
When the delivery driver finally made it to our home, they were missing the biggest package - a 24 " wide x 24" deep x 30" tall base kitchen cabinet.  The driver and his helper looked all through their truck and could not locate it.  The driver paused and said "I think we left it at the last stop".  That last stop was 45 minutes away from our house.
He asked if we would be home to allow him time to drive back to that stop, pick up the package and bring it to us.  We were not able to do so due to prior commitments for the evening (to which we were already running late because we waited on their late delivery.)  I said they would have to deliver the package on Saturday like they had done previously.  The response from the driver was "that is not going to happen".  The driver also asked if we had a neighbor to which he could deliver our package for safekeeping and we could collect it in the morning.  We told him that was also not possible.
There was no attempt by the delivery service to contact us regarding the "missing" package until Monday.  We received a call from the driver on Monday, who indicated the package would be delivered no later than 2:30.  This time the package was delivered right at the promised time.
We are extremely disappointed overall in the home delivery service advertised by the retailer and the cabinetry company.  We felt that paying $250 dollars for our entire set of kitchen cabinets to be delivered to our home would save us both time and money.  Unfortunately, we lost time by having to wait several hours after the promised delivery time window on two separate instances with no contact as to status and with no concern for customer service.
Overall, the delivery service provided by Air Traffic Services was not even close to hitting their promised delivery time frames, gave absolutely  no legitimate reasons as to why they could not come close to meeting those time frames, made no active outreach to alert their customer as to the status of the deliveries throughout the day even when that delivery window had  passed by up to 4 hours, AND their follow up delivery the next day was not coordinated with us as the customer.

  • He scheduled two weeks out. He texted 15 minutes before he was supposed to be out to say he couldn’t make it. He told us he would call us and reschedule the appointment. My husband had to call him because we never heard back from him. The guy told him that the job was not important and made fun of my husband for wanting the t.v. in the game room. We never heard back from him. His customer service is not good at all.

  • The food was great, the facility was great but the planning was poor. They were not knowledgeable about how to run a wedding. The wedding planner didn't know what she was doing. There was a general lack of knowledge on how to throw a wedding. Outside of that it was grand.

  • Very good experience, highly recommend. I have a DLP set that had stopped working after a thunderstorm. I checked Angie's List for TV repair and there were two that stood out. One had many positive reviews but was on the other side of town, the other Cobb Electronic Repair had fewer reviews but all were positive. I called Cobb Electronic Repair to discuss my problem, I felt very comfortable bringing my set to him after we talked. He offered to pick the set up but said I could save a few dollars if I brought it to him which I did. After taking a quick look at it he gave me a rough estimate of $200, so I gave him the go ahead. The set was ready about a week after I dropped it off. When I picked it up he asked me what he had estimated over the phone and I told him around $200, he said it turned out around $245 but would settle for $198. I have had the set back about a month and it works great.
