  • Was so apprehensive about leaving ur dogs anywhere, not wanting them to just "be in a cage" for a week. This place has 5000 square feet for them to play in, and their "cage" was a luxery suite! Stayed open late as our travel plans delayed us home, and even sent pics of our dogs to us while we were on vacation letting us know they were fine. Could not have been a better experience.

  • That is the best vet that I have ever seen. They charge a little more, but its worth the service. Inaudible at 8:26 to 8:48. The dog has passed away, but I really like the detail and care they gave my dog, was above and beyond any other vets care.

  • We have been using K-9 Coach for years! Can't say enough good things about the training, classes, grooming and doggie daycare. Jagger especially LOVES his fun days spending time visiting with "Uncle Tommy" in the play yard! Big thank you for always taking such good care the "kids" :)

  • Our cats were very relaxed and happy to see us. We were initially afraid that two of our cats would be very stressed with someone else coming in and out (they do not do well with strangers). Wendi was able to pet all of the cats. She sent us a daily text with a picture letting us know everything was going well and letting us know when our deliveries had arrived. The next time we are on vacation we will hire Critter Sitters and have Wendi come back to watch our cats.

  • I have 5 cats and three dogs. In the front office some of the girls are not super nice. They don't really greet me and things like that. I had a dog put down in August and I have been going to them for years. This took place with the vet who is the owner. I took my old dog in for checkup before he was put down and they gave him a heartworm shot that was not necessary because he was close to being put down. I thought it was all about money. It was two weeks later that I had to take him back in to put in. They did all this stuff to my dog and I don't feel it needed to be done. I probably am going to change because of that incident.. There are, like, five or six vets there.

  • Jen was awesome! She is a true pet lover! Our cats loved her! Our cats are used to me being home most days and sometimes get "separation anxiety" when we are gone extended times, making them very clingy when we return. Neither cat exhibited that behavior when we returned this time. They were so mellow and content as Jen not only did the "cat chores" but she also spent time with them, giving them special attention. She took the time to send me texts every day to keep me informed of everything.
I felt very confident with Jen as the caregiver of our girls and home while we were away--she is very trustworthy and responsible.
I will surely use Jen again and highly recommend her.

  • It worked out just fine. It's being a while only since I found out a person next door to my office. The people from K9 coach are great. I've never had any issues with them. They are just wonderful people. I've even told them that if anything happens to me will you take care of my dog and they said “yes”. Their cost is also reasonable. They also done over night staying, boarding and they are absolute dog trainers. They are very friendly and i trust these guys. My dog is a rescue and I am very particular about him.

  • Terribly. When we picked up our dogs, we noticed that one of them was bleeding from the skin around his mouth. We called, naturally concerned, and the office manager made as appointment with Dr. Good for that evening. We met with Dr. Good who did not seem at all interested that our dog was bleeding from the skin around both sides of his mouth, and then decided it was likely a reaction to the disinfectant they use in the facility or perhaps he had been brushing his face along the ground. That's problematic, as it would not have been possible for him to rub his mouth evenly along the ground, as the doctor suggested, and is further problematic because one would think that the staff would have noticed him doing such, or him bleeding.
I will say that our dog did growl at Dr. Good when he tried to approach him - this is only the second person that our very large dog has ever growled at (the other being another vet that hurt him when he was a puppy), and I would not expect anyone to continue approaching a dog that had growled at them. That is, of course, a safety concern.
That said, Dr. Good interrupted us, talked over us, and told us that if we were so concerned about our dog's bleeding that we should just take him to our vet and have him examined - and then promptly walked out of the room. Unfortunately, my husband was in the middle of talking when he did such.
It's a small world, too, as we adopted our dog from the shelter that is run by Town and Country Vet five years ago.
Love our dog, thankful for the rescue, terrible experience boarding him.

Reply to your response: I find it curious that you mention that my dog had aggression issues or was rubbing his face, as no problems were reported by your staff when I called the three times during our trip to ask about the dogs, nor when I picked them up. Additionally, during your examination you didn't mention this at all - in fact, you said it could be the disinfectant you use (this was, of course, before you up and walked out of the room). It sounds as though you're creating issues after the fact.

  • The appointment went wonderfully, as every appointment has for the past 12 years that we've been with Windy Hill Veterinary.  Dr. Rottersman and the staff at Windy Hill Vet. are, and this isn't exaggeration, amazing.  They really are.  They are kind, professional, compassionate, honest, patient, sympathetic, fun, and have seen us through every high and low of our animals' lives over the past 12 years.  The health and well-being of their animal patients are their top priorities, while being mindful of the rest of the animal's family.  I cannot stress enough how great they are - they make us feel like family and to say they go above and beyond is an understatement.  So, our last appointment was as great as every other appointment we've ever had.

  • It went very good. The reviews were good on Angie's List and I had brought her there two months prior as an emergency visit; we just moved to the area and they were very good and we decided to stick with them. They were friendly. The veterinarian is very friendly. I was very picky when it comes to vet so basically personality and how the vet is positioned for me is huge. They were reasonable.
