    Could not be bothered to call me back for an estimate, I personally won't chase a company to give them business and thousands of dollars. But it is Summer and I found only one company that was willing to give me a quote, and that was someone who saw I was looking for quotes on Angies list not any of the three including this company that I requested a quote from. Must be nice to do so well financially that you don't need to bother to return a phone call because business is so good. Congrats.

    They were so punctual and professional. They told us our system was old, and will likely need to Ben replaced. But since it���s unseasonably cold they just fixed what needed to be fixed to keep us warm until things calmed down. Will definitely shop them when we get our new system!

    Goff was amazing. They did a super job, super fast and it was done right for an excellent price. Since there was some water in my basement, they even put the furnace on concrete blocks to raise it up so it will not rust out from the water. Another company I hired previously tried and failed to repair my furnace by replacing wrong parts. The guy from Goff was surprised about what the other guy thought was the problem, the Goff guy was much more knowledgeable, much more helpful, and Goff did everything exactly as I requested. I accepted some options that added to the price but I should have taken the humidifier option too, so if you do this, consider taking that option. Goff is the only company I would ever consider hiring in the South Bend - Mishawaka area.

    We've had these guys come out at least 7 times and they keep masking the problem somehow, but the system keeps failing. Somehow they suckered us into paying for a maintenance contract, but a couple of weeks after they performed the maintenance, the system would fail again. It's been a long road with these guys and now that the system failed again last night, I'm sick of it. We hired someone else to come out. I would absolutely not hire Dean's to come out if they were the lowest quote by $500. They provide faulty service and it ends up costing again somehow.

    Our house that we have here, we're still under a 1 year with our home builder and they have the vendor, let me pull out the vendor name, they were super sweet.  The person we used at Metro Heating and Cooling.  They turned out great, cause we bought our house here last December, you know of course with a walk through they don't always have the AC connected, and here it is in Georgia like January and February it got hot, the girl there, the lady, she was able to tell me over the phone.  She took the appointment down for me,and said "I can have someone come tomorrow" and I was like "okay good, there is no AC blowing".  She said, "But I bet you it's this one thing,  if you go outside and do this, this and this" and I totally did it and was able to call her back.  And, it was nice cause you know she was just a girl that probably just takes the calls and stuff but she kinda did it extra steps she didn't have to.  Even though we are covered by warranty for a year with this company that they could come, she could have easily just said "alright I will send a tech" you know what I mean.  So their customer service there is really great.  She was super nice so I haven't had the tech come out, which is great.  For me there was no cost, because we have a free one year warranty with them through our home builder as one of the vendors we use for that type of stuff so yeah, there was no cost for us.  Their customer service is excellent, and they actually listen to you on the phone.  That was the only time that they came out here for me.

    Two thumbs up for Gordon's Heating and Air. I found them to be extremely responsive and easy to work with. I called the morning after our incident and they were able to come the same day. I was worried we would have to replace the entire system, but, based on his experience with similar situations, the technician started by checking the transformer in the air handler unit. Sure enough, that was the problem and the system was back up and running in 20 minutes. It would have been very easy for an unscrupulous company to take advantage of us in that situation, but fortunately for us Gordon's is an honest company, and the total cost for their emergency call and repair was one of the least expensive items on our list of damages. I will happily call them without reservation the next time we need service or repairs to our AC system. On a side note, I'm disappointed in Angie's List for letting the rant by another user stand as a negative "review", however entertaining of a read it might be. The description speaks volumes about the writer without providing any real information about the company, and, based on my personal experience, it is wildly inaccurate in its characterization of Gordon's as well.

    They have done a great job so far. They have been really good. I think $6000 is a lot of money for a new heating and air conditioning unit, but things go up. I believe they did a good job. I haven't been over there to check it out. They have been really good as far as responsiveness.

    He does all of my servicing for me. He has done work for several of my houses. He sends me an invoice and then I mail him a check. I have been working with him for quite awhile. I am not usually at the site. If I have a house that has a problem, he has people that work for him, so I'm not sure if he is there with them or not. It all depends on how much work they have for the day for him and his crew.

    It was fine. Everything went fine with that. He looked at it and said the unit was fine. Not really much to say on that, a very short visit there just to look at it. I thought he was on time and he was just very out-front. He didn't do anything that didn't need to be done or anything. That was a good deal that's why I purchased it. He was very professional. I think he worked next door. Somewhere around the neighborhood is where I got his name.

    Mr. Stephens contacted me directly to schedule my appointment to arrange the best time for our schedules.
    He was extremely professional and well-mannered when we spoke- not at any point did he make me feel as if he had somewhere else to be or that my problem was not a priority. He answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) patiently and with transparent expertise. On the day of my appointment, he arrived promptly and once the problem was diagnosed, he proceeded to work at a steady but unhurried pace. The problem was resolved in a timely manner and I have not needed him to come back out to follow-up for any reason. Aside from the inconvenience of my air conditioner needing to be repaired in the first place, my customer service experience as a whole with Total Services was very pleasant. I would most certainly use his company again and have already recommended him to a family member.
