  • I went to the office prior to my appointment to fill out a form to have my records transferred and was not very impressed with the woman at the counter.  She was more interested in talking to the chiropractor about a question instead of letting me fill out my one form so I could leave. I was the only one in the office and all she had to do was give me the form to fill out.
I came back for the appointment and the waiting room is very small and tight so gets packed quickly.  I went in for the consultation and immediately he was talking about billing my insurance.  I mentioned about how I was only needing maintenance and he was like you are in pain right?  Plus he was talking about doing xrays again even though my previous chiropractor had done xrays.  I thought okay because he is the professional.  He then offered to do an adjustment on me and I was not expecting to be there for that length of time knowing how many were in the office because I was on my lunch hour.  I said I would have to come back but he told me it would only take about 5 minutes.  I then agreed and they did the electrodes on me.  My last chiropractor had patients in individual rooms with privacy.  This guy has you in a room with 3 tables and chairs lined up.  No privacy and when I was done people were lined up on chairs in the room waiting to be seen so while I am laying on a table face down I had people in there who are able to watch.  At this point they had me sit at the end of the line, 3 people in front of me which means this being done in 5 mins was not happening.
Maybe it is just me but I do not feel comfortable being treated where people can watch me.  No privacy plus I feel like this push for extra xrays and to file my insurance instead of telling me how much this will cost seems to me like he wants to push me into unnecessary expenses so he can make as much money off of me instead of actually caring about my health. Even when I initially called and when I came in they were pushing for insurance even though I was explaining to them I was on maintenance and probably wouldn't qualify to go through insurance.
I will say they are quick on checking with insurance because a week or 2 later I received a letter from the insurance company regarding his office checking my insurance.
I have not been back because I did not feel that my needs would be met in this office.

  • Dr. Ranicki is very detailed in his evaluation, his description of test results, and his explanation of how he will care for you. Expect to have an x-ray, and also a body scan where the communication between your spinal column and the rest of your muscles is measured (sensors on a roller up your spine). In addition, he will look at heart rate variability, which tells a lot about your level of stress and your ability to respond effectively. Since February, my back pain is nearly gone, and he also fixed pain in my knee and hand.

  • I was born w a deformed back and have fibromyalgia. Dr. Peacock was the first doctor to do a thorough diagnosis. He is also the first to talk about nutrition and supplements. And to stretch me out before doing manipulations. He provides excellent care. His staff is wonderful. They are all very personable.

  • Adjustments are always quick and effective. For my needs, it's a perfect fit. I even started the $49 a month deal for 4 adjustments. I like to think of it as maintenance and it really seems to help keep my neck from becoming too stiff.

  • His office hours are very flexible. Nancy is great with the reminder calls - I often get so busy and am prone to forget! I rarely have to wait long to be seen by either Dr. Cline or a Massage Therapist. Since I complain about manual adjustments, Dr. Cline will use other methods to get my back into shape. I highly recommend both the Massage Therapist - who will go as deep into your muscle as you can take - (oh, what a relief!) and will explain what they are doing and give helpful hints (If you ask). I also highly recomment Dr. Cline - be prepared to laugh. :)

  • He fixed my back. He's an excellent chiropractor. I've never had to go back. It's hard to get an appointment. I would use his services again in the future.
