  • They pay their mechanics the best wage in Savannah, so they have the best workers (because they want to be there). We have worked with them for about 4 years. We always had newer cars so we didn’t have to do anything other than regular maintenance. Wait might have been about an hour, but they offer a courtesy car thing. They do the work well the first time. They listen. They don’t try to do the mark up. The customer service and quality are worth the A. They are very attentive. They have great customer service. I keep going back for the quality and the price. They listen and they explain what’s going on. They leave the car perfectly clean.

  • I hate grainger Honda. Absolutely loathe and despise every single thing about it. Years ago my wife's car was stolen and after recovery we had to get the ignition re-keyed, because her car was stolen using her stolen keys (a neighbor took them, though we could never prove it). We took the car to grainger and explained emphatically and clearly what we needed done and why. It was reiterated numerous times that the ignition MUST be re-keyed and that it must NOT work with the old key. When we returned to pick it up, they gave us back the exact same spare key we'd handed over. Despite our protests they ensured us that the work had been done and that the old keys would no longer work. So we took the car home and, surprise surprise, our car was stolen again that same night, and we wound up getting stranded on the side of the road at 2am in the rain on New Year's Day because we were out looking for the car when my car died.

So when we got a recall notice I was pretty annoyed that we'd have to go back to grainger to get the airbags replaced. Knowing their levels of incompetence and absolute idiocy, I fear more now for the safety of the people in the car than I would have had the bags not been replaced.

Dropping the car off took forever. We were expecting it to be a quick thing, but it took nearly two hours before we could finally leave. We left the car there for about five days total. When we returned to pick it up on our scheduled return date, they could not find our car. None of our information was in the system at all and they could not find our paperwork. After a very, very long wait we found out that they had not done the work, and did not know where our car was. We were assured multiple times that it was simply due to having a new person entering the information in the system, or that they must have spelled our name wrong when entering it, or that the work had been done but they couldn't find the closed out information, or any number of other excuses. No one in the whole building seemed to know what the h*** they were doing.

So after hours of waiting, and going over our rental car's return time (resulting in a hefty fee), grainger agreed to loan us a car for a day while they completed the work and sorted things out.

The next day we were called and told the service was complete and we could pick up our car. When we returned that afternoon, and I am not making this up, we were met with the exact same situation. They did not know where our car was and weren't sure the work had been completed. They couldn't find us in the system. They had no record of us at all.

In the end, after an insane hassle and a ridiculous wait time (we're talking like 5+ hours in total trying to get our car back from these imbeciles) we got our car back. On the paperwork where it tells you what was done, replacing the airbags was listed as both something that had BEEN DONE and something that DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE. All we have is grainger's word that they actually did do the work they say they did. Just like last time, with our re-key incident. I guess we'll have to wait and see if the airbag explodes and kills someone before we'll know for sure.

I would never, ever, EVER recommend Grainger Honda to ANYONE, EVER. They are, without a doubt, the most incompetent, stupid, idiotic group of morons I have ever been forced to deal with and I would sooner saw off my own toes than ever do business with them again. I would drive four hundred miles to another Honda dealership to buy a new car rather than deal with Grainger ever again.

  • I have know Tommy my whole life. He is a very honest man. I have recommended several people to him and all have been happy. I have used him on a couple of occasions but do must of my own repairs. I will definitely be using him more as I get older and less capable though

  • They are fantastic. They are probably the best auto service place I've ever been to. It doesn't look like much of a place from the outside. It's pretty misleading and it looks more like just a warehouse. It's a family owned business. It's a real small town kind of feel. But they give some of the best individual customer attention out of any place. These people don't lead us into purchasing things that we don't ever need. They will tell us if they think that the car has had a problem or not. They are not going to sell us anything that we aren't really going to need. They probably have over twenty employees, but every single one of them is related to the family. They do general maintenance anything from if our car is not working at all to regular oil change. They are capable of any general auto service.

  • I went to the Pooler location, and had the manager's special car wash. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing time, but they still took me in as a customer. Not only did they wash and cleaned my truck to standard, the employees worked diligently to ensure that I was given the same service as if I arrived at an hour before closing time. They did an amazing job and the workers were all really friendly. This is my favorite car washing/detailing company is Savannah. Quick, professional, and friendly.

  • From beginning to end, Integrity Auto Repair is a pleasure to do business with. They are text friendly (so they can keep you updated on your car while you are at work), their waiting area is very nice, they have toys to keep kids entertained, Craig behind the counter is extremely nice and helpful. He put everything into really clear terms for me. Jack (the owner and Master Mechanic) is a straight shooter who doesn't try to upsell you a million bucks worth of stuff. Their pricing is fair and their work is top notch.

  • Being a single woman who is not knowledgeable in the area of auto mechanics, I have been taken advantage of MANY times by car repair centers. This time I caught a break. Sam was very nice, serviced my Toyota Camry quickly while I waited, AND ONLY DID WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I took my car here based on all the good reviews for Mall Auto Repairs on Angie's List, and I was not disappointed. In my opinion, a good auto mechanic who is HONEST is a rare and valuable thing. Thank you, Sam. I will be back.

  • Savannah Tire is great. I emailed them about a quote for an oil change and within 10 minutes I had a response. I went later that day with my car and 2 young children. There was about an hour wait but they had a tv in the waiting area as well as a small play room with a chalk boad and kid sized chairs. My 4 year old was busy the whole time in there. They not only changed my oil but I was made aware that my back tires are wearing thin and a few other issues. I will definitely use Savannah Tire for my repair and tire needs.
