ACertified Clean CareJohn and Anthony brought back my vintage Iranian runners today and the rugs are beautiful. They look better than they have in many years. Several years ago another rug cleaner in Atlanta had cleaned them and the results were not good. One was even stretched out of shape. Certified Clean Care fixed all of the issues and went beyond my expectations. I really appreciate their diligence and extra time spent working on my runners. The technicians who returned the rugs were very conscientious in replacing the runners. She has pleasant mannerisms, she is always ready and happy to accommodate any added tasks that come up suddenly, she is prompt, respectful, and dependable. Also, we quickly were able to discern a comfortable sense of security and trust with her, which is extremely important for us when having service-providers come into our home, as my mother-in-law is suffering from dementia and my father-in-law stays home to care for her, plus we have our 3 children there half of the week, therefore we are cautious of what kind of person we invite into our home. Ruby is open and outgoing, easy to talk to and comfortable being herself, she's honest, hard-working, and she really did a good thorough job of cleaning our house, never cutting corners or disappointing us with the results of her work. CRequest service via phone. Person who took order was very pleasant. Suggest she does include details in her notes. On day of service, two men arrived and were in the house for less than an hour. There were a few tough spots but general overall cleaning was not what I had expected. They didn't get near floor boards or behind doors. I expected more as this was a referral from a close friend as well.

AThe previous owner's of this home were part-time residents and had allowed the home to become quite musty and mildewed in their absence. Acting upon a friend's recommendation, I called Paul Davis for an estimate and James came out that same day. He inspected the house with me, identifying the mildew problem areas and the sources of the musty odors. The price for everything that was proposed was quite reasonable and the work took place a few days later. Day one consisted of cleaning all the vents and duct work, followed by fogging of the house. The following morning the carpeting was deep cleaned. The home is 2700 square feet, has two AC systems, 14 vents, associated air handlers, and six rooms with carpeting. Our house now sparkles and smells fresh and clean. The carpeting looks and smells like it's brand new and there is not a hint of mold or mildew anywhere. We couldn't be more pleased.
