    Fantastic, love her work and personality Have purchased several things and recently had her paint (rescue) a family hand me down record cabinet from ca 1940-1950 ish... she did great job.. and I will continue to follow her work to keep and eye out for that ���special ��� piece !

    Very large fabric selection at very good prices. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Also had them quote the reupholstery portion of the job, but do not believe they do this work in house and more and their quote was the highest of all quotes as I believe they were charging the going rate plus their markup. Did not select them for the work but the fabric was excellent.

    Stephen and his wife are true professionals. Appointments were kept, estimates were honored and the work is outstanding. They specialize in leather work and the footstools look beautiful, but their work with fabric is also 1st class with great pattern matching. Pricing was competitive with other companies contacted but their professionalism and attitude was superior.

    Thomas and his helper were there on time and ready to move the piano.  They were very careful with the piano and the doorways, etc when moving.  They were very careful in unloading the piano, not backing truck over soft area and not letting piano go into the pool (lol).  They were professional but very friendly.  I will certainly recommend them to friends and family for moving anything.  And I would use them again. Thank you for being so careful with my old treasure.

    6/27 - Two recline-away chairs were delivered.  I was not pleased with the way the upholstery on the back allowed "works" to be exposed.  I requested that Lazy-Boy put a panel over the "works"  Nothing ever done about this problem.
    6/27 - I called to request delivery of the loveseat that the drivers failed to pickup. Warehouse could not find loveseat to deliver.
    7/02 - Called store and talked to Ken and was told salesman Brady would call me next day...no return call.
    7/10 - Brady (salesman) called me and told me it would be three more weeks  before they could get loveseat, that another salesman had sold my loveseat!
    7/11 - Doug Stapleton, District Manager, called me and told me he would get to the bottom of this and would call me back on Saturday...did not call me.
    7/15 - I called Doug and left a message.
    7/15 - Doug called me back.  He convinced me to accept the loveseat that he would have made for me and would deliver in two    weeks.  Plus he would give me $200 off for my inconvenience.  Delivery should be by 8/1.
    8/08 - I called and left a message for Doug.  No return call.
    8/13 - I called and left a message to cancel the order and send me a check for he loveseat + $200 we agreed to for my inconvenience.
    8/14 - Doug called to say he had the loveseat and wanted to deliver I on 8/15.  I told him that at this point, I was so disgusted with Lazy Boy that I DID NOT WANT ANY THING MORE FROM THEM EXCEPT A CHECK! 
    8/15 - I called Doug and left a message telling him to not forget to send a refund check plus the $100 "protection" and the $20 "protection" for a pillow that I never ordered or received.
    8/16 - Called and left a message - no return call. 
    8/27 - Called and left a message - no return call.  No check received.
    9/17 - Called and left a message - no return call.  No check received.

    After the 30 days I decided I was not happy with the mattress and called to return it. I was informed that I still had to pay 381.88 to have it returned. They mislead me in the store and didn't inform me that there would be charge for returning until after I tried to do it. I don't think this a good way to business.

    I found a $2000 mattress that they had on sale for $600. The sales people were great and I am able to return my mattress within 90 days of purchase if I am not happy. I had no delivery charges because we picked it up at the store.

    They are a good company. They provide a full service. They deliver the appliance and haul the old appliance away. The prices are on the appliances in their shop and they will come down from those. The people that work there are very nice. They make sure things are level when installing them. I like not having to negotiate a price to haul the non-working appliance away. They include that with the purchase of the appliance. They are there when they are supposed to be.

    THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BEFORE 9AM ON THE DAY THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER. I ACTUALLY CALLED THEM (TWICE). THEY SAID THEY'D BE OUT BETWEEN 1 AND 3 BUT DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL 4:30-5:00. THE SALESMAN KNEW HIS PRODUCT, AND THE INSTALLERS DID OKAY BESIDES IT NOT BEING QUITE LEVEL. THERE WAS A RATTLING WITH THE WASHER AND I CALLED THE SALESMAN WHO SOLD US THE UNITS. HE WAS OUT WITHIN AN HOUR TO FIX THAT PROBLEM.
