    They are good. At one point there was an incident that happened and it really upset me. They came the day I needed them to come. I have an ongoing relationship with this company. This is not my first time I had dealt with them, and we?d had some other things, it took me some time. They worked it out so, I don?t want to be critical or anything. (Don?t put this in there please, it?s like they come out to look at something and I asked them if they manufactured something called a mask, which is a metal piece that goes up over my electrical server. The man picked it up and he took it to his company, he was the owner, and I guess he laid it on his desk and then forgot about it. Well, eventually, they threw it away. After I went back several times and called and called and wasn?t able to get ahold of him, this went on for over a year, and I was like okay. Finally, my son went and I was finally able to get ahold of somebody and talk to him again and he realized what had happened and finally, it did take them time, but finally they did make me a new one and they did actually charge me for since I?d been without one for a while. I said over a year, but they picked it up in late Fall of last year, maybe say September/October because it was right after a tree fell on our house in July or end of June. I know they picked it up in that time frame because they came out to look at one of our other A/C units. Then it took them, well, I ain?t had it back that long. They came and put it up and didn?t charge me for it, so I really appreciate the fact that they didn?t charge me I just didn?t like the fact that I had to do without for so long, but in the long run it worked out to my benefit so patience is a virtue as they say). Overall, like I said, they do good service. I will use this provider again.

    The work was not well done. The plumbing under my sink was not done properly and leaked within a few days. He did not put in the water filter but watched my father-in-law attempt it. He left my refrigerator leaking at the water connection. All work had to be done again. I paid $$$ for nothing!!

    He came in and planted everything.  He did no grading and the first time it rained, our outside building flooded.  We never could get him to come back and fix the problem.  After months of arguing with him, we decided to remedy the problem with another company.  He did not give a guarantee on any of his work.  We ended up having all of the landscaping pulled up and the yard graded.  It cost us over $10,000 to correct the problem that should have been corrected in the beginning.  I can not give this company good reviews based on my experience.

    I am a disabled vet and can longer fix little things like this myself. Josh showed up and immediately assessed the situation, showing that he is a professional who knows what he is doing. A quick fix with clearing some debris and applying some new sealer and he was done. No problems since.

    I called and they sent someone out the same day. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, and checked my system thoroughly for the problem. He had to come back the next day to finish due to a sudden thunderstorm, and so did not charge me for the first visit. Another company had told me that I needed to replace my system, but the Coombs tech told me the system looked good and shouldn't need to be replaced. He was able to find the leak and fix it right up. I purchased a service agreement at the same time and got a nice discount as well.

    Mr. Abbott would call and state that he would be at work on site on a certain date and time and then not show nor a phone call to cancel. He pulled the floor up out of our bathroom and took off for a week to Kansas. Our house is above grade and it is winter time. We discussed with him about not showing up nor calling and said it would not happen again. It happened the very next week. We found more damage than what we thought and we discussed the price with him and had agreed to it. The next thing I knew was that he was demanding money up front stating he did not have any money in his checking account that his girlfriend must have taken it. He needed to buy supplies and we went to town and met him at the hardware store with the money. He would show up after 9:30 am and then would take off for lunch at 12:00. The very next Friday he was demanding another $1500 stating he had to make his truck payment. He gave this big story stating his girlfriend was out of work for 6 months. He was telling stories of how he could not make the mortgage payment and other bills, but was jetting off to Kansas all of the time. We asked for a deadline after three weeks and he gave a deadline and doubled the quote not at all to what we agreed. The day of the deadline he decided to slap the tile on the floors and grout, paint, try to finish the install in one day. He was in a hurry because he was again planning to jet off to Kansas to see his girlfriend. At 9pm that night we told him that he would have to come back and finish the job that we had to get our children to bed. He demanded more money and stated he would leave his tile saw as collateral. That he would come back and finish the work. He did not show up until the following Wednesday. He then tried to slap the trim and other finish work together. He up and left the house with out telling us. We called him and he said he would be back to finish the work and to clean up his mess. We still have not seen him or the receipt he promised. Oh, he took the collateral with him. The sink had the hot and the cold mixed up. Toilet leaking, paint not completed, calking not competed, wood trim was left broken and not finished, the shower fan was not competed, grout had bubble marks left in it that have to be repaired, grout dumped in my flower beds, what paint he did use he tracked across my brick patio, we had to do clean up after him everyday, he left a big pile of trash under the carport, the tile in the shower still had a heavy residue left on it. We had to buy the paint, all fixtures, tiles, grout, wax rings, sink adapters. He left a nail sticking out of the wall (tongue and grove paneling. He will not be allowed to do work for us again nor will we recommend him.

    went very well, getting scheduled in was a trick because of all the rain we have had. out of the contractors control. The roofing crew was awesome, and very meticulous in their work and the clean up. They completed my roof in a little over one day, which just amazes me.

    I purchased multiple appliances from Nationwide Appliance, paid in full within 90 days. Once my last payment was made, I tried calling the business numerous times to schedule delivery for my appliances, my calls were not returned. I drove to the business to schedule the delivery. They never showed up for the delivery, nor did they call to reschedule the delivery. Repeat, no show, no call. I made numerous attempts to contact the luck. I emailed the business, no reply. I left a note in the mailbox, no reply. I contacted BBB and Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Protection, and finally I filed a suit against them in the local magistrate court. 1 year later I am still without my money and the appliances I purchased, however, I did win the suit against the company, so I am now waiting for a bank garnishment. I ended up purchasing my appliances from Sears, Sears is a wonderful company to do business with, they stand behind their products and services!

    I called the number in Hahira and was directed to call the service person who served my area. I had to call multiple times until I finally got a hold of him. He came to my house and did a great job baiting and I was really happy and looked forward to continuing using the service. He said he would return in 4/2/2013 but never did and no call came to why he didn't show. I called multiple times and left numerous voicemails. There was never a return call. I decided maybe I had misunderstood and he would be coming on the second of May. May 2nd came and gone no word once again. I called once again to find out what happened and asked if they just didn't want our business. He called back but I missed the call. No message was left so I called 9 minutes after his call, no answer again. I guess they don't want our business :(

    Chad was very professional and easy going. Easy to talk to but very professional. He was knowledgeable, and able to complete the job on the spot. After testing a few circuits and parts on the external unit, he diagnosed the problem as a bad resistor that was no longer even needed. Chad re-routed the circuit around the obsolete resistor, and got the unit running again. He topped off the freon, and was able to keep the bill under 200 dollars even with the cost of freon.
