ASludgebusters SepticRudy and his team are LIFESAVERS. Christine called me to schedule an appointment literally within seconds of my claiming a 15% off deal here on Angie's List. The appointment was for tomorrow morning, but an hour or so later she texted to say Rudy was in the area and could come today. He and David (?--brain cramp--not sure if it's David or Daniel) were there within minutes. The pumped the tank, checked the field lines, blew out the lines, and had me check by flushing all the toilets a few times. They clearly explained everything they did and thoroughly cleaned up their work area. They were both incredibly polite and mindful of social distancing/pandemic protocols. I can't say enough good things--so happy to have a reliable tradesman now that I can call on if I ever have issues again. Well done, Sludgebusters!- Linda V.

FPlease be aware of this company. They came out to remove the tree that fell on our house. They make you sign a contract that you will only use Taylor Construction for the repairs. This happened August 25th and we still don't have a single repair done. There is still a tarp on our roof and there is now extra damage from all the times they failed to put the tarp on well enough to prevent rain from getting in. Everytime it rains water drips from our light fixtures and walls. They aren't responsive to phone calls or text. They act wonderful until they get the check from insurance and then everything changes for the worse. This has been **** for us.

AMaster Rooters were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. There was a mix up with my telephone number and Sam at the office was willing to reroute a truck to get to me that day. When the plumber called he was very knowledgeable and based on additional questions he asked, I was prepare for the drastic increase in services needed and price. What started out as a $375 job ended up being $3,000. They did a thorough inspection and as he had communicated over the phone it was a more serious issue, my pipes were crumbled. I appreciated the way he explained everything and there was no high pressures sales pitch just an open, honest conversation. I highly recommend Master Rooter. I will definitely use them in the future.
