Second, his crew was competent, friendly, and professional. They sealed off entry ways that i had no idea existed and did a great job of cleaning up. They explained what they were doing and even showed me how they were fixing the problem. Third, Matthew is reliable, responsive and knows his stuff. Finally, the lifetime guarantee is what it is and not a gimmick. Other companies offer guarantees, but also charge annual fees. AAngel was on time and wore a mask. He inspected the attic and exterior and said that he didn’t think squirrels were getting in the attic because the work that a prior company had done was effective and there were no signs of recent entrance. We had been told by another company that we needed the work redone at a cost of $1,225 but I didn’t tell Angel about the prior inspection. Mayday Pest control did not charge for the inspection and suggested that I call around in an effort to locate the company that did the work because it’s probably still under warranty if I need assurance. I plan to use Mayday in the future because I trust them.

DOne of their technicians left a poisonous powder dispenser called a duster on my kitchen counter and the poison got on my dog who then started to have seizures and had to get rushed to the emergency Room. Another technician tried to sell me poison and said I should cancel my service and just use him privately. another technician told me that he double the mixture of all chemicals because the epa is to strict and he knows better. when I told the company about this they threatened to cancel my contract, and blocked my phone number.

AWe live on the river with lots of vegetation, scrubs and trees and had trouble with mosquitos when sitting on our deck. Tuxedo installed their equipment and spray nozzles in inconspicuous places in the scrubs (where the mosquitos live) around the deck. The sprays automatically go off for 30 seconds 3 times a day and we seldom see even one mosquito all summer. And besides that, they are the nicest people in the world and handle any problem, if any, immediately. They are a family owned/run operation which I firmly believe in supporting.

AWe have a front porch that is lined with bushes and shrubs. The mosquitos (and what we thought were giant mosquitos but were crane flies) had taken up residence in the bushes and made the porch almost unuseable. Mosquito Joe sprayed and we could immediately tell a difference. And the best thing is that it has lasted over 2 months from a single spray session. Very impressed!
