DNot well at all. They used an all in one cleaner/polish; unfortunately, it didn't polish my floors and they did not sweep or use the dust mop well, if at all. After introducing them to my polish, dirt was mixed in with the polish, leaving a gritty looking surface. Also, polish was dropped on the top of my wood table in the den, leaving a lump on my table that I cannot remove. The entire furniture was not polished as request in all area of the home. To top everything off, they were late for the appointment. Being late should have been a sign for me to cancel the service. They were nice and worked fast. I just threw money away; I want 50% of my money back.

AKelly was very attentive and responded in a very short time. She came after work hours to provide an estimate of the work, which was greatLay appreciated. I was a little concerned that she would not be able to fit us in in the short timeframe we had, but she went over and above to juggle her schedule to fit our two day job in! Great customer service. When we realized that the time it was going to take would exceed our expected time, she bought another cleaner in to get the job completed in the very limited timeframe we had. Now that is service! At one stage I had a slightly different expectation due to an assumption I had made, and when Kelly realized this she was very pleasant and honest about this different perspective. We spoke openly about it, and Kelly was able to resolve the issue without any disruption to the work. Kelly and her team were very professional and pleasant to work with and dealt with the stress I was feeling due to our house having been left so dirty by the tenants who had just vacated. The cost of the work was very reasonable considering the detail I required of the team and due to the extent of cleaning required. Fabulous job and I cannot recommend Kelly and her team highly enough!

AI was so impressed with Cleaning with a Cause. Jeremy took the time to work with me regarding convenient scheduling, details of services needed, time estimate and cost. This job was considered a move-in clean, and honestly it was a tremendous task to take on. Haley arrived on time and ready to work! She was so pleasant with such a positive attitude, and she did an unbelievable job. The attention to detail was impressive! Knowing I can move my furniture/belongings into a freshly cleaned and sanitized home is priceless. Very reasonable rates and worth every penny. Would highly recommend!!

AWords cannot begin to express how well Gisel and her team did. Our apartment home recently went through some major repairs so one of our biggest concerns was dust and debris, in addition to the standard cleaning. Gisel was thorough and requested that I survey each room once complete. That alone impressed me. Our home is relatively heavy on decor, and to my grateful surprise, every piece was dusted. Another big concern were the blinds which were extremely dusty and once Gisel and her team were done, they looked brand new. Service with Tailor Maid Cleaning Services was an exceptional experience. My family and I continue to talk about the wonderful job Gisel did to help bring our home back to life. This was our first experience and it will not be the last. Gisel is a delight to work with. I can't recommend her services enough.
