AChoice Home WarrantyBill had to replace fuse, and was not able to find what was causing the short, but when I called him back to the property to check of the furnace cutting off again, he did come out, next day, and replaced fuse, and we think its fixed, but if not, he will come back. Only one service call charge, of course. Bill was very professional, wore a mask, booties, and worked very hard to find the problem. Would recommend Bill for service. He's great.- MARY M.

The tech made his report to the company and requested permission to carry out the repair. The company in short time approved the work which meant ordering parts yet to arrive. AChoice Home WarrantyI logged a call and within 24 hours a service technician responded. They repaired my appliances (microwave and dishwasher) very well to our satisfaction. Note you have to pay a copay of $45 for the service call. The rest of the expenses is paid by Choice warranty if it is within the coverage plan.- Ravi M.

AChoice Home WarrantyGreat - went through the reimbursement option and the service tech was fantastic and made repairs in a couple of hours. There was a little trouble getting through to Choice because the phone line for authorization is closed due to COVID-19; but we went through email and texting and after a little delay we got authorization, the fridge was repaired and reimbursement is on the way. Overall - some anxiety but finally successful and I appreciate Choice's responsiveness and willingness to work with us to get the appliance back up. Thank you!- Ronald M.

AGreat experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed.
