An attic system and crawlspace system were removed and replaced with new, modern and technologically advanced systems. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable and worked hard. No slackers here. The crew chief explained everything in the system and process. Reviewed all with me at the completion. Trained me on the new digital thermostat applications. Answered all questions. Was very knowledgeable, cordial and courteous. Canvas drop cloths along their work path. Cleanup was meticulous. Previously, I have used this company to install a new water heater; plumbing issue at the kitchen sink; and annual HVAC maintenance service. Every experience with them has been this positive. Benny arrived on time and with all the necessary equipment. He did a thorough inspection of my heating and cooling systems. He was very knowledgeable and explained his findings so that I was thoroughly informed. He made some recommendations but didn’t pressure me to make a decision right away. I played the video for Fred. He immediately knew that the check valve needed to be replaced. We haven't heard the noise since that had begun a week earlier and would occur even when no water was being used all throughout the day and night. AJeremy G. my technician came out for this emergency call weekend and checked the unit. He located the problem and took care of the matter. I had heat flowing upstairs and downstairs before he left. Although a panel has to be replaced, he assured me they would order the part and will notifiy me when it comes in and will return to replace the defective panel. AI can’t say enough great things about Casteel for all the services they provide. But, for this post specifically, we moved into a home just over 1 year ago knowing the system was very old (1994) and could have issues sooner rather than later. A recent service visit from Casteel validated that not only was our system old, but operating inefficiently and under capacity. We had a Steve follow up with us later that same day who analyzed our current system and calculated that it was under capacity. The home, when built, did not have a finished basement which, when added later prior to our occupancy, simply tapped into the existing system resulting in doubling the space the initial system was not rated to handle. Steve designed for us a new system sufficient for our needs and at 3 price-point options. We elected to do a complete replacement. Though that option was the most expensive, it was attractively discounted. We still got a great deal, a 10-year warranty, plus 2 years semi-annual service check ups. The installation team arrived on time as scheduled led by Kyle and another Steve, plus several other team members to install our new HVAC and heat pump. They dropped tarps within the interior of our home from used exterior doors to the basement and attic work locations. They did an excellent and professional installation to include upgrading to current code, Re-plumbing all lines, installing new thermostats, and adding a return air vent in the basement which had not been done when the basement was finished. They worked long and hard all day long, installation is clean, neat, and professional in appearance, and cleaned up afterwards exceptionally. I commend each and every one of them for a job well done! I highly recommend Casteel for all your heating, air, plumbing, electrical needs. I have used Casteel for all of these services because each and every time Casteel is punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, neat, and highly-competent providing their services. This is why I continue coming back to Casteel.

AThis company stands behind their work I highly recommend them! We recently had our hot water tank replaced with a national brand; however, within 6 months the unit was totally out. We called them they showed up immediately and after it was determined that the defective part would have to be ordered and we would be without hot water for two additional days without hesitation they picked up a new tank replaced it no questions asked! Thanks, Carl, for all your professionalism explaining everything you were doing every step of the way.
