AI have a "chinese" 4wheeler that my grandsons love to ride. It quit turning over and I had no idea where to take it. Found this shop and although it was 55 miles away I took it there. Met David and he said let me take a quick look since you are so far away, maybe we can save you another trip. Jose and David had it fixed shortly and saved me another trip to pick it up. This shop is what CUSTOMER SERVICE is about. Havent seen anyone care about the customer like this in years.

ASeriously the best! First off, if you have an insurance claim call K&M. Long story short my toilets water line came loose and the entire first-floor flooring needed to be replaced. I contacted K&M and John (the consultant) was out in less than an hour, John was fantastic! John went over the whole process with me - he went over different flooring options, cost, timing, installation, and what to expect. John's communication was second to none, he was constantly updating me on my project. Next came install day - Crew chief Paulo and his crew rocked! Super nice guys, were obviously very experienced and fast! Once Paulo and his crew get started they don't stop, they knocked out my floors in a day, no joke, one day... And the floors look great!! I chose the "Aruba" color, I love it. Super durable and they look exactly like hardwoods. Best of all, John and his crew helped me deal with my insurance adjuster. Before I chose K&M my insurance adjuster was a complete nightmare; I'm lost when it comes to insurance claims. K&M took over my project and made my process 100 times easier and stress-free. John and crew took care of everything; they fought with my insurance adjuster to upgrade my old carpeted floors to new LVP floors for next to nothing out of pocket. The whole process was stress-free and I could not be happier. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to since this experience was so amazing. I will be recommending K&M, John, and Paulo to everyone; if you're looking to get new floors K&M needs to be at the top of your list.

FI have used Sears in the past just to name recognition alone. I tried to schedule online, and the system was not working so I called the 800 number. Online I was looking at a next day appointment, via phone the next possible was in 4 days. I took it. I received emails reminding and confirming my appointment. At 5pm, I called to see where the tech was since my appointment was from 1-5. I was told they use Central time so my appointment was really 2-6, no one ever told me. And why in the world would it not be local time. I waited till 5:50 to call back, when I was told they tech had cancelled the appointment. No reason was provided. They finally offered me a 20% discount on my diagnostic visit, via an emailed coupon, Which has not arrived. They didn't even try to reschedule me. So said a once great company has fallen so far.

ANorth Cobb Power Equipment LLCI brought my seemingly deceased mower to North Cobb Power Equipment late Friday Memorial Day weekend. The owner, Andy Hou, said he would be happy to work on it, but unfortunately was about to leave on a week's vacation. Andy did complete the work on the day he returned; as promised. The mower works better than the day I bought it. Andy's prices are very reasonable and he does excellent work. I recommend him highly.- Roberta C.
