AOutdoor Makeover & Living SpacesThe Outdoor Makeover Team created our dream backyard space. When we initially met with Navid for our consultation, all my husband and I told him is that we wanted a backyard space for our two young children to enjoy. Not only did Navid keep that in mind, he also incorporated beautiful a design that turned our barren backyard into a retreat that the whole family can utilize on a daily basis. Throughout the entire project, Navid and his team were easy to communicate with, worked around our schedule for meetings, and were extremely patient with our young children tagging along for meetings and walk throughs. They were also very detail oriented and their craftsmanship was spectacular. This spring, we will be using them again for a small project for our front yard.- Jose B.

APRO GREEN LANDSCAPE MGMT INCWe used Progreen outdoor solution for our backyard project. Todd Jennings has completely reimagined and transformed our backyard. Our backyard was on a very steep slope as such there was limited usable and safe space for our 2 ½ year old daughter to play without worrying about accidental falling and injury. Todd was referred to us by our two friends for whom he previously completed projects. Todd provided detail and thoughtful design to us. From the moment we look at his drawing, we immediately realize the tremendous property value and safety improvement our backyard will receive. Todd has been diligent throughout the project from applying for a permit, to addressing all questions and comments from the city building department, to making modifications to the plan and scope of the project. He was very generous with his time and patient with us in walking us through every step of the project. He would stop by our backyard to supervise and check on the progress almost on a daily basis to make sure the construction is on track and according to his plan. The team who constructed the retaining walls, installed the pavers for the walkway and steps, and rerouted the irritation system did an excellent job. They kept the noise and dust to the minimal which was appreciated as I worked from home during the whole time. I am very happy with the end results. Todd’s design allows us to change the grading so we ca have a flat grassy surface as a playground for our daughter. He added more usable space under the deck with pavers which is beautiful. We can now enjoy a picnic in the summer and a firepit in the winter in our backyard. He added retaining walls to prevent erosion which was a problem before. He completely transformed our backyard with the landscape, hardscape and retaining walls installation. Above all, I can tell Todd and his crew really care about making sure me and my wife are satisfied. We feel they are paying the kind of the attention to detail as if this was their own backyard. What a dramatic improvement they made in our backyard. I am also switching the regular mowing and maintenance to Progreen. I highly recommend Todd and his company.- Frank L.

AOutdoor Makeover & Living SpacesThis is the second time we've worked with Navid and Outdoor Makeover, and once again we were thrilled with our choice! This latest project involved two retaining walls, a complete regrading of the backyard and added drainage, new walkways and trees. It was a total transformation that is both functional and beautiful, and we're so grateful to Navid and his team (especially Eddie and Sam) for taking such good care of it. They were responsive, respectful, and incredibly thorough. They also made sure our neighbor was completely happy because the retaining wall replacement involved removing and replacing some of her fence. While the quote might come in a bit higher than some other places, you absolutely get what you pay for in terms of the materials, quality of the work, and customer service. We can't recommend Navid and his team at Outdoor Makeover enough!- Patrick B.

AAllgreen Irrigation SystemsWow! Sean is absolutely the very best in GA at irrigation. We moved into our new home and found many problems, including with the old irrigation system. Our control box was malfunctioning. The sprinkler heads were the wrong type. The landscape was in a state of majory change. He explained everything and did not appear to attempt to oversell, but helped me get just what I needed. Therefore once I needed general maintenance on my sprinkler system later in the year, this was the only company I called. Once again they delivered fast, reliable service without the salesman pitch, which ironically made me purchase a larger package than I would otherwise have. I highly recommend them!- Deon M.

AWonderful. Nerys and one helper worked all day to bring our system back to life, the previous owner just left it broken. New timer head, sprinklers, jets, etc. Dug down four feet to replace control valves. Moved some lines, added some jets for coverage. The whole thing. Then when done, Nerys went over the timer system and walked me outside to see all four zones in action, allowing me to tweak anything I wanted. Lastly they disconnected the timer head and winterized the system by blowing out all lines. He'll be back in March at no charge to start it up again. Thanks Nerys!

CFirst of all Donald does great work, however he rarely has schedule availability (suspect this is due in part to his work product and quality), which is great! Last year it took just about a little under 60 days before Donald could get to our home to install an irrigation system (could not complain about the end result). However, I expected Donald to give me a call to perform "Spring Turn on" service. When I didn't hear from Donald I reached out to him to schedule the above service (the best way to communicate with Donald is via text as you rarely can get him on the phone) he informed me he didn't have availability for at least 45 days. I can't wait that long to turn on my irragation system without my grass suffering and then having to be forced to drag a waterhose out to the yard (the main purpose I had the irrigation system put in). In closing, this review isn't about making Donald's business "look bad" but instead because of the popularity of his work I suggest that he hires the needed staff to keep up with his customer base. One would think Donald would place a priority on "returning" customers for yearly services (reoccuring income). It's great he does great work but what good are your services if you have no reasonable availablity. Sadly, I am looking for another service provider who has 35 minutes to conduct yearly spring open irrigation service.

AWe had serious soil erosion and drainage issues at the front of our house & side yard - I had quotes & recommendation from several landscape companies - not only were the quotes very high, but I was not confident they were experienced enough in soil erosion/grading - everyone had a different idea about what to do... then I found Greg Horton! I called to explain our problem and when he came out to do a quote and provide his recommendations- I knew I had the right guy! He was knowledgeable, obviously experienced. He doesn’t through in unnecessary services or costs. Solved our serious drainage and erosion problems and went the extra mile in every way. Beyond pleased with our experience and can’t say enough about how great he is. I would not hesitate to use him again and definitely recommend his services!!!
