ALeos Home Care Improvements, LLC.Leo came to our place to assess water leak damage. He gave us a fair quote with detailed list of jobs that he and his team will be working on to address the issue. He and his team did an amazing job in identifying the root cause and quickly fixing it. Since one part of the wall was damaged, it had to be replaced and painted. What is amazing about Leo is, when we asked him to use low VOC paint for the wall he fixed, he didn't hesitate about it and did it without any additional charge. He and his team were very professional, punctual, and determined in delivering quality service. Since Leo did an outstanding job, my wife and I offered him another project to install hard wood floor.- Abiy A.

Nextor is a professional, highly competent, and skilled. He is a very hard worker. He spent quite some time preparing the site to prevent any dust and debris from entering the rest of the home. CFirst time scheduled; he canceled last minute due to car trouble. Second time scheduled: called me 4 hours ahead of scheduled time and said he was 2 minutes from my place. I wasn't home so, we rescheduled. Third time scheduled: showed up on time and accommodated my request to do a later time. I sent him the manual for assembly and, he said it was an easy job, probably 1 hour; it took 2.5 hours. I told him the entrance to my parking garage only will accommodate 6'3" trucks and he said not a problem, he'd drive his wife's car; he showed up with his truck and then made me pay him the $10.00 for parking on top of my very generous payment of $150.00 for 2.5 hours of work (which should have only taken 1 hour according to his quote). I spent time with him going over several other projects I needed done and we scheduled him to come back the following Saturday. He later texted wasn't sure he could make it but would let me know the next morning. I never heard from him and had to text 3x to get an answer. He didn't respond until 5 pm and said he could come, but it would be later in the day. I asked what timeframe, he responded "idk". I followed up, again, asking if he could come a day the following week instead and, he never responded. I didn't bother to follow up again; it shouldn't be so hard to hire someone to do a job with more follow up on my end, than the person getting paid.

AP.K. Masonry arrived at my home on three different days on time, ready and willing to start the work. I was impressed how carefully he measured and drew out the plans for the fireplace. On my fireplace install PK was always concerned with what I was asking for, and listened to what I had to say. We didn't always agree, but he showed great patience dealing with me who knows nothing about what it takes to build a fireplace. I love my new fireplace that he built and will enjoy owning it for years to come. I definitely would hire PK again and have a job for him, planned for the future.

AMr. Hamby was excellent! He very quickly diagnosed the problem with my leaking skylight and pointed out some preventive maintenance issues with my metal roof. He quoted a reasonable price and was back in a couple of days to complete the work. My leak was repaired the first time and my roof is in better shape than before. He cares about his work and it shows. Will definitely hire him again.
