Of particular note is the house has a tile roof and required special skill in dealing with repairs to some rotted wood. Riverside demonstrated particular care and expertise in dealing with this unusual requirement. AGutter Creations IncThis was a great service experience. Jon came out to provide an estimate within 3 days of my initial contact. He thoroughly reviewed our needs and suggested that we install white gutters with terratone covers to match our roof - he was the only person to suggest this to us and it looks really nice. Once we decided to go with Gutter Creations, they arrived to do our job a week later. A small crew worked diligently and as quietly as possible, considering that old gutters had to be torn off and completely replaced. The job site was left clean, apart from a few stray screws (so sweep your driveway after they're gone!) After a couple of days, Jon called to be certain that we were 100% happy, and we are.- Laura L.

They responded quickly to scope out the project and deliver an estimate. They showed up on time and completed the work well and within the time they estimated (in a day). They installed a new roof, new sheathing, wrapped the house, installed Hardie Plank siding, painted the house and installed new gutters. Everything was done to perfection! The owner, Jon Tremain, was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all my email questions even if I sent them at 8 pm or later. The work was well done and the crew was polite and accommodating. I did need them to return to my property to fix a few issues I found after they left. The crew returned the next business day. We did disagree on one of the issues I raised, but the crew leader proposed a mutually beneficial solution to the problem and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the results. AOur experience with T&T Custom Crafts was nothing short of exceptional. Joe and his team were prompt, courteous and professional in every way. Their teamwork was spot on and there were no surprises. But what really stood out was Joe's attention to customer focus. He made every effort to actually save us money. How refreshing! That is the kind of performance any company should exhibit day in and day out. My only regret is that T&T Custom Crafts can only be rewarded with 5 stars. If 6 were an option they should get them.
