ABalanced Garage DoorsThis part of review is on the quotation. 2nd part, when it happens, will be on the installation. Did 2 requests for quotes. First quote was to define budget and features I wanted in the equipment. 2nd quote was for a firm price base on a specification I wrote. Glenn and Kelly were very helpful, patient, timely, gave good solid advise on different options, quoted on time and exactly per specifications and gave a competitive quote that was lowest and very close to a big box store that I have had problems in the past on installations. Glenn even caught several dumb mistakes I made on door sizing and clearance which increased the price for a bigger door. Even though I had agreed to the original quote, Glenn did not gouge me on the price increase. I am a professional engineer and certified construction specifier with a suspicious and overly detailed lengthy approach; hence the long review. Although they may exist, I could not find a bad review on this company. Only found excellent reviews. Will add to the review when installation is completed. Be sure to get a quote from this company.- John R.

Josh the Technician who installed our new door opener was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. After a visual inspection and taking measurements he confirmed that the large, low heating/cooling air ducts in our drive-under garage would it allow for a traditional opener insulation. He recommended a wall mounted jack-screw unit. He provided an itemized list of all parts and costs with a final price. Impressed by- Roger C.

We had a couple quotes rom other companies, and while LVL wasn’t the cheapest, he wasn’t the most expensive. We chose this company because John, the owner, seemed to have a VAST knowledge of what we needed, and how to fix it. He helped me understand and I’m a complete dummy when it comes to these issues. The work also came with a complimentary 2-year warranty which i love because I feel relived in knowing they have my back if anything were to go wrong in the future. FI thought that it was great until the next morning. I went to work and it was not working. They had to come back out. They did how ever I was not pleased because they didn't do it right the first time. I also reached out to discuss my concerns with a manager. No one has contacted me yet. AAfter much research and several bids, we selected Siding of Atlanta to take care of several tasks on our 28-year old home. Randy Cox, the owner, was very professional and extremely accommodating throughout the process which was complicated by the impact of the coronavirus outbreak. The lengthy process of replacing all siding, two garage doors, the chimney pan, adding a chimney shroud, and doing all the exterior painting, mixed in with replacing all windows by a different contractor, was a difficult scheduling process. Randy dealt with every complication, easing our anxiety. We can't say enough about his willingness to communicate with us and accommodate our desires along the way. We were impressed with the siding and painting crews. They did meticulous work, repaired damaged wood when found (especially on the chimney), and allowed us to make changes when we felt they were necessary. Painting the brick front of the house, a nervous decision for us, turned out to be spectacular. While work on the chimney pan and shroud, as well as replacing the garage doors, was done by subcontractors, we were impressed with their work and appreciated that we didn't have to find the contractors ourselves. All in all, we are very happy with the transformation of the exterior of our 28-year old home. Several of our neighbors in the subdivision have stopped by to comment. Siding of Atlanta deserves most of the credit.
