AThe day after the Christmas holiday, our appointment was promptly scheduled. Everyone, with whom, we had contact, was courteous, friendly and professional. Arrival at our home, in a well marked vehicle, at the scheduled time was prompt. A face mask was worn throughout the visit. A thorough assessment of our situation was made and we agreed on next steps (replacement of home furnace). Cool Masters provided a very good price and a complete quote for the service needed. Thanks to Luann and Mike who did an excellent job representing their company. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to call on them again.

AThe work performed was excellent. My request for heating services was honored very swiftly as I had no heat during cold temp night from an already failing furnace. The technician(James) assessed my issue and informed me what the problem was and what was needed to be done to correct. A replacement unit was ordered and I was informed of delivery time. My furnace got replaced without issue. I even received follow-up call to make sure all was well after the initial install. I love my new furnace and happy to have a reliable heating system up and going again. Thanks to JH Heating and their services for getting me up and running again.
