Had the part needed on their truck so the repair was done then. Left everything neat and clean. I was told how the oven had 2 igniters, one for the broiler and one for the oven. I did not know that- nor that if one didn't work, neither worked.

    TRI COUNTY APPLIANCE REPAIR
My clothes dryer stopped working mid cycle so I looked on Angie's List and called 2 repairmen and left messages.
It was about 4:30 when Dennis from Tri County Appliance Repair called and I was driving home and he said he'd be right over and he was.
Not only did Dennis fix my dryer but I mentioned that clothes were taking much longer to dry that they should so Dennis checked the vent to the roof and sure enough that vent was jam packed with lint !
Dennis worked from inside the house & went on the roof to make sure he got that vent cleaned.
There were chunks of lint that were hard as a rock !
Dennis probably saved our lives as well as our 4 sweet dogs by cleaning that vent.
I highly recommend Dennis at Tri County !!!!
He was here over 2 hours and did an awesome job!
    THANK YOU Dennis !!!!

He was wonderful. He found us a great price on a new water heater and brought it in and it was fantastic. They are honest, knowledgeable and they can fix anything. They can fix anything from your washer to build you a deck to fixing your car. He even gave us some advice on our vehicle. They are just brilliant. They are kind of a Walmart for handyman services. It is like one stop shopping.

Arrived early for appointment. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Wired for outlet for the disposal along with the on switch. Had to leave twice to get supplies needed for the electrical and plumbing installation. Cleaned up after disposal was installed. The disposal works great.

Allgood Plumbing Electric Heating & Cooling
When I called they decided that an electrician needed to come because I told them I wanted them to check the heating element since the old water heater was only 4 years old and had gone out potentially at the same time as 2 TVs that belonged to the tenant (this is a rental house and the tenant was not really sure about timing as he was in the hospital).  When the plumber called he said the water heater was leaking, so no need for electrician I thought.  But then the electrician called and seemed to be wanting to put a whole house surge protector in to which I said no I was not interested (this house has not had a history of surge problems in 10 years).  The hot water heater they said they were going to put in was a Rheem 47 gallon (retail cost at Home Depot $397.00) and an expansion tank (about $40-$50) and I would assume some additional supply lines, adapters and supplies ($25-$30).  The total bill was $1,334.75 (after senior discount) which means the labor was about $860 labor for less then 4 hours work which included going to get the hot water heater.  That's like $250 per hour!!!!!
I tried to get some form of estimate up front, but couldn't even though I knew what I needed/could potentially need.  By the time they were at the house I felt stuck because I didn't want to leave the tenant without hot water any longer.
I have not yet inspected the work or the hot water heater so I could not judge, at this time, the quality.  I hope they left the manual/warranty information for the hot water heater.

    TRI COUNTY APPLIANCE REPAIR
Dennis was prompt, professional and personable. He identified the problem and since we discussed the possible problem ahead of time, he brought a replacement ice maker with him so he fixed it on that same visit. Very happy all around.

    Sears Appliance Repair
I reported trouble with refrigerator initally on 8/30/2013 that it was not cooling properly. They have been to my house 6 times already, and I am now waiting until October 28 for them to come back and install more parts. My biggest complaint is the lengh of time it takes them to do a repair. There also is no one you can talk to who seems to have any authority.
It's a good thing I have a garage refrigerator, otherise what would I do for the 7 weeks I have been waiting for Sears.
Do NOT buy there Maintenance Agreement or you will be waiting a long time for service.

    TRI COUNTY APPLIANCE REPAIR
He is local to Monroe, which makes it very easy to have him come to me. Since it is his business, he is very conscientious about the integrity of it. To me, that is very important. He always cleans up and does the job well.
