ADiamond Carpet & Textile ServicesAmazing. My Mother’s carpet is the original white carpet that has been down for 25 years. She takes good care of it and has it cleaned about every 18 months. She has fallen and occasionally spills her coffee so there are some blood and coffee stains that have been hard to remove in the past. Mom is 90 and believes this is the cleanest her carpet has ever been. Very satisfied. Eric even cleaned her recliner and it looks like new.- Pat C.

Our good friends from across the street know him personally and have used him repeatedly and we fell confident that he'll do a good job. He certainly was willing to spend the time with us to discuss how he would do his work and what he thought had happened incorrectly with the previous work, but he also said, "I can't guarantee anything" so he was honest and then gave me a price which I felt was very reasonable. He's a very decent fellow, you can tell by the way he present himself. He's not a high pitch sales person, he's just a down-to-earth kind of person.- RAYMOND D.

He said the hardest part was getting out soap residue from past cleaning, however everything came out beautifully and carpets were dry! Also removed and cleaned area rugs cleaned them and returned. AZerorez of Savannah & the LowcountryZerorez did a great job! Their tech, Tony, arrived as scheduled. Our house is in the Savannah Historic District, and parking as limited. Because the hoses have to run from the van, he needed to park close to our house. When he first arrived, that wasn't possible--and this was on a Saturday, so we thought we were out of luck for that weekend. Actually, Tony made sure we had his cell phone number and told us to grab a parking space when one was available--using our car to hold it until he could get back--and he'd come back late in the day or the following day (Sunday!) to get the job done. Sure enough, that plan worked, and he came back and did the work. Our Savannah house is a second home for us. When we're not using it, we have short-term renters. The prior renters had left a large number of stains on the carpet in one room. That's why we called Zerorez. The carpet in question went from being stained in multiple places to looking almost like new! One of the stains was 95% removed (and you'd really have to know where to look to notice the little bit that didn't come out), and the rest are gone completely. Considering the issues, I can't complain at all--have to be realistic about what can be done! Overall, an excellent job! As the usual deal was for three rooms, but we only had two that needed any work. Tony worked with us, did the main room with the stains, a small side room and also cleaned the seats of our dining room chairs. They are old and definitely benefited from the cleaning! Their colors are much brighter now! We're very happy with this work, and any time we need carpet (or upholstery) cleaning in the future, we'll be calling Zerorez!- Jess B.

AZerorez of Savannah & the LowcountryWonderful! Sean Corrigan contacted me on his way to let me know when he would arrive. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The company uses green products. Sean was able to remove all stains. He explained the reasons for some of the stains not being removed from past cleans. Thoroughly explained the products he was going to be using and the process. The carpets look brand new again! The area rugs he took away and cleaned came back beautiful. And the same for our outdoor furniture upholstery. Sean was friendly and reliable. I would use him again in the future.- Sue D.

AHeaven's Best Carpet CleaningWe had Heaven's Best out twice in less than a week to clean our carpets and then to do some upholstery cleaning on our living room furniture. Both times he was on time to the minute, did a very through job, and the end result was excellent. The prices were also very reasonable. $99 to clean the carpet of 3 bedrooms and a hallway and $130-something to clean a huge oversized couch, oversized chair, 9 huge cushions, and a glider chair and ottoman. They looked brand new when he finished.- Scott S.

AMike moved the furniture and put down a spray before what looked like a floor waxer for carpets. He described how it was environmentally friendly and pet/ child safe. It got my carpets nice and clean, and took no time to dry. The smell was a little strong, but it dissipated quickly. We ended up getting a carpet shampooer because of frequent spills, but if I had not I would definitely use them again.
