We had an odd roof configuration on our house. Rather than just offer a quote to reroof our home like every other contractor, Jason offered a creative solution and had quality carpenters capable of completing the modification. We ended up with a new front roof elevation and new roof with any rotted wood identified and replaced. If you need a roof repaired or replaced, go ahead and get quotes. But be sure to include Rain Tight as I’m confident Jason will be competitive. AAll went very well. Sam Dolan is a real pro. in the quoting dept. The guys who did the roofing repairs worked very hard and had very good customer skins as well. I had one small issue with the work and they corrected it on the spot, These guys are real pros. The price was good for the overall workmanship. I would hire them again, and I highly recommend them.

AThey were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end.

AErnie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed.
