AAmerican Wood RefaceUpon our call to American Wood Reface, Serina was very prompt to come to our home. We explained what we would like done. Serina was most helpful in making suggestions. She brought samples of all the products to our home and assisted us in choosing the best products for our renovation. Joe promptly came out and did all the measuring. Before he left, he advised on the projected installation date. Our actual installation occurred well before this date. Joe and his son arrived promptly each day. Joe is a true professional. The quality of the wood used was exceptional, and Joe's craftsmanship was superb. We highly recommend this company for any kitchen or bathroom renovation.- T e.

ACaptain's PlumbingExcellent in every category. Responded immediately to a request to quote. . We approved quote on Wednesday evening, brought home the water heater on Friday and was installed first thing today, Monday. Completed install and no issues and the old heater was from the 70s. ASouthern Home SolutionsIt went amazing. Had a pipe explode and flood my downstairs. Hired Justin’s company to do the work. Quality of the work was superb. I will say this, Justin isn’t like other contractors. He will show up clean shaven, with a company shirt on, in a clean vehicle, be courteous, won’t be answering the phone while talking to you, he answers and returns calls, and (my favorite part) he’s on time. He’s punctual to a T. If he said he will be out at your house at 10am, he will be there at 9:55am, that’s just how he operates. He makes you and your job/problem feel as though it is the most important job he has going on at the time. Superb knowledge and skillful problem solver, I would (and have) hires Justin to solve numerous issues across numerous properties. Hire him, and it’s very hands off. You don’t have to be at the job calling and making sure he shows up, or making sure he doesn’t leave the job site messy, or making sure his crew isn’t stealing stuff from your home. FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
