AHalf Moon Custom HomesChoosing a home builder is difficult. My personal background is custom home building, so I knew what I was looking for but just not certain I could find it. Robb Dickerson of Half Moon Custom Homes was everything I had hoped for and more. His communication skills are impeccable. Phone calls, emails and text messages are answered promptly and information is clear and definitive. When something needs attention, there is no waiting around! AHalf Moon Custom HomesGreat. All work was done in a timely fashion and exactly to our specs. Robb and Jeff were easy to talk to, listened to us, and offered opinions and alternatives that were usually spot on. They were very responsive and available by phone, e-mail and text message at all hours of the day or night. The entire crew was friendly and had our complete confidence. The guys were lifesavers - deliveries that came on the wrong days, or help with moving bulky/heavy furniture - they assisted us with more than just construction. The entire project was pretty much stress free, quite unusual for construction/remodeling. We have some projects in mind for the future and will call Half Moon first.- Deborah L.

AHalf Moon Custom HomesRobb Dickerson and his team added a gorgeous sunroom onto my house. I couldn't be happier with the addition. He worked with me from start to finish building what I wanted while adding suggestions as we went. I picked a paint color that, when it went on the walls, I didn't like. Robb didn't flinch when I asked him if he would do a color change. My new room is a beautiful and serene place where I can relax at the end of a long day. If I ever need more work done, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call Robb again. Thank you so much Robb for all your hard work.- Dora H.

AExpert Contracting IncThe construction by Expert Contracting, Inc., was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I have absolutely no knowledge about construction. ECI took great steps to insure that all applicable building permits were obtained and that building codes were followed. The plans submitted to the City of Savannah were drawn by an engineer selected by ECI. City of Savannah building inspectors were contacted to approve each phase of construction. The construction of my carport with adjoining utility room was no easy project. My backyard had a multitude of tree roots. Before the foundation could be poured, these roots had to be removed. ECI removed the roots manually and by utilizing a small backhoe to be certain that roots did not interfere with the foundation. As I stated earlier, I do not possess any knowledge of construction. I wish that I could provide technical information about the building of the two structures. I can say, however, that ECI's expertise is reflected in this construction. ECI patiently explained every phase of construction and why certain types of materials were used rather than other types. ECI made other suggestions that were well appreciated. Just three examples are two ceiling fans with lights on the ceiling of the carport , sensor lights put on the side of the carport facing the lane and siding put on the exterior of the utility room. There are other suggestions made by ECI that my wife and I are pleased with. Neighbors and family have given me compliments. I have informed them that ECI must take all the credit for the work; both for the construction and the valuable suggestions such as those stated earlier in this paragraph. Oh, I am not related to any of the ECI staff either by blood or marriage. I also do not have any business interest in ECI.- Irvin L.

ACook Portable WarehousesThere was a deposit of about $200 and then I can pay monthly or pay it off. The delivery will be in two weeks. I can't wait to get my shed. The QUALITY of these sheds is so much better than those I have seen on other lots. I compared alot of sheds before choosing Cook. The gentleman there was very helpful in helping me decide on the best size of shed for my needs. I am planning to store my yard equipment and tools as well as holiday decorations and winter clothing.- Rebecca M.

ARNR Home Improvements LLCRickey, Will, and all the guys at RnR Home Improvements have been amazing! I did not stress in the least during the entire renovation of my master bathroom. Rickey communicated with me almost daily to let me know what to expect for the upcoming days. All of the guys that I met were wonderful. In addition, the guys went above and beyond the scope of the job to do a few other small jobs to make my life easier (i.e. fixed outlets in other parts of the house, mounted my television). What more can I say! There were no surprises with cost. My final bill matched my quote. They finished the work in the promised time period. And I now have a beautiful, high-quality, bathroom retreat. AIf you are looking for an honest, reliable, customer friendly contractor, this is the one. Robb from day one returned all calls and kept us in the loop each step of the way. There were no surprises. Our build was something that they had never done before, and it came out just as we wanted. You get what you pay for they say, but I think we got more! You won't be sorry if you hire him! AA 30’ section of my 6’ shadow box fence was taken out after the hurricane. Completely demolished. Casual Builders was responsive, professional, and they did a great job. Lots of attention to detail. They also installed a gate in the fence for me and repaired an existing double gate. The price was fair for the work I needed done and they looked for ways to keep the cost to something I could manage. I’m really happy with the job they did and I’m planned on hiring them soon for another repair to my home.
