ASouthern Home SolutionsIt went amazing. Had a pipe explode and flood my downstairs. Hired Justin’s company to do the work. Quality of the work was superb. I will say this, Justin isn’t like other contractors. He will show up clean shaven, with a company shirt on, in a clean vehicle, be courteous, won’t be answering the phone while talking to you, he answers and returns calls, and (my favorite part) he’s on time. He’s punctual to a T. If he said he will be out at your house at 10am, he will be there at 9:55am, that’s just how he operates. He makes you and your job/problem feel as though it is the most important job he has going on at the time. Superb knowledge and skillful problem solver, I would (and have) hires Justin to solve numerous issues across numerous properties. Hire him, and it’s very hands off. You don’t have to be at the job calling and making sure he shows up, or making sure he doesn’t leave the job site messy, or making sure his crew isn’t stealing stuff from your home. None of that, he is top notch and runs a tight ship. You won’t go wrong with this guy.- Jonathan M.

AYour Exterior ProsAll went very well. Sam Dolan is a real pro. in the quoting dept. The guys who did the roofing repairs worked very hard and had very good customer skins as well. I had one small issue with the work and they corrected it on the spot, These guys are real pros. The price was good for the overall workmanship. ARiverside PaintingMarco provided a very detailed and complete estimate of work needed and Lino and Team did an incredible job. Lino was very professional and detail oriented making sure that we were completely happy. They showed up at the same time everyday, 8:30am and worked until 6-7pm weather permitting. Even worked on Saturday to complete the job on time! His team did a great job on the house, trim, windows, sealing, priming and painting. No surprises with the final bill, Lino discussed any extra work needed up front. We will use them again! This is the 1st time I have used a contractor for any service that went 100% smoothly with no worries. They did not leave the house until we had the final walk through and were happy!- JOHN W.

APristine Renovations LLCI used Pristine Renovations LLC to perform a renovation job on the family homestead on St Helena Island. It was a delight working with them. They were professional, supportive and friendly. The showed up with ideas on how we could make the project better and stay within our budget. They met their deadlines and commitments. I could make definitive plans on dates that they gave me. Pristine Renovations were helpful and accommodating with even the work that we performed ourselves. APristine Renovations LLCWe have lived through having a home built from scratch (and living in it when partially completed), plus 3 other whole house renovations which we also 'lived" through. The planning, preparation and actual work done to completion by Pristine Renovations was superior to all. We have nothing but good things to say about Hal Richardson and the crew. They were punctual, did superior work, and were so pleasant. We actually miss them a lot. Even our little dog grieved when they finished the project. In fact we are looking around the house for additional projects so we can call them back. The pricing was just what we expected with no hidden "surprises". AExcellent work. Quick, inexpensive, quality and friendly responsive workers. I could not find a roofing company to paint my stucco chimney in the center of my roof and repair the cap which was staining it. Most roofers won't paint and most painters won’t do the roof. These people worked my neighbors roof repair and painting and he highly recommended them I would highly recommend them as they are willing to do smaller jobs.
