I was in an out in no time. When I took the car there, they were prompt, they took the car in, serviced it, came and got me, while I was waiting, and they showed me the invoice. I thought the price was decent. I will use them, I'm under warranty, I got no choice. Even if I didn't have warranty, I would probably still use them.

    JP Auto Care
They're super awesome. They waited for me to pay them almost a week after I got my truck back. They did the work in less than 30 minutes. A lot of people don't realize the equipment a lot of the mechanics use is super expensive. You know that thing they do the diagnostics on your car with? That's at least a $5,000 machine. So, you're paying to use their machine. And a lot of people can't comprehend that, for some reason. They are beyond awesome. I bought a top of the line truck and the water pump went out on it. I called the dealer, they wanted to keep my truck for two or three days and charge me $1,000.00. And then I called another favorite auto repair place. They wanted my truck all day for $800.00. I called JP and they said, "Give me three hours. I'll have it done by close, which was 6:00. It was 3:00 when I got there. I'll do it for $500.00." He did and I have not had a problem with it. Any work that they've ever done, I've never had problems with. I locked myself out of my truck and they had my spare key and they brought it to me. I kid you not. They are beyond awesome. I've got everybody addicted to them.

NO resolution that is deemed acceptable for the customer. Finally after begging foe over a week to talk to the owner, Micheal Mays, finally called me back today and he is just as bad as the general manager, Chad. No wonder they work together! After a bunch of nothing coming from the owners mouth, we are still stuck with a bill that is now $660.00 because we have to pay for towing that was originally free......I am telling you, if you want to do business with crooks, this is your place, otherwise, find someone else! These folks should be put out of business!!!!!They are out to make money and that is it! Not to help the customers and provide a good customer service experience!!!! Please if you are reading this and have had experiences with them as well, please post! Maybe between the Angie's List nation, we can save locals here a lot of headaches and money!!!!

    Mr Transmission
I took my vehicle to Mr.Transmission to check for problems I thought were coming from my transmission. Michael Mays, owner of Mr.Transmission, told me that the worst case repair cost would be $2000. After keeping my vehicle for a couple of days, Chad, a manager at Mr.Transmission, called me to tell me that the quote had changed due to more problems discovered after the inspection. The quote was now 2700. At that time I decided to take my vehicle to another shop. I went to Mr. Transmission paid what I owed for the inspection and asked to be contacted when the vehicle was ready to be towed. A few days later Mr. Transmission demanded that I sign a waiver showing that they were not responsible for any missing and/or broken parts. I refused to sign the waiver and Mr. Transmission held my vehicle for 4 days until I threated legal action to regain possession of my vehicle. Only then did Mr. Transmission surrender my vehicle. After taking my vehicle to another shop the mechanic contacted me and showed me where the only problem was the drive shaft coming lose on the vehicle. He also showed me where somebody struck the vehicle's transmission with a hammer causing more damage. This case is still pending and I plan on taking the owner and manager of Mr.Transmission to court.
