  • I was very very pleased. They came and took care of everything. Very reasonable. My brother-in-law used them and they are pleased as well. I've referred them already and I would definitely use them again. .

  • They were quick to come and within a few hours, the house looked like a battlefield !!!!!! I may understand that they had to remove the linoleum flooring in the bathroom (strangely enough, they did not remove the bath/shower combo to check if there were any damages under..... maybe that it was too heavy), but they litteraly torn out doors from their hinges and even torn out door frames ! When I asked them to explain me why they did so many damages, they told me that I just had to place a claim at my insurance. I thought that when they would have asked THEIR insurance company to pay for THEIR damages !!!!!! I had the feeling that working for an insurance company is a good excuse to charge a lot ! I was so angry, that I informed my insurance company that I did not want them to do the reconstruction work !

  • PAUL DAVIS agreed to work with the estimate given by USAA. They had to replace the roof, because shingles had been damaged by trees and wind. They also had to repair the master bedroom ceiling, the light fixture, the vent, etc...... They worked fast, professional !

  • Board on the floor was cut crooked and pieced together with gaps in hall closet and bedroom as well. No pan was placed under gas water heater, I had to make the sub put it under the gas water heater on plywood board. No Insulation was put in the wall as charged in bedroom or hall closet. The door was not painted as charged to the closet for hot water heater. The closet was not painted two coats as charged. The ceiling fan was not removed as charged and rehung in stead it was taped. BedRoom was not painted left with primer and a contractor bag of trash, paint liner with dried paint, rented air scrubber, door, closet rack, joint compound, 2 buckets were left in bedroom and one out side in front of my entrance door, glued one side plastic was placed on my carpet which stayed there for two months ...my carpet is quite sticky. Plastic was left draped of everything, the painting in the hall, foyer, d/s hall and dining room was never done. The utility room was never touched....THIS HAS TO STOP !!! THE BIGGEST MESS I HAVE EVER SEEN !!! The a/c sub guy was an overt alcoholic. He showed up about 11:00 took my ac apart and lay on the floor in my closet then got his tool and left my unit disconnected in 97degree weather over night. The bath down stairs was painted tackey with blue painters taped that was painted over anbd cut with a razor to appear clean edge, the blue tape is bulkling the areas and quite visable. no wall paper was put inthe bathroom. These people have gotten away with this for years...it's evident !!! I fired the crew because Keith disrespected me by yelling at me and demanding I look at him. My disabled son was very nervous..No one will abuse me or my son. Run from these people. I will not pay anyone to mess my house up and disrespect me. I'm in the process restoring my house

  • Terribly! It was an absolute NIGHTMARE! Poor communication; we were kept completely out of the loop of what to expect and what exactly they were doing in our home. We were forced to play the middle man between them and our insurance company while we had a member of our household in the hospital for smoke inhalation. They were late 90% of the time. Honestly, we would have happily endured everything listed above if they had at least done a decent job, but they didn't! It was awful! Our insurance company received an itemized bill after being assured that we, the customer, had received it as well. We have still to this day receive ZERO paperwork from them, despite begging for documentation. Not to mention, the itemized bill included tasks they didn't even do! It charged for the cleaning of 3 rooms that they never even opened the doors and walked into! The fire was in our unfinished basement, and insurance was charged for the removal and disposal of all visible insulation on the floor. THERE IS AN ENTIRE ROOM DOWNSTAIRS THAT STILL CONTAINS THE SMOKE DAMAGED INSULATION!!! Not to mention, the bill indicated 288 total hours of service, which is untrue. I work from home and document when they came, how long they stayed, and how many of them there were and my total came up to below 120 hours. I am honestly still shocked that a company could treat their customers this way. They are continuing to lie to us! Today they assured us they would send another company to come out and reclean our carpets (since they left them soaked for 3-4 days and they smell like mildew), and they sent the SAME MAN FROM THEIR COMPANY!!! RCM you should be ashamed of the way you treat people in tragedy, and don't you ever come near my home again!!!!!!!!!

  • I purchased the Big Deal for $59 in order that I could get someone to come out and give me a price estimate on 4 small roof leaks. I purchased on 30 January 2016 and the gentleman came the following day, a Sunday. The company is local so it was convenient for him and me. He was one of three companies that came out. I decided to go with another company. His price estimate was very comparable to the company I went with.

  • After asking for quotes from two other contractors and not getting them in a timely manner, I decided to check Angie's List for more options.  I chose Georgia Superior Restoration because they appeared to be a full service water restoration company, had great ratings and they are close to where we live.  Brett Bendetti came out that same day and I was quite impressed with his professionalism and confidence.  He was friendly, reassuring and quite knowledgeable.  He was able to give me an estimate right away.  The work commenced within a couple days and was completed faster than I expected.  GSR expertly fixed the gutter and all exterior damage,  dried the affected wall and replaced the drywall and trim and removed and replaced the wood floors.  I can't even tell there was any damage to begin with, and am quite pleased with all the repair work done.  GSR is now my contractor of choice and I highly recommend them.

  • They were knowledgeable and helpful in recommending a course of action and very detailed in their estimate of cost.  We found the workers and project managers to be very conscientious and attentive.  We were pleased with the finished results.

  • I bought Mohawk carpet with a 10 year overall and lifetime stain warranty, pad, and installation for $1.48 a square foot. They were great.  The carpet had to be removed due to heavy water damage.  They came out at 3am and removed all the water and damaged material.  Then they set up fans and equipment to dry everything.  I am very lucky to have used them.  If they would have came out the next day like most companies, I am sure the water would have made it to my bamboo hard wood floors.

  • Perfect. We are so proud of the work and would definitely refer them to anyone!
