  • He told me that I had allergies and wanted to do allergy testing. I asked him if my insurance would cover this and he left the room to check. He comes back in with a anoth re man to do the allergy testing. He said don't worry the insurance will cover it. I felt like they were really pushing this on me and I really just had dry skin that was making my face break out. I paid for my visit. A month later I received a bill for $800. I thought I was gonna die. I called the office and they said they would check on it and see what was going on. I told them that Dr. Bryant told me that it would be paid for by my insurance company. They called me several times and tried to get me to pay it and I was very aggravated with them. Finally one day the front office called me and told me not to worry about it. It sounds like a scam to me. I do not have allergies. I call my insurance company and ask them about it they were very concerned.

  • Appointments there are always great. From the time you walk in the door until you leave, you feel comfortable and cared for. Every member of the staff is friendly and professional. We highly recommend this dental practice. My daughters actually look forward to their dental appts.

  • She talked me into getting braces while I was under the influence of an anesthetic. I'm 63 years old, and most of my teeth are capped. The next day, with a clear head, I called her back and spoke with her secretary to let her know that I certainly didn't want or need braces, but that I was willing to pay for the mold. She told me she would pass the information along to Dr. McKenzie. I expected to receive a call back, but didn't. She wound up charging my care credit card $7,000 for the braces I never wanted or received. I've since talked to other dentists who confirmed that putting braces on teeth with caps can actually cause the caps to fall out. I feel like I was ripped off. I feel like this is a case of someone taking advantage of a senior citizen. I just recently got this bill paid off. I eventually spoke with Dr. McKenzie, but all she was willing to do was install the braces, which I DO NOT WANT. She wasn't even willing to reduce the amount. I spoke with someone at my insurance company, and they advised that they offered payments for braces. Dr. McKenzie never even ran it against my insurance. She just ran it against my care credit account's high limit. I also found it odd that I never saw any other patients during either of my appointments.

  • I had a 1030 a.m. appointment for a mammogram which took an hour and a half, making me late for my 1130 a.m. dexascan in the same building. Therefore it took more than 2 hours of waiting for 2 tests that took less than 20 minutes.
The staff was friendly and professional, so I would go back if I could get the 1st appointment of the day. Perhaps there was a reason for the extended waiting times but since no one apologized for the delays, I am guessing no.

  • I went for a complete physical yesterday, after calling last week for the appointment. I waited in the reception area for more than an hour, which I was told was abnormally long. Once I was taken back to an exam room, everything was fast and professional. In the 2nd hour I had blood drawn for lab work, a chest x-ray, an EKG plus a complete medical examination. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate.

  • I'm perhaps an overly sensitive patient.  I have a bit of doctor anxiety and suffer from "white coat"-itus.  Especially concerning my eyes or feet.  I've visited different podiatrists, but when I was told that I needed an ingrown toenail extracted and the matrix destroyed I was extremely anxious.  I'm so thankful I found Dr. Reynolds.  His office manager, Kim, was very reassuring and supportive both when I called and on the day of the appointment.  Dr. Reynolds was very professional and reassuring, but down to earth with a great bedside manner.   Of the procedure I felt a couple of tiny, virtually painless pin p*****, nothing else, no burn, nothing sharp.  I will definitely go back to him and recommend him without hesitation!

  • We had a wonderful doctor there and he quit. He was not satisfied with the level of care they were giving patients. We are still going there because it’s close to the house but ever since he quit, which was last year sometime, all we do is get to see a PA. We haven’t seen a doctor there ever. We’ve been happy with the PA. The office environment is very nice. No doctors are punctual anymore. The staffs are pretty good. I don’t have any complaints there.

  • Their glasses last a long time. They're also pretty thorough about your eye exam. They have a good selection of eye wear. They fit your glasses to your face instead of just handing them to you. They have you put them on to see if they feel okay. They're pretty thorough, from start to finish.

  • When I went I was put in waiting room then told they were sending me to get a root canal ( I had brought copies of my Xrays with me ) I did in fact need a root canal but that is not what appointment was for. Then after 1 - 1 1/2 hours they move me to a room. I spent another 1 1/2 hour waiting for the dentist to come in. Other patients and I were roaming the hallways looking for people as they seemed to just leave us there. Office very dirty, tools all laying out getting dirty, some on floor. He finally comes in and without talking to me begins the rudest fastest root canal I have ever had.He drilled half of my crown away to do it then when completed simply says you will need a new crown within a week. WHAT? Now a month later I found a good dentist, my review is on Angies list and lost that tooth anyway, it had to be pulled. It had gotten infected and he did not fill root cavities correct so even after a root canal I had to have tooth extracted. I think they are another big chain looking to get as many people in as possible to make big bucks. Patient care, cleanliness and talking with your doctor to decide which treatment you want or need first and coming up with a plan were not available at all. I would not take my dog there.

  • The first visit went good, although prices were very high and even though they accept a discount plan, never advised me about it. After first visit, trying to get a return call, asking questions, trying to set up an appointment was terrible. They leave you on hold for up to 15 minutes, picking it up every few minutes you have to remind them of who you are and what you were waiting for then back on hold again.  I think they try to get as many people in as they can at same time to make more money, Patient care lacks. I went in for a Peridontal treatment and I did like that lady. At that appointment heard office manager ask if "that lady" was still in her office, overheard them stating they lost her teeth but she wanted her out of her office. I can only assume they moved her out and hopefully eventually found her teeth.
