    Contacted them in late January and they were very punctual in answering our text about having wood and setting a delivery time/date. My wife went ahead and paid them via credit card. Then things went downhill, after repeated daily reasons for over a week why they couldn't make it, I told them I would have to do a chargeback on my credit card for their lack of delivery if they didn't get this rectified. My wife and I never heard from them again. It looks like other customers are having problems with not getting their deliveries either when looking at other Google customer reviews too. Avoid.

    Comcast Cable
    30% price hike over the last 3 years! Cable TV is no longer worth it. Pull the plug, at least until competitors come into the market. I���m switching to just internet, and use Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, etc for TV. I bought HD antennas for my local TV. Oh... and offshore tech support? Give me a break.

    I had a tv, that would not power on, Technician came out to diagnosis the problem. When tech got there they knew exactly what was going on. The tech informed me this was a recall on the product and they could get the parts covered under the manufacturer, i was only responsible for labor. The repair went smooth  and perfect.

    OK I don't understand why they got an A in the rating. If, there is any other ISP (internet service provider ) available I will switch right away without hesitant. 
    1. Price: over $100 and increase every few month.
    2. Unstable: the internet will stop for no reason for few minutes to a few hours to even few days. The only thing that the tech people can do is to tell you reset your cable modem.
    3. Worst of ALL, there is an 300GB data limit! means if you watch some online movie from Netflix you are pretty much dead!
    OK All I can do is to pray that some other ISP will come to our area! That is all I am going to tell you if you want to use their service!
    BTW, I certify that the above information is correct. I can provide my name and contact if you still doubt about all of these.

    I called the owner and confirmed he could repair my 32" Samsung flat screen TV.  Once I brought it in and showed him what was going on, he thought he knew what it was based on other Samsung's he'd seen before.  He thought he could repair it the same day.  8 hours later, he called me and let me know it was fixed.  It ended up costing $120, which was well worth it.  Although he's a bit of a curmudgeon, he was a pleasure to work with, and he delivered my TV when he promised.  Considering that it was two days before Thanksgiving, it was pretty amazing.  Great job!

    After requesting cancellation, he informed us that we looked at the unit and therefore he wouldn't do anything for us.  Although we would understand under normal circumstances that they are due their full amount of money, in this case it is bad customer service.  We requested a climate controlled unit, and my mother is not an expert and did not know to look for the air ducts.  We rented the unit before we needed it to claim the unit and had not even moved a thing in, which he knew.  We would have understood that we would have to pay for the days that we had rented the unit, as it is only fair that they weren't able to rent it out and would have to take a loss.  It would have cost him nothing to have prorated the rent and refunded us the rest of the amount.  I immediately called the District Manager, leaving my name and number in the voicemail with a brief summary and I have yet to hear back. 
    I do not recommend this place.  I reviewed two other storage companies and they were much nicer units.

    Mike came to do an estimate and suggested several ways to reduce costs. I had thought I needed to replace all the faucets but he suggested repair of the bathroom faucets. He communicated before the work date. Removing the kitchen faucet proved quite a task in terms of effort and time, but he didn't add on to the price quoted. He was prompt and always pleasant. I thought charges were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him and plan to use him again for other jobs.

    The appointment was at 3pm and I saw the truck pull up moments before and gather all materials. Ron rang the doorbell and identified himself as the technician and the services he was to provide before entering the home - SCORE! He entered and asked for the location each device would go as well as where the known cable lines were. He explained he was going to move room to room and check each line individually then go outside and check the main box. At all times he maintained a professional and friendly demeanor. As each room was completed, he cleared his boxes and tools as he went and explained each piece of equipment and how to use it. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge he has as well as the tips and tricks he had. I feel that CTIS represented Comcast very well and I would recommend everyone to utilize the services when needed.

    I would not use them again. They’ve got great cable and there are not better cable companies as far as television cable about but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would not use them if they offered it to me for free. Customer service is unhelpful, unfriendly and rude. They don’t care about the customer. They’re so big that they don’t care about anyone individual customer. Going into their facility you better be prepared to be there for a while because you’re gonna be there for at least hour and hour and half in line. Their building is not well equipped for handicap folks as far as standing in line. The lines are really tight and sometimes their customer service is not equipped to help you with your problems. When your stuff breaks down like I had a tree fallen in my line and it snaps my line but the neighbors line I had no service. No phone, no internet and no TV and it too them five days to come out and fix it. The gentlemen that come out to fix your problem they’re very nice. They’re very helpful and they do what they can to help you, they’re great. Their customer services the people you get on the phone not so much.
