    First of all, their customer service care is less than adequate. Their understanding of customers' frustrations with their accounting procedures to the bank that you pay your equipment for is terrible. Their customer service loyalty department were either not fully trained in disclosing adequate information or completely saying the same thing in regards to a refund check. Tracking for that check would not be done until 15 business days had passed and I think that's ridiculous and frustrating to the customer, because you're waiting for that check and they don't even begin to track it until after 15 business days. I've never had to wait that long for a refund check, without it being lost. They also sent out an unproficient technician to install the equipment. I called for the technician and the service rep that talked to me was saying that he was going to get ahold of the tech and he would be there on Friday afternoon. There was no courtesy call from either the service rep or technician to let me kow that they wouldn't be coming. I also had to call back to schedule a second appointment and the new technician that came out told me that the first tech did not loop the panel correctly to have all door exit sensors working, so the technician did not do the correct wiring or set up for the system to completely work. Not recommended for home security. The service contract is unclear. You'll be stuck with 5 years of service monitoring even after paying off equipment at the very beginning.

    My experience has been very good, so far. They were very straightforward. They gave me the pro and cons about their product versus their competitors.  It was a very good and frank conversation. They answered all my questions politely and installation was simple.  They were very fast to respond so I have been very pleased with them.

    After checking out Dixie on Angies List, I called Dixie around 8am on Friday, December 19th. I was told it would be before 12 and it was...about 10:30. Cody Sweeney,the Dixie Tech, showed up on time and well dressed, good work shoes, clean clothes, and most importantly a very pleasant disposition. He had the right knobs, tools, and knowhow! The work went smoothly and was done to my complete satisfaction and more importantly was done to my wife's satisfaction when she returned home from shopping.I do have some more lock work in the very near future and I will ask for Cody...great job Cody...thank you!!!

    the work went well, however we had the Insurance company to deal with as well.  Davis Restoration did a outstanding job, you would have never guessed we ever had damage of that extent in there at all.  I would use them again and I have recommended them several times to people

    They were able to save our floors, it took about 10 days with their system (they used equipment inside and under the house as well.) I was greatly appreciative of their QUICK response to our home and they job well done. I would use then again in a second (hopefully I will not have another crisis) if another crisis came our way.

    It was easy as advertised to install, and we did sign up for  the home monitoring.  The customer service we have received from SimpliSafe has been outstanding and the system works beautifully and we are very glad we have the system instead of going with a company that comes in and drills holes in your walls and their systems are rented and not owned as the SimpliSafe system is.

    they were punctual. they had one large truck and one small truck. There were four men. They worked very hard. they did not damage any of the walls at either location. No damage was done to any of the items moved.
    The price that was quoted was the same as charged. It was worth every dime.

    They’re fabulous. These people I get the insurance on it and it cost me less than the price of other security company and it’s awesome. My kids set it off one day and they were just as prompt as anybody else calling me that everything was all right. They gentleman that came out and did it he was wonderful. He went over the existing system that I had and told me that it was fine system and showed me some other security risk that I never thought about that the other companies had never addressed. He worked with me well. I had some issues at one point in time and he took care of it very quickly.

    Called the day before to have the locks on our new house re-keyed. The dispatcher couldn't guarntee me next day service, which was fine, but did say he would try to get us in time permitting. Otherwise, we scheduled an appointment for 2 days following. I got a call from the locksmith the next day and they were able to do the job that day. The locksmith was very professional, fast and pleasant. I felt that the services were very reasonably priced since he had to take apart 7 different locks and deadbolts to do the job and it took him less than an hour. I would definitely use them again.

    From the very beginning there were maintenance problems with the house - serious problems. We tried calling the property manager on a Friday evening and again on Saturday when our air conditioner stopped working in the 104 degree heat. She never answered her phone nor returned a message. We had to wait until the office was open before we could find out the emergency maintenancce number. The repair man said that the compressor on the unit had been rigged together and need to be replaced... Ms. Gilbreath refused to have it replaced. There were at least two other times we had to call for emergency repairs, plumbing backing up and flooding in the basement. Ms. Gilbreath NEVER returned the calls. We had a number for the emergency plumber so we called him out ourselves to help us. Over the course of the year we were there we replaced plumbing fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen out of our own pocket, reglued the false tiles in the main bathroom when they began to fall off, and did major landscaping rennovations to the yard (there were years of debris covering the beautiful flagstone pavement beside the covered patio that we removed and cleaned up, as well as cutting down years of vines that were choking the trees on the property and planted flowers in the flowerbeds). For all of our money and efforts Shonnie Gilbreath refused to refund our deposit in full. She said she was "being generous to give us anything back." If you are considering using this company to manage your rentals, think again. The properties are not maintained by the company and the tenants are neglected and ignored. If you are thinking of renting a property from McNaughton do it at your own risk!!! If it wouldn't cost more in court fees than my deposit was worth I would sue them.
