    I have used Corporate Transportation for my business and personal needs for over ten years.  They are always reliable even in early hours of the day and typically arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up and do not mind waiting until you are ready to leave.  I would highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Atlanta area as a private car service.

    Monday, April 25, 2016, 7:04 pm Good evening, On Thursday, April 21 at around 10:30 pm, I called ABG and spoke with Ali regarding a rental for my son and his prom date for the following evening (Friday, April 22). I mentioned to Ali that I had found them on Angie���s List and he gave me a nice discount for a seven-hour rental (5:00pm - midnight). He gave me an additional discount, at my request, of $35. The total rental cost was to be $350. The driver was Abbas Ghayoor and he was on time. I was a bit unhappy, however, with Mr. Ghayoor���s attire. I had previously used ABG Limo in the past. On November 16, 2013, a driver took us to a wedding downtown. She was professionally dressed - as a limo driver should be - and we could not have been more happy with our service that night. She even offered us water (not my son and his date, though). Besides Angie���s List, this was the main reason we again hired ABG. Mr. Gayhoor arrived unkempt, wearing a dress shirt which looked like it was just pulled out of the laundry hamper. No jacket and no hat. Ironically, another limo service was at the same house for another couple. Obviously, they put ABG to shame (their driver was dressed as a professional limo driver). The first stop was Canoe Restaurant. When they left the house, Mr. Gayhoor asked me where Canoe was and showed me the map on his phone. He had the correct address and I confirmed that. About thirty minutes later, my son called me, asking where Canoe was. I said the driver had the address, but they were lost. They did finally find it after I had given them all the reference points I could think of. I don���t believe Mr. Gayhoor had ever been in this part of town. Once downtown in the Centennial Park area, my son and his date stopped to ride the Ferris wheel. Upon their return to the car, my son had to wake up Mr. Gayhoor. Additionally, it began raining when they were downtown and I just assumed that your company would provide an umbrella for these situations. You did not. When Mr. Gayhoor arrived at my house at midnight with my son, he handed me two parking tickets totaling $30. He informed me I was responsible for paying them since he had to park close to the event. I told him that this was never mentioned when I made the reservation and that I was not happy. At no time did I ask him to stay close to the dance. The kids were in there from 8:00-11:00 pm and were not allowed to leave early. I do not feel that I should be responsible for this extra, unannounced charge. It almost seems as if ABG was attempting to recoup that $35 dollar discount with this action. As he was leaving, Mr. Gayhoor asked me to, ���Please leave good comments on Angie���s List.��� I think he knew what was coming. But still, I tipped him $40. I would like to hear what you propose to do about this and reply to my email. I will be leaving my review on Angie���s List this Wednesday at 5:00 pm, and I think it���s only fair to your future clients how my experience was. Usually Mr Abbas is one of the best in the company and this is his first complaint I called him to inquire and found he has family emergency that day and he don't want to call the company at last minute to refuse. His mother was hospitalized and he was up all night. About parking fees please when you are in downtown there is no place to park and only paid parkings are and they are expensive. He want to stay close because was hired hourly. Usually there is credit card processing fees also which is 7% but he was embarrassed to do that. My apologies again. He is told about all complaints. Thanks Ali Abg limo Sunday, April 26, 2016, 6:37 pm Good evening, I am sorry for any family issues with Mr. Abbas, but you have now brought up an even more frightening scenario of him driving my son and his date while he was clearly not fit to. This was extremely dangerous. Many professional drivers must keep a log and get a certain amount of sleep. His mistake was not being honest with you that he was much to tired to drive, your mistake was not verifying your driver was fit for service. Regarding parking fees, I do understand that it may be tough to find a spot, but there are parking meters available which are much cheaper than parking lots. But this is irrelevant because I was never informed that I would have to pay parking. As I said in my previous email, I will be posting my review on Angie���s List tomorrow at 5:00 pm. I am only asking for a refund of the $30 for parking. I would be justified to ask for much more. Thank you. Sunday, April 26, 2016, 9:21 pm I guess you go ahead write the reviews let them know driver charge $30 for parking as a surprise but mentioned company gave you discounted rates and also didn't charge for sales tax.     Tina and her crew are absolutely excellent in their degree of professionalism and capacity to produce a worry free vacation! Tina personally called me to get a feel for our overseas needs and desires for each city. Outside of the basic requirements for international travel , she made sound suggestions and tips for the ultimate experience. Nothing was authorized by her without my consent. Tina used her multi decade personal experience to prevent any mishaps in our travels. For example, I did not think to look at my passport expiration date. Tina conveyed to me that many a person forgot to look at that very important time stamp. In turn, I noticed it had expired and, if  I had waited to look, I would not have renewed in time for travel. Thanks Tina!   Details I would not have thought to focus on were her focus. She is the person who makes sure those small points are on your radar. Kind, funny, and serious at saving you money, Tina is your person for travel. I would not hesitate to highly recommend her services for any type of travel. You will not be disappointed! ::::: NOTE to those who travel to London and Dublin : ARRIVE ON TIME FOR ANY COORDINATED TOURS. I place an emphasis on this because, while Tina does list and verbally tell you to be early, these companies are not kidding with time of departure. Time is 7:00 am and you are there at 7:05 am ? So long, fare well....... you know the rest. ::

    They were an hour late. I had to call them repeatedly to get somebody there. The driver who did pick me up was not the assigned driver, but he was excellent. I think they need to get their logistics together.

    They are absolutely awesome. They give 10% discount to first time users. They are extremely easy to work with. I had an early flight on Sunday morning,and I had scheduled for 6:15, but they were waiting for me by 6:00. They did a great job. I am a single woman and I was going on a 2 week vacation,so I was carrying a lot , and so they made it very easy.

    I will use this service in the future!  From the very beginning my initial telephone contact with the associate was professional.  The driver was 15 minutes early to pick us up, and the doors were open and the car was ready for us.  The driver had water for us as well.  The car was neat, clean and smoke free.  We were comfortable in the vehicle.   Since we did not know what time we would need a ride back from our event, I received the driver's telephone number, so that we could call her when we were ready to be transported back home.  We called and the driver was prompt in picking us up.  This was our first experience with a limo driver, and we were very pleased.  I highly recommend this company!

    After I arrived at the airport, I continued to try to call them for 1 1/2 hours, but no answer.  I finally got their number to answer the next day, but when I told the person at Atlanta Starship my problem and demanded a refund, he hung up on me!  I finally contacted a manager by email.  He responded that they would fully refund my $180, which they require to be paid in advance.  It took them two more weeks and five emails from me before they finally credited my credit card with the refund.  If I had been at the airport that evening, instead of at home, and they were supposed to pick me up, I would have been stranded at the airport!  It is unacceptable for a business like this to not answer their phone -- even the 800 number.

    First, let me say there is, in our opinion, only ONE way to go to the airport, and that is with Gold Coach.  They ( Lynn, our driver) drove my husband last year when he was   traveling for  a professional conference and was delighted with the service.  So, when it came time to decide when/where we would leave for the airport for an upcoming family vacation, my husband thought of Gold Coach.
    I contacted the owner literally 48 hours prior to our trip and he was able to accommodate our requests without a flaw.  We were fortunate to be driven by Lynn, who is a tremendous asset to this company.  She is friendly, warm, and makes you feel instantly at ease.  I have developed some physical handicaps in the last 2 years, and Lynn was especially attentive to helping me get in and out of the SUV we traveled in to the airport.  Lynn actually arrived early, and thanks to her excellent  planning we were early to the gate.  The other wonderful aspect to this service is being able to contact the driver when you land, so you cn arrange to meet them on the lower level of the terminal after you have retrieved your bags.  No more walking one-half mile near the shuttle buses.  What a delight to get into a clean, beautiful SUV with cold bottles of water for each of us. 
    Again, we will use Gold Coach for all of our travel needs from this point forward!
