ARiverside PaintingRiverside Painting did an excellent job from start to finish. Even though the house was only 6 years old, the exterior paint was cheap builders grade quality and was peeling from the trim in several places. The quality of RP's painting surpassed my expectations. I had 3 quotes from different paint companies and theirs was the lowest and conducted themselves more professionally than the others. One of the other companies did not care to observe measures to safeguard not only their health but mine and my families health. I appreciate that RP wore face masks while in the house. They were on time, got the job done and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I have no complaints. I will be using them again when we get ready to paint the other interior rooms.- Jorge A.

Their crews were very professional and kept me informed of any issues relevant to the previous contractor’s mistakes. From the very beginning of the project Russell Morten was polite to me and helped me to understand their siding and painting work scope. Fabio, their siding installer and carpenter, was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the project. At the completion of the siding and painting work they did a great job in cleaning up the areas around my house. APerfection Roofing & SidingPerfection is not an exaggeration here. Russ does great work, and he stands behind that work. He will not roll out a photo deck of jobs, he will show you his work in your area. He is responsive, punctual, and he does what he promises. A deal is a deal, and the work is a good value. I had the chimney replaced after water had gotten in and created some rot. Russ recommended improved materials to better stand up to the elements. The fit and finish is incredible, and the paint match is perfect. Getting a craftsman out in a pandemic is a little dicey. Russ made the whole process easy. His people are great. He is a pro. APerfection Roofing & SidingThe siding on our fireplace needed to be replaced. After contacting several companies, (some that never showed), it was easy to make my decision the minute I met Russ from Perfection Roofing and Siding. He promptly arrived when scheduled. He answered all my questions professionally. He assured me of the quality of his work and even took me to see a recently completed project. Who does that? An honest guy, that’s who. There was some wood damage found after all the wood siding was removed. Russ assured me that it would be replaced at no additional charge. I chose to use cement siding instead of wood again. Russ was quick to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I can not say enough good things about Russ and his company. The cherry on top was the price. If you need siding, look no further.- Anthony C.

AMake a Choice Home Exterior LLCSo I used Angie's List to narrow down my 3 main choices for a major exterior home improvement project. I got quotes from the 3, and decided on Make A Choice. It was definitely the 'right' choice. The work was done quickly and professionally. Great care was taken to cause little disturbance to neighbors who are VERY close in proximity to my house. Step 1: Siding: These guys were fast, and I mean fast. They blazed through the demolition of the old siding, vacuum sealed the sides, and put up my new hardy board. Just like that it was done and done right. Then it was painted (well) and the house began to look brand new. Step 2: Soffit: I almost didn't spring for soffit, and that would have been a big mistake. These guys did an amazing job on the soffit which now has the under siding looking amazing!! Most impactful thing I had done. All the neighbors are jealous! Step 3: Porch: I asked for a 'beefier' porch, and that is what I got. Amazing railings and new columns. I had them put a band about a foot down from the top of the columns and they really stand out now. The railing is double thick on the top and they are taller now, and the whole thing is the envy of the neighborhood. I also asked for a 'dental trim' and expected a strip from Home Depot or something. Nope. They custom made it, curved and impactful. Above and beyond. Step 4: Gutters: The gutters they installed go so seamlessly with the soffit that you can barely tell they are there! Beautiful and they put in a complete system where some needed gutters had been left out from the initial house build. The match to the rest of the house is uncanny. Step 5: Door: This they outsourced to a guy who also blew me away with a professional install and removal of my old door. Cleanup was done after each major renovation and at finish and everything was pretty close to "move in" ready. They did destroy a cement fountain, but patched it up so you could hardly tell. (I knew I should have moved that thing out of the way!) The only non-10 out of 10 would be the trim painting on the porch and windows, which got a bit rushed with bad weather, and even that gets a 9-10, with the only little things I could catch being quite 'nit-picky'. Overall, this company delivered in spades on the goods it promised and they were very responsive throughout the whole process. I would 100% use them again without hesitation for any other external house projects!! Priced competitively and delivering results that exceeded my expectations.- KEMP K.

AJon Tremain and the Gutter Creations team did a great job removing our old gutters, installing new gutters, downspouts, and hard gutter covers, and cleaning up. They responded quickly to scope out the project and deliver an estimate. They showed up on time and completed the work well and within the time they estimated (in a day). They were careful and seemed to do good work. They left the area clean. The seamless aluminum gutters look great. The final cost was exactly what they estimated.

FI had high hopes for this company as they seemed like nice enough people. Unfortunately I'm not sure their business practices are on the up and up. I've come to learn it's all about the sale and they get you looped into the process even if your roof doesn't need much (they tell you it does), then if your insurance doesn't cover a full roof replacement, they drop you, stop returning your messages and you are left with a ding on your home insurance record because they convinced you to file a claim under the premise your roof was severely damaged. I'm pretty disappointed in this company.
