Of particular note is the house has a tile roof and required special skill in dealing with repairs to some rotted wood. Riverside demonstrated particular care and expertise in dealing with this unusual requirement. ADeKalb Roofing Company IncDeKalb Roofing Company put a new roof on my house about 20 years ago. About 5 years ago, due to not finding DeKalb's estimate in my junk folder and needing a roof replacement right away, I hired a roofer from Marietta. They broke my driveway which cost me $4,000 in addition to the roof and my gutters poured rainwater through my window, which cost more to fix. Yesterday I found a small water stain on my ceiling yesterday and called DeKalb Roofing, knowing that whatever the problem was they would find it and fix it at a fair price. Today Jeff Berry, a co-owner of the company with his brother founded by their father in 1972, came out personally to inspect the damage. He found a nail that had risen due to expansion of the roof during summers, drove it back down and sealed it. I offered to pay for his trip but he declined, and said to call him if I found another leak or any other problem. Enough said? If you need roofing...call DEKALB ROOFING COMPANY!!!- Jeff F.

They noted and adjusted some minor things but ultimately we didn't feel confident they'd actually found the problem. When these folks came out, they found the problem within 15 minutes and repaired it almost instantly. ADeKalb Roofing Company IncEverything went very smoothly. The office responded promptly to my request for an estimate, and willingly answered questions and made adjustments until I signed the proposal. The crew that did the work was meticulous in every detail, finishing the job on time and cleaning up very carefully afterward. I received the invoice the next day, and there were no surprises: though they needed to replace the wood decking of the roof, that contingency had been set out clearly in the proposal, so the additional cost was well within expectations. When it comes time to replace my gutters, I will contact DeKalb Roofing first.- Robert K.

AHello Neighbors, Recently my wife and I had the "pleasure" of buying a new roof. We had an absolutely terrific experience with The Piedmont Roofing Company which we ultimately selected. With such a big and important purchase we received quotes from a number of companies, but ultimately focused on Quality and Trustworthiness. We could just tell from all of our interactions with them him how genuinely interested in us and our satisfaction they truly were. The communication throughout the process from the initial consult and estimate, to the final product and color selection and most importantly throughout the install was fantastic. I always felt informed, empowered to speak up and share thoughts and their team was very proactive and quick to respond. Finally, the team took great care of our house, protecting it with prep, cleaning any marks from falling old shingles falling and a very thorough final walk-through fixing/ cleaning up any small things we saw while looking for any imperfections. Overall, this was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend these guys.

This was our first roofing experience and we interviewed, and received bids from, a number of roofing companies before deciding on the Atlanta Metro Roofing (AMR) Company. FTheir worker showed up and so-called fix the chimney and guaranteed it for a year. 2 weeks later the leak came back came back and it was worse. I contacted Christian Brothers several times to let them know what was going on and they told me repeatedly they will send someone to my location to fix properly and no one never showed up what a waste of $200.

FWORST experience ever! The roof installation was a complete disaster. ARAC's crew consisted of two subcontractors in an old pickup truck. One of them left the job site for 50% of the time the job was being done, leaving his young, inexperienced helper to try to do the job by himself without any supervision whatsoever (and he spoke no English, so I could not even communicate with him). A second, different crew had to come back to try to salvage the poor work of the original crew. The first crew left debris, nails, etc. everywhere on my property, including a huge oil leak on my driveway. Then later, when I contacted ARAC for what should have been a small warranty repair, it took them 3 months of foot-dragging to finally tell me that if the roof is not actively leaking, they don't consider it a warranty issue (even though the written warranty is not dependent on active leaking -- it is written simply as a 10 year labor/ 20 year material warranty). They then tried to sell me an $800 "maintenance" plan. The most unprofessional people I've dealt with in a while.
